Eye Gallery is top notch with the most impressive customer service around. During a pandemic, the owner of Eye Gallery, Michael Rosen, had one of his stellar employees, Anna, open the store on a Sunday for a 1:1 appointment with my daughter who left her glasses in her school locker (the school building is closed indefinitely). Every safety precaution was taken while my daughter selected new frames (gloves, masks, disinfecting solutions, etc) and the prescription lenses were ordered ahead of her appointment to expedite the production. My daughter’s new prescription frames were then delivered to our home in less than 24 hours. Eye Gallery is a local gem! — Molly B.

They saw my son on an emergency basis when he was struggling with an allergic reaction and followed up with a phone call at home the next day. If I could give Eye Gallery six stars I would. Let's start with the doctors. Dr. Michael Rosen is the consummate professional. I switched from a "Connolly Top Doc" ophthalmologist because Dr. Rosen's diagnostic and refractory skills are so much better. Dr. Rosen is always available for follow-up and question and gives me great confidence that my eyes are being taken care of. No one ever told me I needed some distance support. I trusted Dr. Rosen and my late in the day headaches are gone! The support staff is equally as skilled and personable. Both my husband and I are so very satisfied with our eyewear and more importantly with Doctor Rosen's complete and thorough exam. The staff is professional and knowledgeable. It's always so hard to hunt for frames but it was easy at Scarsdale. As for me, I can finally read road signs from a distance not to mention easier reading of crossword puzzle numbers. Will stop by soon for my "backup glasses" .. always need that second pair, just in case. — Christine D.

Great service and selection of frames. I drive down from CT just to go here. You are always greeted with a smile and the doctor takes time with you before, during and after the exam to answer any questions you have and ensure you have a good understanding of your vision needs. I highly recommend. The only downside is that I wish they would take more insurance coverage so that I can coordinate benefits, but other than that, they are great! — Madeline M.

I was treated like absolute royalty at eye gallery of scarsdale! I needed to give my eyes a much needed break from years contacts. However, I have never had any luck in the past with picking out a nice frame. I always went for the stylish over-sized frame, but was always advised I couldn't go there with my strong prescription. Boy, were those other noodles WRONG (no need to name names)! When I told Patty what I was hoping for, she immediately pulled out a several beautiful and very stylish options! They have everything you're looking for--from Oliver Peoples to Alexander McQueen. I couldn't decide on just one! I went with a simply gorgeous pair from SALT optics and Oliver Peoples. Michael worked absolute magic with the lenses! They're super thin, you can't even tell they're prescription! I LOVE LOVE LOVE my frames, and Eye Gallery of Scarsdale! — Kamili B.
