I walked in to inquire about acceptance of a new customer, insurance and appointment. All were taken care of within 3 minutes and I had an appointment for 1 hour later. The appointment went well, great communication on results, paid my deductible and I was on my way. Excellent!

Very informative people! I’m not a huge fan of the eye doctor, it gives me a lot of anxiety. They walked me through every step and told me what was going to happen and what it was for. I appreciated that a lot! The doctor gave me multiple options of contacts to try because the ones I’m currently using don’t suit me well. They said to come back in a month if I’ve decided what contacts are best for me. I’ve never had that before! The doctor even said that they do have other choices for me if these don’t work, so I shouldn’t hesitate to call and ask for something else. Great experience overall, zero complaints:)

I was treated very good but was disappointed that I had to have pictures of my eyes because that was just checked two month ago and paid for by Medicare. It added to my bill that is hard for me to pay cause my SS check doesn't even cover the cost of my meds.

Dr. Masciarelli saw me as a drop in even though I was willing to make an appointment or come back later. I had been “bugged” by the feeling there was something in my eye and it had been there for some time. She took time do a thorough exam looking for the source,and ultimately found the reason for my discomfort. She also gave me samples to treat the eye subsequent times the irritation. Since leaving her office the irritation has completely resolved. I can’t emphasize how wonderfully I was treated.

I walked into the EyeMart Express with broken glasses. I had No Appointment but they took me right away for an eyeglass exam with Dr. Masciarelli who was so patient with my exam and afterwards I picked out my eyeglass frame. My new glasses were ready within two hours. I was so happy as I expected to wait a week for new glasses. I highly recommend Dr. Masciarelli and Associates.

I'm confused about the amount $121.00 My eyes were not dilated. One year ago I visited Dr. Erickson on February 2, 2021 the charge was $ 99.00 So I recognize prices go up and all. I am absolutely amazed at the service that is provided at the office. This is the third or fourth time I’ve been to Dr. Masciarellis’ office and every single visit has been an awesome experience. There is never more than 5 minute wait time and you are greeted with friendly smiles every single time you enter. The staff makes you feel comfortable. Dr. Masciarellis is passionate, helpful, dedicated, and absolutely great at what she does. From the moment I entered the office, there was greetings with smiles. The young lady who took me through the initial data drawing machines was terrific. She clearly explained what was going to happen and she did it with a happy disposition and confidence. She was excellent. When the Dr. saw me, likewise she was excellent. Explaining things clearly. I lost my glasses over the weekend and not get an appointment anywhere. A co-worker called the office and explained what was going on and they told him to tell me to have my butt in that by 3 that afternoon. Loved it!!! Definitely going back, awesome people, great advice and very reasonably priced.

With the Covid-19 situation all the Optometrists & staff wore masks and took extra precautionary measures to insure safety for everyone. Dr. Masciarelli saved the day for me as many places in town currently aren’t able to see patients. The eye exam went by smoothly and i was done in no time! she was able to help me with concerns I had as well. Very great overall experience. Clean environment all staff wore protective equipment and made sure things were sanitized. Staff was pleasant , attentive and helpful in answering all the questions I had. It was my first time at express eyemart but I will definitely go back.

I was fit in as a walk in on a Saturday. They contacted us to come in by 11:30 and that they could fit me in and see my husband who had an appointment. The lady at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I enjoyed the eye dr. I will definitely continue to see her. It was personable and informative. Dr. Masciarelli is a pleasant and knowledgable eye specialist. I found her observations cogent and her suggestions helpful. She even diagnosed for me a condition of modest color blindness, something no other eye doctor has detected in 66 years! Likewise, the support staff was both helpful and pleasant. Everyone made my appointment a comfortable one.

Dr. Masciarelli has been our family optometrist for years! She is very thorough and professional. I highly recommend her services. Due to her superior care and attention to detail, she had found a medical issue with my son's eye and had it not been for her, we may not have known about it and he could have easily lost his site or worse. Dr. Masciarelli and her staff got me in very quickly while I was travelling through Fargo and discovered I had left my glasses and contacts at the previous nights stop. A great exam and prescription and she was able to supply me with a few pairs of contacts so I could drive back to Winnipeg. Thanks Dr and staff for the great service...you folks were a lifesaver! PS...I actually got my glasses back in the end...took a few days but have them now! Thanks again!!!

Customer service must be very important to Dr. M because her help is always very friendly, prompt and courteous. Dr. Masciarelli's approach to eyecare is comprehensive with full (the entire eye) pictures and thorough exams. And she explains things in laymans terms. You never leave with questions still remaining. And she's basically as nice and down to earth as you could hope for. I'm moving an hour away but she will remain as my eye doctor. 5 stars!
