We used to go to Costco. We thought they were thorough until we visited Dr Kim! I haven't had that type of thorough exam since before we started going to Costco. Dr Chang did my exam and I was extremely impressed at his professionalism as well as his patience in explaining things. My wife's experience was the same as mine. We have found our new Optometrist! Thanks Dr Kim/Chang!

Started taking my daughter to Dr. Joanne Kim's office for a few years now. Each visit/phone call the staff &/or doctors that we have encountered have always been extremely helpful, kind and have always made our visits enjoyable. Your in & out in a timely manner. Thank you your care and easy access to you, Dr Kim. When I call to schedule or ask for a revision on an RX, ie contact lenses by Air Optic that were being fazed out, your staff is polite and able to resolve the issue. Everyone at your office was super nice and really helpful to someone in a wheelchair you couldn’t even get in the exam chair. The girls are so good they came out and adjusted his glasses when they came in the car.

I LOVE, LOVE DR. KIM AND HER STAFF!! I have been a patient of hers for over 8 years. She is attentive to my concerns and responds quickly to any questions or issues I might have. I tried bifocals with transitional lens 3 years ago and LOVE IT!! They take care of all the insurance paperwork and have a Wide Variety of Glass Frames to choose from! Come here if you want personal attention and professional service!

I always receive the best service at Dr Kim’s Optometry. The are proficient and capable doing the eye exams. Their selection of glasses to chose from is extensive and they work with you to get the right pair that fits your face and function for the type of lenses you need.

Great Visit-Office was very clean and office staff was very informative and friendly. I did not have to wait long to be seen. The Doctor was very friendly and personable. I didn't need glasses and he did not try to convince or recommend me buying some. Recommend this office.

Dr. Joanne Kim and her staff has always do a great job making things easy. I feel taken care of and appreciated as a customer, and not a lot of places really pay attention the small details like that. I come here for my eye exams and contacts and just recently purchased a pair of glasses.

I absolutely love Dr. Kim! She is so lovely and makes a not-so-fun experience (such as visiting an eye appointment) to be a lot more pleasant. I didn't realize that there was a change in mgmt./doctor at this office. My last visit was approx. 4 years ago. Dr. Kim was very nice and accommodating. I stopped going to this office because my previous experience was not very pleasant. The doctor that saw me then insisted that I needed bifocal. I got the bifocal and was not able to use it, because I couldn't get adjusted to it. I only need glasses for reading. The new doctor listens and made me feel important Will definitely be back.

Have all your front office staff members at least greet everyone with some level of enthusiasm - genuine, not fake, please. For the first time in 20 years visiting Dr. Kim's office I felt unwelcome when I first walked in.

Dr. Kim and her staff always give you the time of day and make sure that you are taken care of the right way and always make sure that you are a happy patient leaving your exam.
