I tend to take my cellular phone every where with me these days, and I love receiving email from you and being reminded of my upcoming appointment(s), when that happens, i get a copy of it in my cellular email and double check with my scheduling notes to determine if theres a committment conflict or not. This has saved my neck a couple of times, appointment wise. Good job staying with the trends, everyone!

Great except for 2 things. 1) your text alerts have no info as to who is sending them. I dump them if I don't know they are coming from. 2) When I called your receptionist about my appointment, she said I had cancelled it by text. I explained it to her and she became snotty with me. I dislike that intensely. I am looking at another eye care provider as we speak for that very reason.

It was to long. It took all evening answering all the questions. To intrusive. Asked questions that have nothing to do with healthcare. Not enough spaces for surgeries and nobody can remember dates and surgeons. Example of one question that has nothing to do with healthcare was who is my cell phone carrier? I hope this helps.

I spoke with the very helpful young lady about the online issues I encountered. I felt there were 2 concerns with the online forms: 1 - not very iPad friendly. My first attempt to fill out the forms online was with my iPad and it took well over an hour. I would type a word and the interface would fill out each character one letter very slowly at a time. When I did finally reach the end, it had me read the Hippa form at the very bottom and would not allow me to return to the form to submit it. That entire hour plus was wasted. 2 - The Hippa form mentioned that it was for the North East Wisconsin Eye care. This file was obviously for a different medical group than yours. All I can think of is that it might only be seen through iPad users. I then had to use my laptop to go through the process again and this time it was much simpler.

I have been a patient for over 15 years. I would not change a thing. Dr. Harvey is outstanding in his up-to-date treatment for my Glaucoma and Macular Degeneration.

My cataract surgery is doing well, though as I am between the two surgeries, I am nearly frantic to move on to the next surgery so I can see at all again. I do wish for persons with very bad vision, where thick glasses have been required for many many years (since 1965), the two surgeries could be scheduled up front close together, or even at one time, since seeing is very difficult in the interim and produces Nausea, Dizziness, Headaches and general feeling of insecurity because the poor (with glasses) vision one once had is no longer even there and everything is a monumental task. I would happily have traded a day of being patched bilaterally for this month of fighting my vision every step of the way.

I read 20/20 and 20/25 when I saw Dr. LeeMaster. I needed a new prescription for new eyeglasses. I was referred to another doctor for an exam. WHY? I just needed the scrip but instead I will have to pay $35 for a piece of paper.

On a side note - My wife had a little trouble getting her prescription released to order her contacts, so I had to go in a get it from the office myself which led me to ensure I received my prescription so I could order my glasses from an outside vendor.

I'm not exactly sure how you expected me to see with the incorrect prescription I was given. I am very annoyed about having to pay for another optometrists appointment at a separate location in order to receive a decent prescription. I feel that the rush my optometrist was in directly contributed to by the incorrect prescription I received. I will not be returning to Eye Care Oklahoma.

Since I was uninformed of the type of visit I was unable to get the referrals in time. It was a waste of my time and of the staff because of the lack of communication. I was contacted both by email and by phone and neither time was it mentioned about the type of procedure that was going to be performed. I was under the impression that this appointment was for an eye exam which I was covered for and I would not have proceeded past the reception desk had I know it wasn't.

No one, from the time I walked in the door until I left, smiled, asked me about my day. My name was used to call me back, but the doctor never said hi "jane". He introduced himself and his scribe, sat down, burped out technical information, leaned back and asked it I had any questions. Never fully explaining much. Not really wanting me to ask questions. Nobody cared about me. I am a referral source. I send patients to your clinic for evaluation and treatment. I have no problem sharing with my colleagues my experience in your clinic. I will send my patients elsewhere.

When I paid as I was leaving the front desk charged my benny card $657 by mistake so, when I went to purchase new glasses my card was denied. It took a little while to fix it but I was glad that it was able to be corrected quickly.

The entire staff was extremely nice and very professional. I sat in the waiting area for all of about 3 minutes and I don't think the entire process took longer than 45 minutes to include purchasing a new pair of glasses. Dr. Lasater was very kind and informative in explaining any issues I may need to prepare for due to my age. Thank you for a wonderful experience. For the first time ever, I am actually looking forward to a follow up with an O.D.

I think when a patient is a post surgical patient they should not have to wait 4 to 5 weeks to be seen by the treating Dr. once released from the surgeon. Appointment times should try to be held... everyone's time is valuable to them. And, it would be nice if the same intake technician could assist the same patients when possible to help make the visit as seemless as possible.
