I would like to start by thanking my oral surgeon Tim Koll from Appleton for the great job and the referral to Dr. Nick. Recently we attended the PGA in Phoenix and had a great time!! However one of the highlights was when we’re were sitting down n the suite with other guests , one being a dentist. After being there a while he finally asked who did the work? My first visit was yesterday. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Dr. Nick is very nice and he is a really good listener. I felt he was truly taking my feelings and ideas into consideration which some dentists don't do. He really seems to know his stuff and I feel I am in extremely good hands. I have a very complex case (all 28 teeth) and I have no hesitation with him at all. Many general dentist failed to find a solution of my issues. I wish I had found Dr. Nick a long time ago. I feel I am finally going to feel comfortable again!!

Definitely a solid 5 star! On extremely short notice they worked me into their full schedule. I had a temporary that became unglued and it wouldn't fit back into place properly. Dr. Nick did reshaping and cemented it back in place better than it was previously. They were professional and friendly and I will be going there for additional treatments.

Dr Nick is open, honest and friendly, as is everyone in the office. I had a chipped crown. They could have said I needed a new one, but instead, Dr. Nick believes he can repair the existing saving me a bunch of money which I really appreciate as I have no dental insurance. During a precheck before my six month cleaning, Amy found that one of my implants was loose and needed the screw to be tightened. She immediately contacted Dr. Nick and soon the problem was taken care of. Since I didn't have any indication of a problem, I very much appreciated Amy's thorough precheck and During a precheck of my mouth prior to my six month cleaning, Amy discovered one of my implants was loose. She immediately contacted Dr. Nick and he tightened the screw. Amy completed cleaning my teeth. Since I had no indication that the implant was loose prior to my appointment, I was so appreciative of Dr. Nick and staff members who provided the excellent service I received. Thank you all.

Dr. AJ is like a Family Member to me, as well as his staff of real caring people. The experience has been incredible because of how they care. Dr Nick is a true artist. I have been a patient for nearly 14 years and would not have the amazing smile I have today if it were not for Dr Nick and his team. I have spent sometimes 8 hour days in his chair and Dr Nick and his staff always make sure you are comfortable and at ease. If you are cold they will give you a warm blanket. If you need a break, they understand. If you are nervous, they will take special care to calm you. You can’t ask for a better team for your Prostetic Dental work. They are true perfectionists.

I was pleasantly surprised at the level of welcome I received when I entered the office. The receptionist, Lisa, stood up, offered me her hand to shake with a big beautiful smile. Ann, my “concierge “ was outstanding. I immediately felt at ease with her. She is down to earth, extremely knowledgeable and real. Dr Nick was very easy to talk to and showed a lot of understanding as to my goals and financial limitations. All in all, the most pleasant provider appointment I have had in many years.

Dad needed extensive extractions and dentures afterward. He has some special needs to I requested a referral to the best in town for denture work after surgery. Our dentist and extraction team highly recommended Dr. Nick and I called for an appointment. From the moment we entered the clinic, the entire staff as highly professional and treated us with dignity and respect; it was clear we were in the right place. All staff members was sensitive to Dad's needs and did everything possible to provide the best care and service to him (to us both actually). Dr. Nick clearly communicated our options and explained what he thought would be the best choice for Dad in the interest of his health. His knowledge, expertise and professional demeanor were impressive to say the least! I only have one Dad and will settle for nothing less than the best care possible for him. I am confident we made the right decision in choosing Dr. Nick and his staff.

Dr. Nick and his staff always greeted me with extreme professionalism and always with a friendly smile. Never had to wait in the waiting room beyond when my appointment came at the allotted time slot I was taken back on time everytime. The complete staff explained everything from the very start through all procedures such as the start with the dental plan then to the financials to every procedures that was going to be performed. For 2 years I was having major issues with feeling dizzy and faint, muscle spasms in my neck, a loss of feeling in my hands, my neck cracking, my heart fluttering, muscle twitches in my arms and back, eustachian tube dysfunction that caused major problems with my left ear (some of that damage is permanent), etc. My health insurance had paid out more than $35,000 to my primary care provider, three different ENT's, a neurologist, and a physical therapist. They all laughed when I told them that I thought my bite was causing my problems, and that I thought it needed to be corrected. I figured out that my bite wasn't right by asking other people about their bite. I was the only person with bottom teeth that dug into the roof of my mouth by almost a quarter inch when I closed my mouth. My mouth was closing too far! After Dr. Wilke installed bite ramps as part of my ortho work it only took a few months and my symptoms began to subside. The restoration work that Dr. Nick did gave me a perfect bite and eliminated all of the issues I was having with the exception of my left ear problems which I believe are the result of permanent damage. The tooth and mouth guards that I now wear at night will insure that my bite never changes back again, and once every four months Stephanie checks and cleans my teeth to make sure that they keep on functioning and feeling just like new! Thank you all for everything that you've done!

One minor thing has occurred to me regarding the hallway between the receptionist counter and the treatment rooms: I wonder if it would be safer if there was a bannister on the wall particularly for elderly patients to touch for balance as they are exiting. I realize you have been there for many years so perhaps there has never been an issue but I can see how it would be possible. (I commonly see patients with fall injuries.)

Your office is staffed by some of the nicest and most professional and helpful people I've met. In addition to the people being wonderful, the physical office and waiting area is clean and comfortable. The exam rooms are spotless...it is very obvious that cleanliness is a top priority. I would also like to mention how convenient it is that you're located in a building that offers all the different services someone seeking dental care would need. As a side note: I have been to your office many, many times and have yet to see anything that needs to be improved or changed.

Anne was great - awesome personality; really made me feel welcome and comfortable. Dr. Nick was great. Asked the right questions and understood my past dental frustrations. Compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable - a true professional. Why the 'NO' for explaining my financial options - this will be discussed at our next appointment. Overall experience - outstanding.
