Did I actually go to a dentist? My wife and I had a appointment for cleaning, mine revealed 2 cavities. By some miracle which could not be performed in the 40 minutes we waited, yet was during the 20 minute cleaning, it turns out our insurance was not accepted, despite it being covered when my wife went previously. Annoying, but OK. I then went to a dentist that was covered who expressed disbelief that my teeth had been cleaned the week before and revealed 3 more cavities, two of which were plainly visible discolorations, even to me, in the front at my gumline. After seeing these obvious cavities in the mirror I began to question if I had in fact been to the dentist the week prior, to the point that I am considering disputing the entire “surprise” bill and taking my wife to our new dentist to get here dental care done right.

I am 100% delighted with the dental care and with the entire experience of going to my dentist. Dr. Ricci is the best dentist I've ever had and I wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. He treats patients with respect, kindness, and totally top notch professional dental care.

Dr. Ricci was great! I've been looking for a dentist in the city and found him on Zocdoc with great reviews. An appointment was easy to confirm and check in on line. Staff members were very courteous and explained my insurance benefits. I am a very nervous dental patient and everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable, such a different experience from other dental visits. I would highly recommend this dental office!
