Your office is excellent in every way! I had an emergency situation (severe pain in my eye and what I believed to be something lodged under the eye lid). NO eye clinics nor urgent care facilities would see me as (they did not have the proper equipment or I was not an established patient) . Eagle Vision saw me immediately and Dr. K was patient , kind and incredibly helpful.. she removed the object and called in an antibiotic. I left pain free! . I will be establishing my eye care with your office . Your staff is incredible with excellent patient care ! (And that is saying a lot for this area ). Thank you so very much . I 100 percent would refer patients to Eagle Vision and Dr. K!! You are the best !

I am a new patient at this practice, and they came highly recommended. I had a 3:00 appointment but had quite a long wait. I think I was seen about 3:30/3:45. They were very busy that day and the doctor apologized for keeping me waiting, which I appreciated. Once seen, I received very thorough and professional care from Dr. Khankhanian. I have a complicated eye issue and she explained all my options clearly for me. The staff were polite and friendly. I haven’t received my new glasses yet, but hope I can see well with them once I have them. I was reassured I could return them within 30 days if anything needed to be adjusted, which was a relief. I would recommend this practice. Hopefully the wait isn’t always that long.

This Office is the Best!! over the years I have gone into several eye Doctors and none can compare to this one!! Dr Khankhanian is wonderful always remembers me, even tho i only come in once a year most years, she listens to my concerns and help's find solutions. I never leave this Office with out being asked if I want a prescription for glasses as well as contacts. The atmosphere is light and warm, the staff is very sweet and friendly. My initial visit to Eagle Vision was a very pleasant experience. I was impressed by the equipment used for my testing. As an example, I sat at a stable machine for the pressure test. It was not a "hand held" tool. Much more pleasant. Also the staff is very experienced and pleasant; a nice environment.

I've been coming to Eagle Vision for 3 years - I come back b/c scheduling is incredibly easy, the location is convenient, and working with everyone there is always a pleasure. Dr K is great at what she does, asks questions about when you use your glasses to make sure you are getting the best pair for what you need (in my case, we added anti glare and blue light blocker b/c I work in excel 8hrs/day). She gave extra recommendations, just in case I'm still having trouble seeing, and I can call for a follow up if needed. The women who helped me pick out my new set of glasses do a wonderful job of explaining what is covered by insurance, what is not, and you can follow the pricing as they explain/write it down. Very transparent and it's appreciated! They also found a great pair of glasses I never would have picked for myself and I am very excited for the change!

Staff & Dr K friendly & supportive as always in past i would have given 5 stars but two things this time concerned me - 1) no restroom available for patients to use & the explanation of why not did not sit well with me & 2) the young lady helping me with my glasses did not seem as well trained as in past; and she spoke loudly with everyone being able to hear $$. I guess both issues would be solved if the office / waiting room was expanded. in the past the very tight quarters for waiting did not bother me but having no restroom, people overhearing private convos & no place to sit impacted rating of the great medical care provided.

No complaints. All went very smoothly. No significant changes. A little added floater in my left eye. I have 2 big floaters on each eye. They don’t bother me, but I was advised to pay attention to them. If they get worse to come back in for further observation.

It was great relief to be able to book a recheck appointment within a day or 2 after noting I had noticed blurry spots in one eye. Both the Doctor and technician listened tentatively and showed concern and empathy for my vision concerns. Numerous tests were repeated to be compared with my annual exam just a few months prior. An adjustment to my prescription was also written and I will report back in 3 weeks the status of the blurry spots-- Great relief for this patient who is overly anxious of losing her eyesight prematurely.

I was charged for an appointment that I had no idea I’d be charged for and it’s not fair. I had to go get the cataract surgery at her request before she gave me a prescription for my eyes so I shouldn’t have been charged for the eye appointment so now I’m not getting the glasses from them the last $695 over $55. Dr Khankhanian has taken care of our eye care for about 20 years. Over this time I have had Caterac surgery, and have worn glasses throughout this time. My husband developed Glacoma about 7 years ago and Dr has kept a close eye on his eye pressure as she monitors his medications closely. It is very inconvenient and inconsiderate that there is no patient restroom available in the exam building. The expectation that patients either walk to the other building or use the Subway restroom is just bad service. The fact that patient convenience doesn’t seem important is concerning.

Dr Khankhanian has been caring for our eyes for years. Her equipment is modern, her diagnosis has always been accurate, and we trust her judgment. The only negative is the office space which is too small. There are more employees in the waiting area then patients.

Front staff did not enter my address the last two visits and charged me $156.00. In addition, they asked me to pay for my visit that day on 2/28/2023 an additional $60.00. I only paid $10.00. I had to literally pay the price for someone's inability to communicate with regarding my address. All my information is in my profile, telephone number and email. Why was I not contacted using those methods? It is a hardship for someone my age already having to pay a $50.00 co-pay, let alone $156.00 and asking to pay and additional $j60.00. I am not a banking institution. I was extremely upset yet maintained a level of professionalism in a medical environment. It's unfortunate that patients have to pay the cost of someone's ineptness.

I asked about eye dilation at my appointment and informed the office that it must be done to get a correct prescription per my ophthalmologist. I had my full appointment and I was not allowed dilation due to my primary care manager being "unreachable" at a military hospital. All military hospitals use a scheduling call line. They also take 3 business days to return calls. I was also told that my Rx would be wrong by the optometrist. I was later contacted by the office to come back for dilation and get the $800+ glasses I turned down after seeing my written Rx. I called back and was hung up on. I do not live in the area and cannot come back right now due to multiple autoimmune diseases. I've used my appointment for the year and will have to pay for an appropriate prescription with dilation. I did not want this optometrist or their staff to put chemicals in my eyes after this issue. I compared my given Rx to my converted ophthalmologist Rx and they were vastly different. I cannot recommend this office for anything non-standard. They just want you in, out and to buy from their glasses. I wasn't given a printed Rx until I asked no less than 3x from the desk.

Thank you for seeing me— My insurance is always challenging and your desk person did finally secure the authorization— I had submitted all the healthcare information on line— so it would have been less hassle for me if your people would pre-check the insurance. I was made to wait an extra 30 minutes. Also — one of your helpers was brushing her teeth in the waiting area— that is not appropriate and Dr K — you certainly would not approve of that if you saw it.

Overall my appointment was good. The staff were able to check me in without having to wait and were all very nice. Dr. K had me do an additional exam to make sure I did not have glaucoma but I was unaware that I was going to be charged $60 for that until I checked out. I just wished I was informed of this extra charge before agreeing to do this additional exam.

My vision for reading was not rechecked and when I got home and was looking on my phone and at a magazine it was blurry and I couldn’t focus.
