Every thing in the treatment was outstanding! Very disturbed to the wait for the next appointment. I know I have a narrow window for the appointment. We will be leaving for the south about the 15 of January. Will be Back about the 15th of March. The appointment for the 5th of April seems a bit loo long with a infection. Normally I get quick service, but my last visit I had to wait about 30 minutes to see the dentist, not Dr. Batterton, Upon looking at my lost filling he said it was an easy fix but he couldn't do it that day and I had to make another appointment, which I can do but, it was not the excellent fast service I was used to.

Absolutely the best dentist and staff. Kind,caring,very friendly. I have felt so calm and comfortable every visit .i feel as if they really listen and explain everything so well and I never feel rushed but am made to feel I’m the only patient they have! I trust dr Batterton completely and he makes sure I am completely comfortable and happy . As well as not recommending procedures that aren’t absolutely necessary just to make money. They are all kind and polite to each other and to their patients and even making an appointment is a great experience. I was able to reschedule my appointment that was canceled due to COVID rather quickly. I have never had such a great experience at any doctor's office before. Everyone from the receptionist to the dentist, treated me like they were glad to see me and they were happy that I was there. They spent a long time with me, and not once did I ever feel rushed or like I was taking time away from them. They were empathetic in the bad news that they had to give me about a bad tooth and genuinely cared about the outcome of my visit, as well as what I have to do for the tooth in the future. Dr. Batterton was completely honest and took the time to go through every one of my options with lots of detail. I left feeling appreciated and well taken care of, and not once did I ever feel like I was just another patient or that they just wanted money. I will reccommend Dr. Batterton to anyone who will listen.

I would highly recommend Dr.Batterton . I had dental work done at another dentist that was done poorly and I called his office of a referral spoke to a member of his office staff that was extremely helpful and they got me in the very next day as a new patient and he came in even on his day off . He even called a oral surgeon and consulted the best plan of action. Granted my recovery isn’t going to be a fast one he has taken it on and didn’t have to and his compassion alone speaks volumes that the healthcare industry needs more doctors like himself.

Dr. Batterton has an AMAZING staff working for him! This was my first visit but as soon as I walked in, I was treated like part of the family. Lisa, my hygentist, is the best hygentist I have ever had. I didn’t have a lot of pressure or pain from the scraping and there was no taste of blood in my mouth. She also taught me things about brushing and flossing at home that I had never been taught before. Dr. Batterton spent time with me, addressing my concerns about night grinding and offered a few options that were feasible and economic (unlike the last dentist I went to, who said the only solution to my grinding was a full set of veneers at the bargain price of $33,000). I ended my visit with Katie, who made scheduling my next few appointments a breeze. I highly recommend Dr. Battertom and his staff to anyone...5+ stars!

Visited Dr. Batterton’s office for the first time on May 22, 2018. This dentist and his staff are amazing. I was treated with abundant care, consideration and respect. I was traumatized by our family dentist at an early age and have always gone to dental appointments with a deep sense of dread. Never again. I had an extraction of a badly broken molar. I felt no pain or anxiety whatsoever during the procedure which went very quickly. They did not encourage me to leave until we were all satisfied that I truly felt well enough to go home. I was given thorough instructions and Dr. Batterton’s cell number in case I had a problem. Left the office totally impressed with the care and professionalism I experienced. The icing on the cake? Dr. Batterton phoned me about six hours later to check on my well-being. Our new dentist. Highly recommend.

Love getting credits for customer referrals and taking a cancellation spot. Everyone in office is friendly. Never have to wait long for appt. Had the same dentist for over 30 yrs. Never thought I'd find one that I liked as well, but I did. You can even watch t.v. while they work on you.

I haven;t been to the dentist in along time and decided to asked my friend who she took her children to for dental care. She said the kids love him and he was Dr. Eric Batterton. I asked her if he did adults dental work too. Yes he does both dental care. My first visit the staff was very helpful and help me get over my anxiety. I meet Dr. Eric Batterton to go over my dental care and felt comfortable with him giving me the best advice. I'm still going to the dentist for my follow up dental care the staff is wonderful and will work around your work schedule for other appointments. I would recommand Dr. Eric Batterton. Jody Miller

I walked in thinking this place was just like any other dentist. Growing up I had the same dentist for almost 10 years and when I moved to Delaware I had to find a new dentist. A little over a year ago I went to another dentist in town. No harm no foul, didn't really care for the gentleman though. My husband convinced me to go here and I am beyond glad that I have. I just went in for a cleaning and they now have a forever customer. My husband, children and myself will be coming here from now on!

I know that I can go to the dentist for a checkup and know that I'm not going to be told I need to have this or that done if it really doesn't need done. I have had friends go to other dentists and they could never get through a checkup without being told they needed to have something done to their teeth.

I can't rave enough about Doc Batterton and his staff. Honestly, I used to hate going to the dentist and now when the slightest thing is wrong or suspect with my teeth "I eagerly call." I know they'll handle me with kit gloves, fix the problem and send me home with a smile.

I had a piece of dental floss stuck in my r bottom molars. I called, got an appointment in an hour, and a technician removed it with some difficulty and much good humor. Dr. B came by and blessed the extraction

My 4 yo daughter just had her 1st dental appt ever with Eric Batterton and his staff. Lisa, thr hygenist, was amazing in making My daughter feel comfortable with the whole process. Dr Batterton was also key in teaming up with me to help my daughter understand the importance of brushing properly.

I've been going to Dr. Batterton for the last 8 to 10 years and wouldn't want to go to anyone else. I feel that he has my best interest at heart for my dental and overall health. I've never had any issues with the work he has done and I never feel that he is trying to do things that aren't necessary. The best dentist I've ever had.

Dr. Batterton and his staff are very customer service focused and provide exceptional care! They are always able to schedule my visits in a way that makes it convenient for me and treat me with undivided attention during my visit. The dental hygienists are all lovely people, and I enjoy conversation with them during my visit. Dr. Batterton is an exceptional dentist- knowledgeable, kind and keen on details. Even though I usually stop by the office just twice a year, Dr. Batterton and his staff remember me with detail every time!

Dr. Batterson and staff have always been available and accommodating to my needs. I never feel rushed or that the staff is anxious to get on to the next client. I have never had any reason to question the staffs' competence or concern with my comfort.
