Absolutely THE BEST doctors for eye care!! We have gone to Dr. Sheri, as well as Dr. Tish. We love both of them. They are attentive and take time to listen to their patient concerns. Visits are NEVER rushed. The staff is outstanding also. They always help find you an appointment which will fit your schedule, and are so welcoming and pleasant. If you need glasses, they are very proactive in helping you find the most comfortable and flattering look. We are longtime Lombard residents, and although there is another eye clinic a short ride away, we will never go anywhere else for our eye care!!

Fortunately I don't have to go often, but when I do go to the eye doctor for a checkup I really look forward to it! The entire staff is so friendly and understanding, and Dr. Leticia is such a joy to talk to and be around. It's super easy to work with my insurance for visits, and staff is upfront about what will and will not be covered by insurance before going through with those non-covered items. There's no judgement if you turn down the non-covered items/tests, and that really puts me at ease. Already looking forward to my next visit!

Dr. Sheri and Dr.Tish are the two Doctors at Dr. Jurgensen & Associates. I have had my annual eye check ups with both Doctors for several years now and couldn't be more pleased. The office has a large selection of every type of eye glass frame on the market and even if they do not have a particular frame in stock they will order whatever you need. All prices are in line with the so called big box eye care stores. The best part of the office is the people that work there,the staff and yes the two Drs. are very very good at what they do. The practice has all the most up to date eye care equipment so you can feel comfortable in knowing you're in good hands when you get there for your check ups. The big difference being the personality of the whole office. Everyone on staff is personable ,professional and they actually smile and get to know you. I live over 45 minutes away and still come back this office for all the reasons I've stated above. Very nice, and very professional people to deal with. Vic &Janis Favia

As always Dr. Shari was fantastic. I had an issue when I checked out. I was charged $270 when I questioned it, they said my insurance did not cover gas perm lenses. I told them it did, and upon rechecking, they found I was correct and was refunded $150 for the lenses. Had I not insisted, or hadn't been paying attention, I would have been overcharged by $150.00.

I got my first pair of glasses at Dr Jurgensen’s when I was 9 years old. I’m now nearly 37 and my husband and I and all our kids are patients here. We have seen all the doctors over the past few years and they are all phenomenal. I have a very high complex prescription and they have nailed it time and time again. I bought some poorly fitting glasses elsewhere a several years ago and came back to Dr Jurgensen’s to get a new pair. I have worked with Kim for the past several years and she found the perfect fit for my face shape that also work with my narrow bridge of my nose and higher set big eyes. Just got another new pair yesterday and they’re just as great of a fit for my face. Nothing but the best treatment from everyone.

My husband and I had appointments to see if we needed new glasses. We have been coming to this facility for many years (20+). The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable and it is a pleasing environment. One of the ladies took the necessary pictures of our eyes and then we met with Dr. Tish. She gave us thorough eye exams. She then compared pictures of our eyes taken that day compared to pictures taken at a previous appointment. We appreciate this because we can see if there are issues that need to be addressed. We would highly recommend them.

The office has always been spotless, but I felt very comfortable that they were keeping everyone safe during COVID-19. You can't get that service at the mall.

Dr Jurgensen & Associates does an amazing job. From customer service to the doctors who give the exams, they are top notch. They also generously take a certificate program that allows foster children to see them. Dr Martha is great. She is knowledgeable and friendly, addressing my recent concerns with ease. I also really appreciated that she could squeeze in my son at the very last minute with pink eye as well. That significantly shortened his time spent away from school because we could treat him immediately with eye drops. Visiting this office for my annual eye exam is a textbook example of how business should be done. What a great experience. 1st of all, the office is comfortable and welcoming if your an established customer or a 1st time patient. The staff is very efficient at what they do ,and although there is usually a regular stream of patients coming and going,you are always treated as though you are the only customer there. The personal attention that is given each person is very re-assuring and makes one feel that you truly belong. The office is actually an educational experience for all things eyes.There is a running video on a variety of eye topics and there are brochures to back up each of those short video presentations .The eye glass and frames wall is done to perfection and your choices are many from conservative to the ultra trendy. There are three optometrists on staff.I have personally had eye exams by Dr. Jurgensen and Dr.Tish ,both are extremely knowledgeable , professional and from my point of view ,this is a biggie, very personable. I have had nice conversations with both about a few topics outside of eyes. The technology in the exam rooms is all up to date so that all and any test you may need outside of your normal eye exam is ready to go and the staff is very proficient in the useage of the various pieces of equipment for testing.All in all a very wonderful experience and a textbook experience of a visit to the optometrists office. The staff was great - very friendly. Took my husband in for an eye exam and told Dr he needed glasses - reading and distance. The Dr also suggested glasses for the computer as the prescription would differ slightly from the reading glasses. This sounded great and we discussed that we would get three prescriptions - reading, distance and computer. We explained to the Dr. we were not interested in bifocals. When were checking out I requested a copy of the prescriptions. We were given a copy of the computer prescription and a prescription for bifocals! I explained that was not what we discussed with the Dr less than 5 minutes ago and that I wanted three separate prescriptions to avoid any issues when filling them. The checkout person said this was not needed and that prescription with the bifocals could be converted to distance and reading. Very very very frustrating! I finally got what I wanted even though it took the checkout person three times going back and forth to get me what we discussed with the Dr. She kept apologizing which was nice but she wanted to make me "understand" that the one prescription took the place of two. This is not the point! Look you are providing a service and I am the consumer - okay? You are running a business and expect payment in full before we leave - I was very willing to pay the extra $30 that was not covered by Insurance. Also I do not understand the loss of communication within a five minute period. She very kindly went through the cost of glasses but being as frustrated as I was I decided to take our business elsewhere.

My daughter, Gianna is autistic and has had a lot of trouble getting her wyes checked as she shys away frm eye contact and objects near her face. Dr. Jurgensen was able to make her feel comfortable enough to get through the exam without any problems and her staff helped us find glasses that look great (and will stand up to the abuse Gianna will subject them too) quickly. Your office is wonderful I called on Monday, with concerns with my vision as I had just finished undergoing 16 chemo treatments. You were able to get me in to see Dr Ferguson the next day. I could of seen another doctor on Monday, but since I didn't have any symptoms at the time, I waited to see Dr Ferguson, whom I normally see. The staff is always very helpful, especially when deciding on new glasses or getting then fitted afterwards. I also had problem with a new RX for glasses and you were able to send them back and get them corrected at no addl cost to me. I'm 60 yrs old and have been coming here for as long as I can remember.

The front desk was very unprofessional from updating insurance information to collecting the paynent. She gave me a $145 invoice ($75 for myself and $70 for my daughter with $5 discount) and charged me $150, when I told her she said just ignore that invoice and gave me a diffrent one showing $150. I requested a prescription for my glasses. The one she gave me doesn’t match the doctor notes paperwork. The doctor notes, a copie of which I have shows +25 for both eyes and the perception shows +75 for each one. When I asked why was different she went in the back to ask and than said that those are just doctor notes. This lady was all the time making faces to someone in the side of the front desk behind a wall which prohibits the costumer view. I even asked her why and she said it was not me. I haven’t order my glasses yet because I am not sure if I have the correct prescription. Did the doctor made a mistake or did the front desk lady. I paid $75 and Zi need to go somewhere alse and check it again.
