We have been going to EyeMart Optical in Ankeny Iowa for years. Everyone is so very nice and helpful. They always answer any questions we have. This is the only place we will go for our eye checks and glasses.

Excellent staff. Even though I was running a few minutes behind for the day, they were able to get me in to the appointment and were helpful with any questions I had. The assistant Rachel helped be pick out some great frames and was able to help me get the best deal for some great glasses. Still waiting for the glasses to arrive since it's just been a few days, but I'm sure I'll love them once I receive them.

It was wonderful! Everyone was very nice and welcoming also understanding with my two littles. I was able to get a thorough exam and was told everything that was wrong and what I needed exactly. When it came time for the glasses the wonderful women at the front was honest and helped me pick out the best frames for me. I can’t wait to pick up my glasses and see clear, but overall I recommend this office!

I had to come to this location because my doctor in my town was out of the office and I was having urgent problems. They got me in that day, treated me SO well and helped me very quickly. The doctor was SO kind and I wish I had gone there first instead of my eye doctor in West Des Moines as that is where my issues all started the day before.

Very helpful staff! Prices are much more inexpensive than a regular eye doctor and high quality lens and frames! The young lady helped me pick frames and explained what size I needed to fit the bridge of my nose. I have been wearing glasses since the 90's and noone has ever explained that to me when looking for the perfect fit! I looked at frames at 5 other offices in Ankeny and this one was the only helpful place, great customer service, very helpful and explained every little detail !

My glasses were not run through insurance to see if it would be cheaper, it was just assumed that the cost would be more. Then my bill came to over $400. I know I can go many other places and spend half the price. Also I was told the lab was a 1/2 hour away, but my glasses would take 10-14 days. That’s a very slow turn around. Despite this the staff was very nice and I enjoyed my visit overall.

The staff and Doctor are friendly. A little irritated when I wasn't covered to have an eye exam at that office by insurance and they didn't stop the exam. Very frustrating when an annual exam is covered by insurance, but you end up footing the bill. Especially when I was never in a rush but they seemed to be.

We enjoyed every employee there. Something to remember, no one likes being the newby, we're all human and make mistakes, mistakes can be fixed, educate instead of condemn. Your staff from the doctor to the more experienced to the least experienced was very nice and liked to laugh. That will get patients and customers coming back.

Will not be returing or recommending to anyone. Most of the staff was rude and condescending. The eye doctor was very sweet and helped with every question we had. Destiny was very sweet and helpful in the front office area. but as for the rest of the office, they were less than a pleasure to communicate with.

Office staff: Friendly and knowledgeable, ready to please. One of the front office staff took time to explain my vision plan in great detail. Dr. Wiebers was incredible. She diagnosed an issue that was misdiagnosed by Wolfe Eye Clinic for nearly 3 months!!Dr. Wiebers was great at all levels - professional, accurate, sympathetic and personable. She nailed my diagnosis, provided a comprehensive plan, and explained my medical situation in a language that I understood. She did not rush me out of her office, and she actually listened to my thoughts and concerns. She got me back into my contacts! Saved me!

You have a very rude receptionist who does not do what she says she would do. I have now called twice since I came in for her to email my receipt and prescription. The first time I called she said she'd get that right out to me. The following week I called back and she snapped back at me saying that she's been swamped all day and that she'd try to get it out by the end of the day. That was early last week and I still have not received anything. Your company sends me prefab emails twice a month and a survey a couple weeks after my appointment but this eyemarts inside rep is not professional at all. Oh...my eye doctor was fantastic but I won't be coming back because of your lower paid receptionist.
