Got to the appointment early. Was checked in right away, and taken back to start the process. Staff was courteous and friendly. Will definitely go back again. My only issue was that I don't think the doctor or staff looked at the paperwork to see if there were any issues. Nothing was mentioned about the annotations of itchy and dry eyes.

Overall it was a great experience. I received text reminders confirming the joint appointment for my wife and I about a week before our visit and again the day before our visit. A couple of days before our appointment I emailed our new patient paperwork to the office (but printed a copy to take with me). Upon arrival/check in I was prepaid to start any additional paperwork and submit again what I had emailed, but the receptionist said we were all set, she had updated everything from what I had submitted and there was nothing left for me to do. Now that made me smile, because I am not a fan of doing paperwork in any Dr. office (if you know what I mean). Dr. Jody LeMarr-Cabano Was amazing, she was friendly and made us feel at ease from the moment we stepped into her office. She took time to get to know us and our prior eye care history. By the time we left it felt like she was a friend of the family, we will defiantly be long term clients. Another great thing is that Dr. Jody she didn’t try to upsell us what we didn’t currently need, she even talked me out of buying an extra pair of glasses that I was considering purchasing as they weren’t currently needed. (Now that is rare indeed). I highly recommend Envision Eyecare to anyone that needs a new prescription or just the annual eye exam! Oh and we recently moved from a much larger city (Dallas) and expected the frame selection to be limited (as it’s a smaller town), not true, they had a very impressive selection of frames including Oakley, my brand at very reasonable prices. Don’t hesitate, book your appointment, you wont be disappointed in the Dr. or staff!

I would like to see them carry more up to date frames. The posters on the outside suggest they have fashionable frames but the types on the outside can't be found on the inside.

Dr Tacker and Staff showed great service, kindess, efficiency and knowledge very satisfying while at my appointment. Dr Tacker had been recommened to me by Sherri Ross and I was not disappointed. My experience with my last eye doctor had been rough, I knew the doctor had given me the wrong prescription, went back to her three times, until she gave me a prescription i could live with, not saying one word about my previous experience, Dr Tacker picked up on it immediately and said my current glasses had the wrong prescription. She won me over at that moment, everything else was icing on the cake. I have already referred my father in law to Dr. Tacker. Thanks again to the doctor and staff for a great experience. Sonya T

We were very happy with the service we received, myself and my daughter both had appointment on the same day as new patients. We arrived a few minutes early to get paperwork filled out, and I went back and then they brought my daughter in the same room, the doctor was so nice, we both went and picked out our frames and placed the order for our new glasses, was told it would be about 7 days and we would be able to come and pick them up. It was a very easy and fast process and I would definitely recommend using this office.

I love Dr Tacker ! One thing I would really appreciate ; after I have my exam I would really like someone that is in the fames department to answer questions and help with the sizes. I usually leave and not get glasses there. When in reality I would like to get my eye exam and glasses all in one spot. No options unless you haves small head. No options for larger sizes except men’s frames. Get a selections ie..,,, separate glasses by size, gender, spring (flexible) hinges.

I love the service here and the doctors in person. On the phone, is another story. I called to get an estimate on how much my appointment was going to cost and the lady I spoke with on the phone didn't give me a good estimate. I, like probably 90% of your customers, cannot walk up and just pull money out of my butt. It was like she didn't want to help at all because I was on the phone. It was like I was bothering her and wasting her time. She estimated me at $140 and when I questioned it, she gave me a big sigh. I finally told her nevermind and that I would just bring my unlimited funds (being sarcastic). When I came in, it turned out that my appointment was just $41. I told Olga what happened and she just kind of looked at me apologetically and said sorry. I could tell that she knew who it was and that irritated me more. There are awesome employees that have been there for years, but these new ones and slipping and they just don't care. It's gonna end up costing you customers.

Superb experience throughout our visit. We had 3 back to back to back appointments and they got us through in no time at all without feeling rushed. Easy to pick out glasses with a large selection to choose from that didn't break the bank. Was even able to take home my sons glasses that same day. From start to finish we had 3 eye appointments, picked out glasses for 2 of us, and had a pair made all within 90 minutes. Definitely a place that we will be patients for years to come.

If you have not visited Doctor Tacker's office you are missing out!!! Doctor Tacker is the best eye doctor I have ever visited. I have experienced so many headaches and migraines in my life while reading and driving. I never knew what was wrong and I would have never thought the cause of it was due to my eyes not seeing perfectly clear. Doctor Tacker discovered that I needed glasses at night and for reading. She knew exactly what wrong with my eyes in just a short amount of time. She is super friendly and resourceful. Thank goodness for doctors like Jody. Also the office staff is courteous and the appointment scheduling is super convenient. Not to mention the new building is probably one of the nicest businesses in Corsicana. (They must have had a really GREAT contractor!!) Thank you Envision eyecare!! I am so glad I found y'all. I will be back!!

No wait time, like at other doctor offices. Glasses selection is wonderful and modern. If they have your lenses in stock, you can get your glasses same day. My daughter got her eye exam, selected frames and lenses were placed in frames, all within 1 1/2 hour.

Love the staff at Envision and Dr. Tacker is an absolute joy to be around. She also takes care of her patients and the staff makes sure you don't leave without feeling satisfied about your new frames or whatever you're there for. Thank you all!
