Everyone courteous, helpful, and knowledgeable, from the woman who scheduled my appointment to the opticians to the doctor. I could not have been happier.

Unhappy with Front Desk/Receptionist. Poor customer service skills/attitude. Was slow, rude and didn't explain anything. Never received a prescription either, had to call myself to get that and see prices for contacts to order.

Dr. McManis and Haleigh were great to work with. I felt very welcome in the building and felt Dr. McManis cared about both my eyes and experience. Haleigh was great to work with in picking out my first pair of glasses and was incredibly helpful in narrowing down the large selection in the store.

I'm not sure if it was because I knew what questions to ask, but EVERYONE really tried their best to make me comfortable, explained the steps taken for my eye exam, & help in picking out frames !!! Very appreciated !!!

Work had form for exam and safety glasses but they charged my insurance for exam 2nd time in 5 years.

Eye lady was a gem and helped me see that my current lenses were way to strong. Josie assisted me in finding the perfect frames and went over all of options in depth and explained everything to me on all of the questions I had. Josie and the Eye lady provided such wonderful and positive experiences. I also got my glasses in less than a week!!

Receptionist just aren’t welcoming and does not have great customer service! No smiles,No conversations, No help. The girls were horrible. Eye doctor was amazing!

I thought you would compare my current glasses with my prescription. I went to order new glasses and found out the prescription didn't change.
