Love coming here. All the staff is always so nice and engaging. Dr. Kalinowski is wonderful. The staff are knowledgeable and are always going above and beyond for each customer. Consistently enjoyable for my family and I to go in for our yearly eye exams. Never a wait to be seen for your appointment, in and out as quickly as possible. I can't say enough positive comments. Really fantastic place.

I am a diabetic, so i am always concerned about ANY changes in my vision. So when my vision started getting blurry one week, i immediately contacted The Doctors and Staff of Eye Care Professionals of WNY, who have been my optometrists for over 15yrs, and they got me right in and did a thorough exam. And thanks to the exams and care that i get from them on a regular basis to keep a watch for any diabetical changes, they were able to assure me that it was nothing more than dry eyes from possible allergies.

While everyone is professional and care is top notch, hours to get in are not convenient. I really do not like having to make an appointment just to get my glasses adjusted; most places you can just drop in and get that done. And their selection of frames are not what appeal to me-chunkier tortoise shell frames that pop-only have subtle tortoise shell frames there.

Ordered glasses ECP with my insurance but also asked for a script so I could order glasses elsewhere. The PD was not listed on the script when I initially called I was put on hold for 20 minutes and never called back. Great customer service. When I called again I was told I would have to pay $25 to measure the PD even though it was already measured. You basically are charging $25 to give this out to people because they want to order elsewhere. The person also helping with the glasses was very judgey. The doctor I had was very nice and personable which is unfortunate because everything else was very bad.. There is a reason you have bad Google reviews.

I have trusted the professionals at Eye Care Professionals of WNY to care for my eyes for almost two decades. The front office staff, technical staff, and doctors are very friendly and always helpful. My recent visit to their Cheektowaga location under COVID restrictions made me feel extremely comfortable. You wait inside your care until five minutes before your appointment. You could tell that every piece of equipment was disinfected and that the staff takes face coverings seriously. Dr. Lauren Kalinowski was understanding to the fact that the phoropter (I had to look that one up) was fogging over during the exam because of my face-mask. She also took the time to answer all my questions concerning the health of my eyes. The practice also offers a new machine that takes a photo of the inside of your eye to determine, as I understood it, if you have early onset macular degeneration or if diabetes are effecting your blood vessels. It cost $35 to have the test done because it is not covered by insurance, but I felt it was important to have a baseline photo for my file. Dr. Kalinowski later went over the photos with me during the exam.

Rude, unprofessional assistant I seen before the Doctor, performing routine eye testing. In her abrupt mannerisms, failed to warn me of air being shot into my eyes. While experiencing facial discomfort, I declined additional test not covered by insurance. She sighed with irritation.

This is my first visit of ECP in Dick road NNY14225 office to get a new prescription for contact lenses. Staff and the doctor that I met are both very friendly and professional. After the examination, the Doctor crossed checked my old and new prescriptions and made sure the new one will fit me nicely for my needs. For the 50 minute visit, I was handled with great care.
