Dr. Knierim is the absolute best!!! I’ve only chosen to give her a 5-star rating, because 10 just wasn’t an option. Very knowledgeable, compassionate and thorough. My son is 11 now and he’s been going for years. We’ve never left, with a question unanswered. The acting hygienist is equally pleasant. We’re always welcomed with beautiful bright smiles, from start to finish. I give an A+ rating for the entire staff. They are the chic-fil-A of pediatric dentistry….., thank you for all that you do! Dr. Knierim and her team did an amazing job with my daughter’s first time getting a cavity filled as well as a tooth construction. They gently eased her into the procedure, showing her every tool being used, and discretely administered the pain injection so that she handled it extremely well, leaving the office with a favorable experience and no fear leading into the next one. This is an improvement from our experience with a different dentist and my other daughter!

Dr. Knierim is truly a rare and wonderful person. She has repeatedly gone above and beyond taking care of my kids' teeth, most recently meeting us on a day she was out to treat an emergency. She knows her stuff, and her calm and super kid-friendly personality shines through at all times. She treats her staff with the same respect and kindness she shows her patients and their families. They have been awesome anytime we have had a dental emergency, and routine appointments are enjoyable. I can always get all 3 of my kids scheduled for cleanings at the same time so we don’t have to make multiple trips.

In this new Covid 19 era going to the dentist can create added anxiety for children. But I was pleasantly surprised when each of the three children went into their appointments happily and came out happily. They felt safe and I did too knowing all the precautions the staff has taken to keep them safe. We already knew the cleanings and other treatments are excellent here and the everyone who works here is so friendly. None of this has changed, I am so happy we are fortunate enough to have found this office and would recommend to anyone seaking a pediatric dentist!

I am so very happy to have the amazing people at this office take care of my daughter's teeth. We had an emergency, my daughter almost knocked her teeth out, I was able to call the office of Dr Knierim and she was seen right away. They were so kind and helpful. My daughter was terrified when she came in, but they quickly calmed her down and gave us excellent service.

We love our dentist! Our girls love going for their biannual check ups because they take the time to do the small things that make a big difference. They specialize in kids and have a kid friendly staff. From having sunglasses while you get your teeth cleaned to a special prize at the end, the staff at Dr. Knierim and Dr. Zoll’s office are second to none!

The bedside manor of the dental technicians was beyond what I could have asked for. I have a very active little boy who doesn't always want to cooperate at the dentist. Everyone is always so patient and kind with him. Dr. Knierim even volunteered to do the cleaning herself at our last visit when he was struggling to let the dental hygienist do his cleaning. When my son was 4, Dr. Knierim put a crown on his tooth when 2 other dentists couldn't. I assumed he would need to be sedated for the procedure which is why we went to a pediatric dentist, but she talked him through the entire procedure. Can't sing her praises enough!!! 🙂

You pulled three teeth and it went way better than expected. I am always impressed with Dr. Knierim. After leaving you we went to Burlington Coat shopping. The cashier told me a horror story about her 3 yr old at a dentist. I happen to have pick up your card while I was checking out, so I handed it to her and highly recomended she take her little guy to see you. My Son is not always the best during teeth cleanings. The staff is so patient with working on his teeth. Its really appreciated when they are calm and explain things to him, and give him a moment to regain his composure. The doctor knows her patients very well and remembers their dental history pretty good.

Our kids, all 3, have been in the care of Dr. Knierim for the past couple of years and a bit more. She and her staff have always taken great care of the kids. They are quite friendly and make the kids very relax . We had our first cavity in the bunch,exactly 2 cavities . It was our youngest --the 6 year old boy. Dr. Knierim took time to explain to him what she was going to do. He was no longer afraid and became very relaxed. He chatted with her the whole time she was filling the cavities in his molars. Our kids have always had a great experience on their visits. They like going to the Dentist. What more can you ask for as a parent. I give Dr. Knierim 7 stars not five.

The staff was all friendly and attentive to the individual needs of my child. The equipment is by far the most up to date and fast and effective for any age child especially my 3 year olds first visit. A very calm family feel office 5 star highly recommended.

Thoroughly impressed. The way Dr. Knierim and Sam treated Kyler (6 yrs old) was amazing. He was scared going in. Kids at school told him how much it hurt. However the methods used distracted him, calmed him, and made the entire process almost a joy (almost, as fillings are never fun). He even got 2 prizes! He thought that was cool. Highly recommend for childens dental work!

