The assistants are always friendly and courteous, and it is not lost on me they wipe down/sanitize the examine machine(s) before each use, where I can see them doing it. I have only seen Dr Motamarry and I am very pleased with his attention to detail, his friendly demeanor. My only “con” is it takes 50 mins or more from your scheduled appointment to be called back. The amount of time waiting for your name to be called needs to be seriously looked at and improved upon.

Dr P is professional but not warm and friendly. it shows that she gets tired repeating the same spill to every patient. The best part of this visit was the 1st tech and Dr P's tech.

The staff is great. Very personable. Dr. Bishop is awesome and takes her time with me. My only complaint is the wait. My appointment was at 8:40. I arrived 10 minutes early but still did not get called back until 9:20. Then you have to wait again to see the doctor. This time that wait was not too bad. I understand it's hard to predict how long each patient will take but every visit I have to wait well past my appointment time to be alled back.

Such friendly staff. My husband’s appt was so impressive. He was born with dyslexia which means he sees things backwards. Think about the eye test folks. He is uncomfortable talking about it so I went in with him. It just so happened that the sweet lady that was testing him has a daughter with dyslexia. I told her he had it and she said she noticed. How wonderful to have had this person for him. Thank you. Also, he thinks Dr Bishop is just the best and very comfortable with her as his physician as am I. I am also a patient.

I love the doc but the front staff needs some work. I left 3 voice mails asking if they had received my referral but they never called me back. Before I left home, I called to see if they would be dilating my eyes. They said no so I drove to my appt. Then I was told they would dilate so I had to reschedule as I had a sick grandson at home and could not wait 6 hours to be able to drive. Communication is bad!

If there was any thing that would have caused me to frown… once I met Dr Bishop it would have immediately been dismissed. “Best first impression” from a health professional ever and I’m Not easily impressed. Professionally Friendly, Thorough, Direct, to the Point! No hem-hawing. The test results indicate… This is what is wrong This is my concern And this is what I can do about it! (I appreciated her approach to my situation) I left feeling confident that my circumstance would improved and confident that she is the person to help get me there. As skeptical as I was upon arrival, I left feeling as tho God had directed me to her. So yes. So far I’m good.

Every member of the Eye Care staff know their stuff and always treats the patients with respect. As for me personally, my eyes are at the point where very little improvement can be achieved. So, I maintain with eye drops. I am appreciative that Dr Le saved my eyesight taking my pressures from 50 in each eye down to about 18.

I think the service and staff are great. I have been going there for years with Dr. Pachigolla. The only thing I have noticed is the past two or three appointments I have had, when it is time for me to be released, some staff dont know that I don't have my lenses in,because of exam and eyedrops put in,and without them it is hard for me to see as i have Keratoconus.Some have told me I am ready and proceed to check out ,without asking or realizing that i need to put my lenses back in. It would be nice if they knew or everyone was aware of everyone's eye condition. Other than that, everyone is nice and friendly and very professional! Great job 👍🏼

Very impressed with the customer service and how I was in and out in a timely manner. I would like to suggest to your Optical dept. To open on Saturday for your working patients. A new prescription to working patients forces them to go to outside vendors for their glasses.
