Eyedeal Optometry is the BEST!....I love Dr. Bui and ALL of the staff...My eye exams are very detailed and thorough, with lots of good information for me about my eyes and how to best care for them. The staff are all really wonderful! Best customer service ever and wonderful patient advocacy with insurance companies, etc....I really feel fortunate to have this group of professional providers in my life.

I know I am in the best of hands when I have an appointment at Eyedeal Optometry. The front office staff is efficient, professional and skilled, especially when helping to select frames that complement my features/face. Dr Bui is absolutely the best optometrist I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing (no pun intended). She is thorough, and provides the utmost care with my complex health situation. She also provides my 102 year old momma with care that is impressive and compassionate. Momma has macular degeneration and is legally blind, but Dr. Bui tends to her complicated eye health with amazing care, always giving momma the best treatment available. I couldn’t recommend Eyedeal Optometry higher. They all feel like family to us

You were so much better then some of the sarcastic staff I have dealt with at Kaiser. My GP is very nice and very good but some of the others. I have had to file a complain on a phlebotomist who was subsequently fired. I take being bullied very seriously. Most of them have been very good to me. My appointment for my measurements for the surgery is 04292014. I am not sure when the surgery will be. I will be glad when its over. Thanks for everything.

Dr. Bui is a wonderful, caring Optometrist. She referred me to a Retinal Specialist when she checked my eyes and saw that I have wet AMD. The staff is very efficient in taking care of appointments, getting measurements for glasses, finding the right frames, etc. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a new Optometrist.

Vincent and I had a great visit! I really appreciate that the practice now has additional help. The two new staff members we met were wonderful, and it's always great to see Ruby. Dr. Bui was as always - on time, warm and friendly, informative, highly skilled and professional, and took the necessary time to address all of our questions. We ordered glasses for Vincent and had help picking out frames. We also had the good fortune of using the new Nikon machine that takes an incredible picture of the eye. Dr. Bui explained the image and went over areas of potential concern that we'll be monitoring. My family has been coming to Dr. Rebecca Bui for over 10 years. We are very comfortable with her, trust her completely, and recommend her highly.

I was used to my previous provider who did many additional tests than I had done here, and took probably 3X the amount of time actually going through results from all the tests and explaining everything in detail. Here just seemed very rushed to kind of get in and get out. I did come in early and my appt started slightly late, but also overheard when it was mentioned the next patient was late that they had to get out on time which was like 30 mins after my appt started. So makes sense everything was pretty rushed.

Dr. Bui gave me such a complete and thorough eye exam. She explained everything she was doing as well as how my prescription would improve my vision. Dr. Boi laid out all the different option for contact lenses and which would best for me. She took her time and I did not feel like she was in a hurry to complete our appointment. Plus, I was the last appointment of the day and did not have to wait to be seen. They were not running behind like I had expected. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The office person was wonderful and helped me pick out glasses and took time to go over my insurance options.

I had my first appointment at Eyedeal and both the doctor and the staff were wonderful. My appointment started right on time even though they were short staffed and I stayed until they closed trying on a million pairs of glasses and never felt rushed. My glasses arrived in one week, which is faster than I've ever gotten them anywhere else.

First time to an eye Dr. scheduling was a breeze through the online portal. Reminder follow ups were very welcoming. Arrival was calm and relaxing. Check in and new patient paperwork was standard and effortless. The exam was informational and direct. Picking out the frames for my new first set of glasses was also informational, actually fun, and calming. I was nervous never having to need to go to the eye Dr. before at 50. This location made me feel like I walked into my closest friends home for a dinner gathering. Completely at home, relaxed, and no pressure at all. Kinda can’t wait for my kids to need an eye check up so I can get them to go here to! Thank you to all the staff and especially Dr. Bui for your chair side manner to calm my nerves.

My first visit to an optometrist. Dr. Bui was so patience with all my questions. She explained everything, the procedure/test what she was going to do, why she did it and what it tested for. Her staff is friendly also and professional. Turns out I needed glasses for both reading, which I knew, but also for distance which became obvious with the test. The team at Eyedeal Optometry is absolutely amazing! My dog decided to use my glasses as a chew toy, and they were still able to figure out my current prescription, determined that I needed a stronger lense, and even took the time to measure my face so that the glasses should fit perfectly once they arrive. I had a great experience the day of my appointment. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only bad thing I have to say is that the communication is TERRIBLE!!!!! My boyfriend and I had our appointment 2 weeks apart. My boyfriend was told that his glasses would be in within a week. We are going on 3 weeks, neither of us have our glasses, nobody will answer the phone, nobody will respond to messages, nobody has called to give us an update and we feel as if Eyedeal took our money and ran.

My exam with Dr. Bui was great. However, my experience with the front office has been awful. The day I came in for my exam, the gal that helped me with frames suggested a different lens than the doctor. I didn’t think much of it until that afternoon when I called the office to inquire. I never received a call back. More than two weeks after my exam I called to check on the status of my order. Again, no call back. Terrible customer service.

I've seen Dr. Bui for 2 yrs and I've always had a very positive experience. She's very nice and knowledgeable. Her staff is very friendly & helpful. My first visit there, I did not have an appointment. I just saw her business, walked in to schedule an appointment and she happened to have an opening the same day. I later found out you can schedule an appointment online which is very convenient. You can sign up for an email and/or text to remind you that your annual exam is due. This is great for me because I always forget to schedule my annual appointment. I'm very satisfied and I have recommended Dr. Bui to family & friends.

The person doing the scheduling was very professional. When I arrived I was greeted and was treated in a friendly professional manner. First I want to say that because of the time crunch when I went to the office, I was very pleased! Every office was booked, but I was able to get my appointment, at a good time for me. I was not disappointed, everyone was very friendly, truth be told I felt like I had been coming here for years, the way I was treated so nice. And that was VERY important to me because my optometrist back in LA was very good to me. And I would travel to that doctor all the way from Sacramento, because they were so good to me, but this office treated me just as well so I have a new doctor with Dr. R. Bui.
