Dr. María Magali Casas is the Best and her staff in the front desk very nice, since we began use prescription glasses many years a go Dr. Casas is our favorite with vocation, knowledge and professionalism. We have visited this office for 3 years now, and we couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The doctor provides an outstanding service and is able to answer all our questions, and the doctor’s assistants are all very gentle with administering the necessary tests for both me and my children. All the employees are very professional and communicate with us regarding any questions we might have and assisting us in setting up appointments and checkups simply and easily.

When I arrived for my appointment, I was greeted and asked to take a seat. This person was nice. A second attendant came to me, I could not understand her, it was not that her English was poor, it was simply that she was not speaking directly and clearly to me and seemed to be disengaged and uninterested in my presence. I was so confused by what she was saying that I walked into the wrong room of another patient and doctor. I was very embarrassed. Eventually I made my way to the right room, with no help again from the attendant. She busily gave me instructions, sit here, do this, click this, it was all very confusing and she was just barking instructions at me. I am not sure if she dislikes people in general or just disliked me. She came across as annoyed and unhappy. I was then seen by the optometrist, who murmured a few words to me. Again I kept thinking, is something wrong with my hearing? Why is everyone mumbling to me? Maybe it's the way I look? Hmmmm... Eventually the doctor warmed up to me and smiled and tried to be polite. She spoke to me about the Caribbean where I am from and asked questions about the Bahamas, though I am not from the Bahamas. Not sure if the only place she knows in the Caribbean is the Bahamas, but she was trying I guess. Despite the fact that she kept forcing me to take a contact lens that I told her I did not want, she was overall ok. I am usually a customer of the Lens Crafters in Saw Grass. I've been going there for years. I decided to go to this branch in Miami International Mall as I only had a few days in Miami with not enough time to drive to Saw Grass. I totally REGRET this decision. It was a horrible experience and I will never ever return to this branch. The only saving grace was Rebecca in Lens Crafters - she was an angel and a gem and saved me from tears at the end of my visit. But even Rebecca's fantastic service will not get me to return to Lens Crafters in Miami International, nor will I ever refer them to friends!

Office was bit dirty with lots of dust and the floor needs to be vacuumed. The medical equipment is full of dust. The entire office needs cleaning and organizing.

the physician was excellent bedside manner, asking if I have any questions, she thoroughly check my eyes, my medical history and so on. I have been going to this location for quite sometimes and probably will not change unless something drastically happen. She is friendly and very kind.

From the moment I went inside the room for the exam to leaving the office, everything was super. .they explain to me everything they were going to do ,they Explain me everything from pricewise, what the insurance Would and would not cover,and all the way to choosing the lens and the frames. 👍

Front office staff is rude, especially the Hispanic older lady. She called me to remind me of the appointment the day before and didn’t even greet me or tell me where she was calling me from. On the day of the appointment, I asked her for a receipt and she responded rudely and made it seem like I asked her for something out of the ordinary. The only reason I come here is the convenience and the doctor but I am seriously considering not returning again.

I made an appointment, and showed up early as instructed. It took me 45 minutes to be seen. I'm not sure what the point of setting the appointment was. The staff was very helpful and friendly when I was finally seen.
