I have been coming to Eastridge Family Dentistry for about 12 years and have always had great service and very good attention. They have accommodated any changes I have had to make due to my scheduling problems. I would highly recommend them for keeping my teeth healthy.

Staff very courteous and friendly, I’m also a patient that has extreme allergy and asthma and cringe having to enter medical offices and dealing with uncaring staff .however I was very relieved that I could enter an office and not be engulfed in over powering fragrance and rude staff. It’s good to know that there are doctors and staff that actually care about patients and there wellbeing. Thank you , very much appreciate your professionalism . I would definitely refer friends and family.

I have been with this practice for years now. Everyone is always so friendly and they all say hi and greet you. Everyone remembers my medical history. IE need antibiotics for procedures and cannot be lowered back very far due to prosthetic arm. I never need to remind anyone. I have never had a rough exam and love having my teeth cleaned. On this occasion I walked into office to make an appt because of a tooth bothering. They said they would get me in and I was quickly seen. Dr. Rock is very caring and efficient.

I used to have such a fear of the Dentist but my friend Monique (works here) recommended I try out her office and I am so glad she did. Eastridge Family Dentistry changed that fear for me. I love this dentist office! The staff is so professional and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I am no longer nervous for dentist visits because I know I’m in good hands. From the front office to the back office everyone is very pleasant and professional. One key point I want to touch on is the office manager Jenni, in the past when I’ve had issues with my husbands insurance she has made sure that the problems are taken care of without the stress on me to contact them and go around and around and I really appreciate that! They work on what payment plans and treatment plans will work best for you, health wise and financially. Five out of five stars and I will continue being a loyal customer!

Awesome service. Very professional. They have 21st century equipment. I was describing a tooth of worry and the hygienist popped a computer in my face and asked "this one"? My 3d x-ray of my own teeth! They also take picture of those ugly caps that has been in my mouth for 40 years! My old dentist still turns his office phone off to use the fax machine. Melissa casey

I always look forward to my dental appointments... that says a lot since I used to hate going. My dentist and her assistant are the greatest. We moved farther away and there are closer dental clinics, but we prefer to travel farther in order to keep our dentist.

I love Eastridge Family Dentistry. My husband and I have been going to them for almost 9 years now. From the moment you walk in and speak to the front desk, to the amazing Hygienists and the Docs.... this place feels like family! No one loves going to the Dentist but everyone at Eastridge makes you feel comfortable and like a top priority. Went in for my six month checkup and teeth cleaning. The appointment started on time and the Dental Hygienist completed the process quickly with no problems. The Dental Hygienist noticed an area to keep an eye on and the Dentist covered the same issue on their exam and explained what could happen over time. My teeth are now clean and I know what area of my dental hygiene to focus on.

Appointment for 6 month check up and teeth cleaning. Great experience! Was greated as soon as I walked through door. Comfortable waiting room. Hygienist was pleasant and did the best cleaning I have ever had. Love the TV mounted on ceiling so I had something to watch instead of staring at tiles. Loved that I had a selection of flavors for cleaning. My choice - orange! Would recommend to family and friends

As always, Ms. Rock was fantastic. The hygienist was equally kind,supportive and helpful. However the front desk personnel was not warm. Immediately said your five minutes late and please fill out the medical update. She made me feel not welcomed.

Every employee at Eastridge Family Dentistry is awesome, friendly, professional and great at what they do. I won't go anywhere else knowing the staff have my best interest in mind and aren't just trying to make a few extra dollars. I routinely go in for a cleaning every six months and every time I walk away feeling I received the best treatment possible. Not only is the hygienist (Bridget) and the dentist (Michelle Rock DDS) great at what they do, they also smell great, which helps make the experience pleasant.

My last dentist was all about noting that I 'refused' the extra charge for additional xrays instead of listening that I couldn't 'afford' them. This time was way different. They seemed to genuinely care and heard me when I said I'm broke. On just their attitude alone, I will go back and have the work done. Even if I do have to eat potatoes for several months.

The staff at Eastridge are amazing. Every time we come in they are warm and friendly. The Hygienists are all very good and understanding. As someone who has a lot of anxiety going to the dentist, they make sure I am comfortable and are very aware of my needs as a patient. They also have a beautiful waiting rom.

I’ve been to many dentist here in the East Valley and some of them really push you to get more than you need done. This dentist takes care of you but doesn’t try to talk you into unnecessary procedures. The only dentist I will go to at this point.

I have always had a good experience at Eastridge. I can't say that going to the dentist is ever something I look forward to, but needless to say, one has to do it in order to stay on top of good oral health. My husband and I are senior citizens and at Eastridge we are given a senior discount which is very helpful to our budget as we do not have dental insurance and are on a fixed income. The dentists, dental hygienists, receptionists, and people in billing are always accommodating. Thank you! Dianna

I saw Dr Lovell who was great! Took the time to show me my xrays in which I had 2 cavities. He showed me them in great detail and thoroughly went over my treatment plan also providing the information that if that didn't work what the alternative treatment plan would be. The dental hygenist was also great! She was very informative and a pleasure to be around. The front office staff also went over my cost prior to the work being done which is a major bonus!
