I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. They are so gentle and are super friendly. When I make a request for no flouride they are super chill and cool about it. My last dentist kicked me out because I refused flouride, so I am very happy with Dodobaras dentistry.

Dodobara Family Dentistry is the perfect place for any family. It’s been a family-operated business for decades. From the moment you walk into the office, you feel welcomed and relaxed. Steve Dodobara really is the best dentist I’ve ever had in my life and I’m 78 years old. I would have saved myself a lot of pain and unnecessary dental work if I had found him long ago. This past decade going to him has greatly decreased my dental anxiety. My son, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren all go to him, and they are the ones who recommended him to me.

Dr. Lisa and Gary and the entire staff are absolutely incredibly compassionate, skilled and welcoming… I spend most of my time in Florida and have my teeth cleaned when I come back to Washington twice a year.. The dental hygienist is very kind and thorough. She is dental and takes her time and you’re left with a an amazing, clean feeling

Such a wonderful atmosphere, everyone is just so friendly!! I was hesitant to switch to a new dental office a few years ago, so glad I did!!! I was very loyal to previous dentist even though they didn’t accept my insurance. Im not only happy with the switch, saving money too!!!

The office is a nice environment, the dentists and staff are friendly, gentle, kind, and take time to talk through things with you, and the pricing is transparent. I used to be terribly anxious going to the dentist, but not anymore since I started coming here. The dentist even called us on a weekend once to check in after our toddler took a spill and bumped his teeth badly which we worried about but it all turned out to be okay. Couldn't ask for better. Thank you!

Always efficient, friendly, professional .. and almost always pain free ;-) Only bit of uncertainty/surprise was being 'offered' fluoride gel treatment -- but not stating that it was a an extra charge. (Thankfully Joleen understood my confusion and gave me a bit of a discount on that aspect.) But that did make me wonder if lack of 'goodie bag' upon departure was because that, too, would be an additional fee (as I was in for solely a *cleaning*.) Do I look forward to my toothbrush, paste, floss bag, yes. But if charged $10 more, I guess I could skip :-)

You’re greeted with very warm, caring front office staff. Rithie is the most gentle hygienist. All the assistants are smiling and helpful. Both dentists are the best I’ve ever had in my 77 years……..their work never has to be redone…..which are experiences I’ve had with my previous dentists. They pay attention to detail, explain everything, and never do any work that is not necessary. Based on my recommendation, a friend of mine is now making the Dodobaras their dentist.

I spent the majority of my life scared of the dentist. The kind people at this office know just how to put you at ease and are warm and professional. They do great work and are very gentle, as well as helpful in explaining procedures, costs, etc. Very transparent. Dr. Dodobara even called us after hours when our young son hit his teeth on a table to listen to our concerns and help put us at ease. I love this dentist office!

I’m 77 and this is the best dentist I’ve ever had. Steve is so kind, attentive, and informative. He makes you feel so comfortable….like one of the family. He gives the bottom line about any work you need done, and never pushes for anything that can wait. Rithie is the best hygienist too…….so very gentle as well as thorough. I live about 35 miles from his office, but would never change dentists. No one could take his place.

I love this dentist office! I have historically been terrified of going to the dentist, which meant that I had not been to the dentist in a long time when I started coming here upon my partner's recommendation. They are so wonderful, nonjudgmental, and I do not fear the dentist anymore. Seriously so gentle too both for cleanings and for any fillings or other dental work. They are also super transparent with pricing, showing you what things with cost with your particular insurance. That's something I haven't experienced before and I really love. Can't recommend them enough!

The entire visit took over 1 1/2 hours because both Dr Steve and the person who was supposed to polish my teeth were too busy with long drawn out conversations with other patients that were unnecessary to their care. I waited for at least 20 minutes after cleaning and then said I needed to get back to work. I felt rushed when Dr Steve finally came to see me and did not get my questions answered.

Fantastic Care! I've had some really bad experiences at the dentist in the past but Dobodaras Family Dentist made my experience easy. That's really important because as a combat vet, I have PTSD and all of the anxiety that goes with it. Totally easy fillings and it went so smoothly. The Doctor and his assistant moved together like they were one. 10/10 would recommend with rice.

I recently had a crown repaired and replaced after it fell from my mouth while brushing. Dr. Gary had installed the crown about 49 years ago. While a small chip was being repaired, the crown was re-colored to more closely match my now coffee stained teeth. it is now back in place and hopefully good for another 49 years! This is only one reason I am willing to drive from Everett to the office in Federal Way! Great, personal servie.

The Dodobaras have been my dentists for about 48 years! Since 3rd grade. I highly recommend them. I look forward to seeing them, and my mom still goes there too after all these years. One thing I always look for in health providers, they explain everything and are very good listeners, and make sure I understand what is happening and what my choices are. They are also very caring about my sensitivity, and never act rushed while at the same time scheduling plenty of time so people aren't backed up in the waiting area. When I've had emergencies they got me right in, and coordinated/followed up with doctors they referred me to, always making sure I was taken care of.

The hygienist was very thorough and also welcoming and friendly. After X-rays were taken and analyzed, Dr. Steve came in to look at any possible problem areas. He has been practicing here for about 15 years now and is very confident and polished. Dr. Lisa has been back from maternity leave about a month. The practice is humming along with Dr. Gary still working a day a month. It's worth the drive from Everett to get such great servie.

I am an extremely anxious dental patient with chronically problematic dental health. While getting root canals and fillings is still not fun, this dental office is pleasant, friendly, and caring. Everyone from the front desk to the dentists themselves are pleasant, and the hygienists are cheerful and kind. All three available dentists are very professional and friendly. I took a year off visiting the office and they still remembered me when I returned. They have even taken the time to correct bad or rough fillings that I received from other dentists. I get embarrassed having to constantly explain my dental issues, ask for laughing gas, etc. The folks at this office have recorded those things in my record so every single person I see already knows them without asking. I have absolutely no complaints about any part of this office.

Dr.Dodobaras is an honest, caring dentist and makes sure that you are cared for as well as gives you an honest observation of your dental health. I had a previous dentist greatly exaggerate the amount of cavities I had and Dr. Dodobaras gave a truthful and professional observation. He is a great dentist and highly recommended.

The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I'm so glad I was referred to them by a friend. I do not like going to the dentist but the staff at Dodobaras DDS family dentistry are wonderful.
