Staff were very friendly and helpful, even informing me of what my insurance would cover this year. The doctor was professional and courteous, taking the time to listen to me and share different options with me!

I'm always happy with my Eye Care One, Fremont, Michigan experience. I've been a customer here since 2006. Dr. Wilson even diagnosed a potentially serious retinal issue, with just a bright light and his bare eyes. So definitely not just a place to get glasses.

I am from California and while visiting my son in Michigan, I was pleasantly surprised to discover Eye Care One accepted my insurance. I was very happy with the attentiveness and professional service I was provided with at Eye Care One in Spring Lake! Everyone and I mean everyone who helped me was friendly, thorough and more than willing to take the time to assist me from the moment I walked in to the time I picked up my glasses 2 hours later!! I had a really good experience here and would highly recommend this place to others!

They wouldn't allow my daughter to order my son's frames and told her that I would have to bring him in for that. Needless to say he won't be getting any because they aren't open when I am not working.

My visits, exams, fittings and emergency repair visits have all gone well at , Fremont eye care one. I like their friendly and professional service. I'm not paid or given any incentive to say this. And their pricing seems to be fair. Oh, and I've been wearing glasses for 37 years.

I always enjoy going in for my eye exam everyone is always smiling and cheerful. A wonderful place to go for an eye exam. I feel warm and welcome when I walk through the door.

the doctor and the exam was fine. finding out that my inc. would not pay for my glasses was not. i should have been told before the exam. i wasted my time. filling out the rest of this is as useless as the exam.

Not only was I greeted immediately and checked in for my appointment, I was seen within minutes. After my eye exam I was given my options and opted for new frames, which a friendly staff member helped me to select. Although there is a great selection of frames, I was hoping for more variety in terms of colors available in adult frames. Regardless, I'm happy with my selection and can't wait to get them.

I purchased lens only. The cost of the appointment including the exam was over $700.00. That is more than I will be willing to pay in the future.

After a few months I notice some cracking around post mounts on my frameless lens. I stop by the office were the staff was very helpful and had the problem taking care of in a short period of time.

I am very pleased with the service I received. Cheri was a great help with picking my frames. All of the employees were happy and smiling which in turn, makes for a pleasant visit! Thank you Eye Care One for such great service!!!!

I was not happy about the wait on my new glasses. I was told twice 5 business days. When I called on the 5th business day I was told 7 business days but actually had to wait 8.
