I love how much time the doctor spent with me going over my eye condition. The first appointment seemed to take alot of time. Went to 2nd appointment when glasses came in. Got right in and all set up. Love the new glasses. Fitting for them was fast. I will be back next year for eye exam and new glasses.

Service was cordial however my glasses were not adjusted properly they are crooked one lense is closer to my face than the other and the sit off to the left side about 1/2".. not happy as I have to make another appointment and travel 25 miles to get this done?? Any assistance with this problem would be greatly appreciated!

Dr. Dan Kincaid is so wonderful. He took great care of me. He was patient and kind while explaining all the possible solutions for my vision concerns. He was very thorough and professional. All the staff at the office were friendly and took great care of me. From reception to the exam room everyone treated me like family. This was an amazing experience and I will never go anywhere else for my vision needs.

All staff members are courteous & professional. I rarely have to wait when I go in for an appointment and have never felt rushed when I have questions related to my eye exam. Always receive a thorough explanation from Dr. Kincaid.

I called on Monday for an acute care appointment. I was able to get scheduled with Dr. Dan the next day. When I arrived I was disappointed to find out Dr. Dan was not available but would be seen by Dr. Dave. Well, silly me! Dr. Dave was just as thoroughand took the time to explain what he thought was going on. One thing though, in the room I was taken too (last one on the right) The machine that she was supposed to use to check my vision wouldn't turn on. She told me that they had been having an issue with the lightbulb. So she just tested it manually by standing in the Hall though I don't think that was a good assessment because the lighting was poor more she was standing.

This was my first time meeting Dr. Dan and he was excellent. He explained how my glasses where going to be made to hopefully correct the problem with my vision. I will request him for all future appointments.

Receptionist said she was going to email my prescription few hrs after apt. It had now been 2 days and nothing. I had lost my voice and emailed to reschedule week later, no one did and no response to email. Thinking office may be too busy for my business. Dr was great tho. Other receptionist with blonde hair very nice, talks reeeeeeaaaalllyyy fast hard to understand her.

I had an excellent experience at my home-town eye doctor. The staff was super friendly and willing to visit with you in order to make you feel more than a patient. I was pleased with their service and how thorough they were. I felt very taken care of.

For my first time getting contacts and only my second time at an optometrist in 6 months, this was a pretty enjoyable experience overall. Dr. Dan was very informative and detailed in his explanations and informed me why he made the decisions he made, which is pretty rare for physicians nowadays. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for the services they provide.

Dr. Tharp is a Godsend for patients like myself with keratoconus who really need an understanding doc to help receive the best care options. She works very hard to gather as much information as possible to help with new contact fittings and takes all the time necessary to meet the need of her patients. Her staff assistants are also very gracious and kind. I so appreciate finding this office.

Wonderful eye clinic!! Very caring people! Besides the eye specialist being very passionate and caring at what they do, their receptionists are bar none the best!! I would highly recommend this clinic! I have had many eye doctors in 5 states and they are the best!! 10 out of 10!
