Everybody at this office is great - from the girl with the pretty pink hair (I'm so sorry I forget her name, it begins with a K!) at the front desk who checked me in and helped me choose frames, to Dr. Moore who has such great bedside manner, to Avery at the front desk who went through multiple cost scenarios with and without my insurance based on my budget. I have been going to Eye Options since I have been 20 years old when Dr. Levine first opened the practice as he was my contact doctor at Sal Eye Options so I moved with him. I love the doctors and I especially love the staff they’re so helpful and so knowledgeable and so friendly and are always willing to give me, an honest opinion on the set of frames that I’m looking at. There are other places I could go that offer different sales, discounts and options, but this is my place and this is where I’ll stay. I consider them a part of my family!

I was very happy with my visit with the doctor. I only started wearing glasses for reading 2 years ago & have only had one full eye exam; that doctor, who I was very pleased with, retired during the pandemic. My Mom & sister referred me to Eye Options. Only drawback, for me, is that I would’ve liked to have had someone assist me with picking frames and discussing benefits & options. Staff was minimally pleasant & professional, I felt rushed, somewhat lost and shuffled from person to person; young woman who finally assisted was, again, minimal with help. Ultimately I decided that I would return at a later date, I was assured that I would still be able to utilize my benefits and I’m hoping it’ll be a better time, perhaps Wednesday was a busy day :(

My only issue is, being seen at my scheduled appointment time. Need to be more mindful of the patients time. If I arrive on time (most times early) I would like to be seen at my scheduled time. Be more courteous, there wasn't any patients ahead of me being seen, yet I had to wait 15 minutes after my appointment time. My time is just as valuable as each employee. I'm a paying customer. Other than that, Dr. Welton is a very efficient, pleasant, thorough medical professional.

My doctor is great ❗ Yet the staff needs some training. I arrived on time, to wait and be told that I may not be seen because I was late. I waited over 10 minutes to be check in because the staff was having a personal conversation with others but not checking us in. That annoyed me. My doctor still was able to see us.

Debbie Henderson has been at the doctors office for a long time. We chatted about our children and had the chance to catch up. I highly recommend Dr. Weldon’s office.

This is the best eye doctor and establishment there is. The assistants at the front desk are very kind and attentive. Dr. Moore is very thorough in her eye exams. She is kind, passionate and excellent in what she does. When you have an appointment there is very little waiting time. They’re right on top of everything at all times. The establishment is very clean. The assortment of eyeglass frames is never ending. I enjoy going to my eye appointments.

She explains things in a manner that is understandable yet doesn’t “dumb things down”, is obviously invested in our eye health, and truly listens when you have a concern. I, personally, have been with Dr. Weldon for at least 12-15 years and don’t plan on ever leaving. She’s the best!

Everyone that I have encountered here has been friendly, but professional, and very helpful. When my insurance changed, they made sure I knew what I was eligible for, and helped me choose frames. I’m getting bifocals, so they showed me the difference between those and progressive lenses. I was kept informed so there weren’t any surprises. They made sure to sanitize after each customer who tried on frames.

I didn't like my appointment. At all. To be honest I felt like I was in a Jiffy Lube. From the moment I got in I filled out my paperwork, that's standard. I did the measurement with the balloons and the girl handed me a receipt. When I went back with the doctor I handed her my slip and we did the vision test. She dilated and checked my eyes. I finished and went out into the lobby and started picking my frames. When the girl behind the counter asked me what kind of glasses I wear and I said reading she looked confused. She then got up and got the doctor. The doctor comes and says that I was fine to wear my glasses when I'm reading and using the computer. Which I still couldn't understand the girl's confusion. And then the doctor says Oh and also at night when you drive, they'll help you see better. And my face now looked confused because I never expressed any difficulty seeing at night. Nor did the doctor indicate or express concern when I was in the room. And I've never used any of my glasses for seeing distance. The said I had an astigmatism, but that wasn't anything new. And when I asked what did she mean by see better at night she just mentioned the astigmatism again. So blurry eyed, I left irritated.

I’ve been going to DR Weldon for about ten years. She is excellent. I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes for my appointment. The staff are very friendly. I would 100% recommend Eye Options. My wife and daughter also see DR Weldon and are very happy with DR Weldon and Eye Options. They are doing an excellent job making customers feel safe during the pandemic. A key to me staying with a doctor for anything is not waiting long when I have an appointment. The doctor has to be excellent and the wait time has to be minimal.. Thumbs up to both!