Dr. Knierim and her staff are very friendly and wonderful with kids. After several unpleasant experiences with another pediatric dentist office, a friend told us about Dr. Zoll and Dr. Knierim. My son (3 years old at the time) HATED the dentist & would not open his mouth. He had some issues, so it was important to have them taken care of. Upon visiting Dr. Knierim, not only did he WILLINGLY open his mouth, he let he take xrays & was completely comfortable & happy with the process. It was like magic in the air! Over the next few visits, my older girls saw the staff & Doctors & decided they wanted to switch dentist offices as well. I highly recommend this office ~especially for children that may have a fear of the dentist.

It is a sad thing which happens when your doctor or dentist has the nerve to retire after 20 years:) LOL. It is seriously sad when the office staff retires with her or him. This is the case here. Dr. Knieram has a wonderful manner and is a good dentist. HOWEVER, (despite the dental hygienists being completely awesome), the one-two punch of the office "manager" or accounts receivable person needs a lot of....grace. She nearly tackled me to extract my previous balance from me in cash! She had the clerk make multiple notes on my account to ensure I didn't "skip town" or make off with free toothpaste and toothbrush! I assured her of my high character and vowed to make my account paid in full (imagine your bill with 7 kids and 2 visits a year plus sealants, X-rays and (Gasp) cavities) next month. All this to say, after 19 years and thousands of PAID bills, if the new policy (pay all or leave left leg) had been made clear in an introductory letter (I had never met this new dentist before) I would have had enough cash in my HSA to pay in full($400). Ha. The "financial options" were never explained, offered, suggested, or available beforehand. This girl actually demanded I pay cash!$400! Which I will do next month as promised. Good luck:)

I called in the middle of the night and you were sick with a horrible cold, you didn't know me at all, but you called in a prescription and saw him the next day. The doctor and her assistants are always extremely patient and kind with our child, and are able to keep him occupied in fun ways while working on his teeth. The last time I didn't understand everything they'd said about his short-term care, but a single phone call to the office fixed that. Amazing service - polite, patient & they really care. Our son has special needs and we had been to another area pediatric dentist and had an awful experience. The staff here are patient and work to ensure the child is comfortable and understands what is going to happen. Best dental office I have ever worked with!

The staff was friendly and very helpful! They were great with our kids (ages 5 & 4) and made the entire experience fun. Dr. Knierim was extremely professional and kind, and it was obvious how much she enjoys her job. Fabulous office!!

My son loves to go to the dentist. We have always been happy with Dr. Zoll's office. Everyone is great.My son usually has appointments with Tammy, who is so knowledgeable and nice, that it makes it easy to feel comfortable trusting his care to her. I would recommend Dr. Zoll and Dr. Knierim to anyone under 18!

Awesome, best, most efficient Dentist ever. We were slated for an expensive OR visit before visiting the Dr. Zoll practice. Dr. Knierim instantly related to our daughter anyway to previous dentist could not. She is one of those treasure finds as a parent. I'm so glad we found this group. Their professionalism paired with their ability to get at the child's level and make them feel less anxious and more comfortable is impressive. We love Dr. Zoll! My kids aren't scared to see her and the prize at the end doesn't hurt. The kid-friendly atmosphere is adorable and welcoming.

My daughter (8) loves Dr. Zoll. She is the best dentist I have ever been to and I am 50. She has the best approach to children. She always makes my daughter feel at ease and my daughter is not afraid to go to the dentist. I would highly recommend her to all my family and friends.

My daughter did so well at her dentist appointment and it was all thanks to Dr. Zoll. She did an amazing job of helping Monica feel secure and safe. She talked to her and told her stories all through the procedure and it really helped my daughter. She told me everything that would be done and I really appreciated her giving me that information. Monica felt no pain during the procedure and for that I am grateful. My daughter is not afraid to go to the dentist and she loved Dr. Zoll. THANK YOU!

Love this practice! They are so patient and caring. I have a special needs son with sensory issues and they have made it so comfortable for us! My son can get the dental care he needs that I never thought would be possible! Also my 20 month old typical child just had her fist check up. They were so great with her!

I couldn't be happier with Dr. Zoll and her staff. I have had two separate occasions where my boys have experienced a trauma to their front teeth and I have been seen right away. I will gladly keep driving an hour to this office.

You have a naturally child favorable disposition. This is something that can't be faked. We have kind of a long road with Lorelei but we're looking forward getting through it with you. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Zoll and her team. They are friendly, thorough, and great with my kids. They explain what is happening to the kids, talk to them about things to distract them, and overall just a great dental practice.

My son loved his visit! Everyone was very patient and nice. They have a play area where your kids can play and you can watch the whole time. Clean and the wait time was less then 5 min.! Highly recommended!

Staff and doctors were very friendly and patient. They took the time to explain everything to my son and to make him feel comfortable. They were thorough but quick which accommodated the patience level of an 11 month old. Office setting is kid-friendly and has activities throughout, even in exam area.
