Great people the doc was funny. But I didnt get told what I was being charged for what I got like the transitioning glasses didnt know it cost $40 bucks or I wouldn't have gotten them.

Very friendly staff that works with in your evaluation. Appointment started within 15 minutes of scheduled time which is outstanding for medical appointments. When I needed a new nose pice earlier not during this appointment they fixed it promptly at no charge.

I have had swelling of my eye for three weeks which my doctors office treated incorrectly. After one day it was 50% better! They were all wonderful!!!

Very easy to work with. They have great follow up after the sale. I can walk in and have my glasses adjusted or repairs made. They watch the progression of your vision over several years.

Friendly, patient staff who do not appear to be out for a fast buck. The staff explains the procedures preformed very thoroughly and are willing to answer any questions I had. Worked with me last year when I had no insurance to get the best possible price for me. The staff did the same this year with my insurance coverage.

My family just loves Eye Care One staff in Whitehall. They all make you feel so comfortable and welcome. I love the professionalism that the staff maintains while stil lable to laugh with you. Highly recommended.

Email reminder of my visit being due is great. When I go to schedule an appointment, I would prefer to be able to pick and choose my visit date online at the time I go to your site -- not have to suggest days that work for me, then have you call me, only to be unavailable to take your call, and then have to call you back.

for a simple eye exam - I was in your office for 1 hr 20 minutes. I was not happy with how long the appt took. The actual exam was 10-15 and the rest was overhead to me.
