Great medical office, wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Appreciate Dr. Pham for taking time to go over my eye care. Also, want to thank the Office staff for being very professional and courteous. Highly recommended.

I’m sorry but Dr Pham really didn’t impress me. She was quite rude and in a very big hurry. I don’t trust that she got my prescription correct but will wait until I get my glasses to see for sure on that.

It was such a waste of time. They called me to get all insurance and confirmed my appointments. But when we arrived they said that they could not find my infomation and blame on their system. Can believe they can treat customers like that.

We were pleasantly surprised at fantastic your customer service was! We were greeted just ahead of schedule and your staff was courteous and conducted herself in a very professional manner. Then Dr. Chettti came in and quickly and pleasantly examined our eyes 👀. We will be returning here in the future.

I have worn glasses since I was 18 and I am now 63. Over the years I have been to many optometrists. None can compare to Doctor Chen. He is outstanding. I have found an excellent man for the job and will never change or look anywhere else.

Thank you an excellent service. One thing I would like mention is about waiting room condition. There was a very strong smell of air freshner which causes headeach. I had to stand outside till I was called in. Please eliminate this air freshner. Thank you Alireza

Everything about my appointment was pleasant. It was easy to set up, and it ran on time once I arrived. My examinations were handled efficiently. My time with the optometrist was not hurried, and she did a fantastic job of explaining her findings and recommendations. On top of that, everyone I dealt with was very nice!
