Splashed full strength antibacterial soap in my eye. Called for an appointment, as my eye was burning. Was seen within an hour by Dr. Imler. He is fantastic. Put a drop in my eye and gave me prescription eye drops. Two days later, feels perfect. Compassionate and caring! High five!!

Everyone is so nice at your office. This was my first time trying your office for me. My daughter comes here too. Im having issues with my glasses but you are working with me to get it right. I am thankful for that. I don't have vision insurance so it is a little expensive for me but my eyes are important so you just have to bite the bullet. Can't wait to walk out of your office with my great pair of glasses.

The doctors and staff are always very professional and knowledgeable of their jobs. I am always treated with respect and dignity and diagnosed correctly for any problem I am having. Your staff was very friendly and helpful, I don’t remember her name but the girl who took me back and for my tests was great. She had a good attitude and was upbeat - that means a lot at 7:00 in the evening. Dr Centar is always wonderful, offering me all options for what kind of contacts to try. And despite a hectic evening he is always such a positive and cheerful person. I always look forward to my appointments because he is so kind and truly cares about my eye care needs. Thank you!

I always have a great experience when coming to see Dr. Imler for regular eye appointments or if I have any eye issues in between visits. My eyes are usually dry and irritated -- it is nice to have someone listen and try different options to correct the issue.

I very much appreciate Dr. Caldwell and his intern's care. Both did a very good job of checking my situation and Dr. Caldwell prescribing an eye drop. He was right when he thought it would probably begin to feel better even as fast as 2 drops being used so my trip to the dentist in Indiana the following day was comfortable. My appointment was at 7:40 AM right beside where I work. I was concerned about spending a lot of time in there and being extremely late to work. Everything went smoothly and quickly and the girls helping me with my choice of frames were amazing. I wish they would have been there 4 years ago when I got pair I have now. Once I found style that fit my face, the girl picked out like 6 other similar pairs for me to try on. Can't wait to get my new glasses in a few weeks.

Dr. Centar and his amazing staff were kind and extremely thorough. From the front desk to the exam chair my experience was pleasant and educational. I was glad to have the wellness photos taken and then have them explained to me in depth by Dr. Centar. His explanation of my prescription helped me to understand what I needed. I have been seeing Dr. Imler for numerous years. He is a top notch professional with profound knowledge, caring and is a great communicator. I'm really impressed with Doctor Imler. He really takes the time to explain the technical stuff in understandable language. You walk away with the feeling that you had a very thorough exam. After being away for several years with another eye care provider when you folks didn't accept Davis Vision, I can tell you from experience that there really is a big difference in eye care services. I truly feel that I've found the best. Keep up the good work! It's good to be back!

I called to get an appt as I had a suspicious looking cluster of skin cells on the surface of the eyeball. As there were no openings for an appt I agreed to come in and wait. I waited about 20 - 25 min in the waiting room and was called in and escorted to an exam room where I waited about a half hour. I finally left as no one saw me, and I did not have an additional half hour to stay for the exam. I checked out to let the receptionists know I needed to leave and they seemed surprised that I never saw anyone. I would like to know that I could be seen by a doctor even without an appt. even if only to know that a follow up appt would be required.

I felt that the price was excessive for the amount of correction that was needed on my prescription. I will seek other options for my next visit. There seems to be eye exams for 45 dollars, not 75,and lence prices seems excessive when compared with others in the area.

I have a lot of faith in Dr. Centar. I've been his patient for a long time and have always left his office feeling that I'm in good hands.The staff is top-notch, too! The only thing I'm not so sure of is getting hooked up and being on line for everything these days. Guess that's happens when you belong to O.L.D!!! It takes a lot of time to understand what to fill in and how and then I always feel like I have to make a paper copy anyway in case my computer crashes or gets a virus. Dr. Campbell was wonderful, and was extremely informed about my situation. I have a corneal transplant, and he explained the possibility of using a scleral lens once it has been tested a little more. After doing research at home, I've realized this sounds like an excellent option for me, and gives me hope that I will see properly out of my right eye for the first time since 2006. Dr. Jurich was very helpful in explaining different options for low vision. She also told me about different agencies locally who can help with my low vision and transportation. I was able to get sunglasses specifically for my condition and also get magnifiers for reading.

I was very pleased with the thoroughness of Dr. Imler when it came to my eyes and possible concerns. He did extra testing to make sure there was not an immediate problem. Charts and tests were consulted from years past. I am glad he wants to monitor these issues again in 6 months and not wait a full year. Staff was WONDERFUL, pleasant and helpful. The only thing I did not like was that I had to pay out of pocket for my frames. I wanted to keep the frames I had, but they said they had to send the new frames and lenses out of town to get done. I don't understand why they cant do them inhouse like they used to.

I was told prior to my appointment that my insurance would be checked for coverage. I even called a few days prior to make sure that everything would be coveted other than co pay, but then after my sons appointment, I was called at home and informed that his frames would not be covered. I still referred you to a friend who made her daughter an appointment, but insurance should be checked when requested to avoid such situations. Also, the person completing the survey should be able to determine how many stars they would give your business. It shouldn't automatically be 5.

Dr. Imler entered the Exam Room immediately after the "nurse" left to conduct his examination. My time is as valuable as the Doctor's time. I appreciate that they seem to understand this.