Usually, I get great service. A recent visit was an exception. I was greeted fine, had the initial examination and had a good visit with my doctor. When I went to select frames, I felt ignored. I was pacing in the frame area and no one offered to help. Meanwhile, several customers walked in and they got service ahead of me. I asked if I had to wait in line to select glasses and I got a very insensitive answer to pick a frame and have a seat. I was ignored again while more customers came in and got service ahead of me. I just wanted to order the same frame that I currently. Finally, after pacing for 30 minutes, I jumped in at the desk and asked about my frames. The employee looked up my current frames on the computer, but that took too long too. She gave me the price with no concern for my waiting time. There needs to be a continuation of service from my exam to my selection of frames. I was ignored and I was BUYING glasses!! Also, my financial options were not explained clearly.

I have been going here for 10 years and I have always had great customer service. My experience is always good and not that long ago a friend of mine was looking for recommendations for an eye doctor, Eye Options was the place that I referred them to. You also caught my glaucoma early on when I first started going here. Again you have kept a close eye on my eye pressure and it’s a little high again. I will be returning for my 6 month check up. Thank you for helping me see more clearly.

Dr. Chrissy is one of the best eye doctors I have had the pleasure to meet. She is intelligent, professional and extremely talented. She was excellent with my seven year old's first eye exam. This location is so much nicer, roomier and brighter. The waiting room is great. And the parking, so great not to have to park on the street and feed the meter. I have been coming here for sometime and always have been really pleased, at the end of my visit when it was time to order my glasses I was a little surprised when I didn't sit with someone to go over what I wanted my lenses to have done to them re:transition scratch proof, etc.. I had to tell the woman what I wanted and she seemed surprised as they were only reading glasses, I have good insurance and I wanted the best, little taken back, I stood at the counter as she took my order. I just hope I am getting what my insurance is paying for!!!!!

I came across this eye doctor because my sister in law asked me to help her pick out frames a few months back. I loved all the fun frames to choose from and booked an appointment for myself. All the staff was great and I was in and out. The doctor was nice. One person went far and beyond for me. Her name was Debbie. She helped me pick out glasses and even looked to see if frames came in different colors. She booked my appointment for 12/21 then called me on 11/30 with a cancellation and got me in 12/1. This was my second time going to Eye Optics. After my eyes were dilated I went into the the waiting room to browse for glasses. Right away, a very friendly woman asked if I needed help finding anything. I told her that I have no sense of fashion so I'll need help finding glasses that looked good on me. She got up and patiently assisted me for 45 minutes while I tried on numerous pairs of glasses. We finally found a great pair that felt and looked perfect for me. Dr. Weldon was wonderful as always. Not only does she provide a great service but she also makes my visits great by having good conversation and answers all the questions I have. Keep it up, Eye Optics! Great Job!

I had been a long-time customer of Eye Options, but they stopped taking my vision plan for a little while. At any rate, I went to an unnamed chain vision center and paid over $400 for lenses ONLY. I went back to Eye Options once they accepted my insurance again. It turns out that the over-the-top expensive lenses I bought were the same ones that Eye Options prescribed the year before. This time at Eye Options, I bought two brand new pairs of glasses for $269. So glad Eye Options is back!

My husband comes to this dental office so I decided to switch over to make it easier for us. I truly made the wrong decision. There was an EXTREMELY nice lady in the front who was very informative to me about what she COULD explain to me, which is front desk ( She had on a red white black colored uniform that day, EXTREMELY short hair, wore lenses) The lady who did my eye exam was not friendly at all. I tried to explain to her about an exam my prior eye doctor let me know I had to get done, she cut me off to tell me its not something we do here. I then began to let her know that WHILE scheduling the appt to THIS location they made me aware that THIS dental office would refer me to an eye doctor who specializes in that. She began to look for a card and told me thats the number to call. I truly believe I made the wrong decision in switching to this eye facility. The ladies up front were great! The lady who did my exam, I believe she chose wrong proffesion. Not the way to treat a patient

When I chose 2 pair of glasses, I wanted an opinion on which looked better, the person I got the attention of barely looked up and snapped"those aren't included in your plan" so I asked her, which were? She pointed to a wall. She turned back around and looked back to what she was doing, NOTHING. It was when I wanted to see the pair which I finally bought ( for $400.00) more than my plan covered that I finally got service. I wanted to get my prescription and go somewhere else.I don't know if I'll be back next year!

I tried to get the med in my eyewear after my eye exam that my inc covered and the person that in charge of that told me it could not be done , that my eye wear could breake but Even when i told him i take responsability he still said no , because i would will stil be responsible to pay if it break even when i said ok , i know it could be done because I got it done before and he was very rude about it .
