Our experience there was wonderful. This was my son first time going to Terrezza Optical and we loved it. The receptionists were very nice, they all had a smile on there face and greeted us when we walked in. Dr. Cobb wasn't there when we my son went, but he saw Dr. Wesley and he was great. He told my son everything that he was going to before he done it and he explained everything that was going on with my son's eye very well. So we will be going back to see them.

It was a pleasant visit I felt that I was in the hands of very Knowledgeable staff members from the Doctors all the way to the young ladies that work up front.. I like Dr. Cobb and most of his staff. Dr. Cobb is very informative during your eye exam and always answers any questions you have. He explains any changes in your vision and let’s you know what your options are. I only get my contacts from his office due to bad experiences with getting my glasses done last year. The office manager who is also the one who does your fittings for your glasses isn’t very polite nor does she like to be told she’s wrong. I had my glasses done and once I got them back the line of sight was off. I went back three times and told her each time I was having problems seeing out of them. She would adjust them so they sat lop sided on my face and tell me that there is nothing wrong with them. I took them to another location and confirmed that the line is sight was off which was why she was making them sit lop sided. I have had other people tell me that the exact same thing happened to them. Also she shouldn’t be allowed to smoke if she is going to be dealing with customers. I have a bad allergy to nicotine smell and I left with a migraine because she reeked of cigarettes. The rest of the staff however is very nice and very helpful. I do wish they were open at least half a day on Saturdays. I usually have to take off work for my appointments or if I need to pick up contacts.

Professional, quick and easy. I arrived 10 minutes early to fill out paperwork, was taken back on time. The evaluation and eye exam was thorough and I felt all my concerns were being heard. Dr. Cobb went over all the pros and cons for my situation and applied 0 pressure to purchase corrective lenses. Would highly recommend them for anyone needing an eye exam.

I went in for a contact fitting recently. I have never worn them before and had tried a few years back with no luck. It took me forever to get them in. Everyone was so patient with me and helpful through the process. I didn't feel rushed or like a bother. They even gave my son a picture to color whIle he waited. Then when I went back for my follow up appointment they listened to my concerns and had me try several more pairs before I found the right fit. This team is excellent. Your compassion for what you do is appreciated!!

This is the best experience that I have ever had. Since having to start wear glasses and being a military Vet I have seen my share of Optometrists, by far Dr. Gene Terrezza & Associates has been the best. Great customer service, expedient and overall helpful. The personal attention I received was above and beyond. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable. By the time my appointment was completed I had the correct prescription, what insurance was going to cover, frames that I loved and a smile of confidence walking out. Everyone was great until it was time to pick out glasses. The older lady was almost rude and pushed on us the first pair glasses my son tried on. She did not suggest non medicaid frames which I would gladly paid for if they looked better. I felt very judged by our insurance.

I had never had my eyes dilated before and wish I had been forewarned of this when I made my appointment. I wasn't prepared with sunglasses and my vision was so blurred it made it difficult to shop for frames after and to do my job when I got to work. You might suggest patients look at frames while they are waiting to be called back.

I am covered by VSP insurance and went into the appointment thinking I was only gonna have to pay a total of $15 ($5 Wellvision exam & $10 for glasses). However, when I went to pay, the receptionist said it was $33 because they charged $18 for tax as I had to pay the full amount of taxes for materials that it would have cost had I not had ins. I have been covered by many ins plans where all I had to pay was copays and have never even been charged tax before so this was very surprising and the tax ended up being more than the copays themselves. I can't find anything in my paperwork from VSP regarding this matter and, if it is correct, that needs to be documented in the paperwork and the patient needs to be notified by the doctor's office ahead of time so they won't be surprised.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. It was our first time to the office and it was very inviting. We can't wait to see what the office will look like when it is complete! Dr. Cobb was very friendly and explained things to us in a manner that we could understand. The tech that helped my husband pick out frames was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all, she gave us space but was there with any answers we needed. Very nice environment and staff! We almost can't wait to go back!

I have just recently in the last three, maybe four years started wearing glasses. I got the best of the best. However, I keep loosing them. They are in this house somewhere. I got an idea to see if I would like to wear contact lense and I had a quick apt with basically no time to even pick up a magazine before I was called back. I have just got I was called on back. I dont remember but one eye is worse than the other and was shown how to properly put them in and take them out. I think I may go this way because I know I could keep up with the contact with a color added. All the staff where as kind to me and that made me feel welcome.

My first visit and was very pleased, but being retired and on limited income I feel it was pricey even with the coupon in paper.
