April Lee and her assistant sorry forgot her name did an awesome job, courteous, friendly and professional. ..April was awesome explained everything was sure to make my extraction pain free. She was awesome and pretty too I told her that LOL Although I paid about $200 more than expected they did a great job I was in and out in about 1 hr. On the other hand, my insurance which I have dental thru Humana is a rip off....Could not get an a appointment and when I did get a consultation all of their cost were about 25% to 35% higher than yours, example their consultation was $150..xrays $200 Extraction $400 when it was all said and done all the extra stuff I needed it was $1400 with my insurance covering about half. Plus, I am a nonsmoker I saw employees smoking outside their building and could smell it when I came in. This is a brand franchise big name dental company. I am thinking about getting some implants to replace some missing teeth so your facility will be my first to get a price. A tough $550 to spend but I am happy with the results. I cracked my three top/front teeth due to an accident. The Dental Walk-In Clinic Team took me in within two hours and reconstructed my teeth. They were kind, caring, and thorough. They followed up three days in a row after my dental work to make sure I was ok. I would highly recommend them!!!!

Very pleased with the procedure. Waiting time on my first visit was extremely long; had to reschedule even though I had an appointment. The second visit went faster. I recommend lowering the thermostat in the waiting area; my wife and I almost froze there during our long wait on our first visit. Other than that; I fully recommend the Clinic to anyone in need of dental work.

I had pain on Tuesday, went in and saw Dr. Kahn who recommended extraction. Extraction done this morning (Thursday) and so far very pleased with the dentist and the staff. Dr. Kahn made me feel very confident in her ability and the extraction was essentially painless.

Every person at the clinic was very kind and help me every step of the way. Over the phone they worked to get me in right away. When I got there they had the forms I needed to fill out right away. When I got in the chair the assistant was great and I saw the doctor right away. They came up with a plan quickly for me. When I went to leave I had a problem with my HRA card and they came up with a plan on how to pay for it given the card didn’t work. I will be using them any time I have a dental need. They even ordered a special sonic tooth brush for me.

I came in with excruciating pain in my lower left part of my jaw because of a cavity that wasn’t having maintenance done to it for years so it became infected. My doctor, Dr. Slaybaugh was awesome. He came in immediately. Got to business and I came out with my tooth removed feeling SO MUCH better. Thank you to the entire staff everyone was very nice and accommodating.

Dr. Mark Holmes and staff are top notch. He's so smart that my regular dentist (who is smart, herself) referred me to him for the tooth extraction as she thought he was more skilled. Also, his staff answer my questions about tooth numbering system, which I didn't understand when looking at internet and getting it backwards and confirming what my regular dentist told me. Also, last time, he did a great job on extraction, and this time, great job at exam. Dr. Holmes and staff have great extended office hours and are respectful and communicate well. It was a wonderful experience, considering the circumstances. I brought my nine year old and we were both very scared and nervous when he had a dental emergency but all the techs and the doctor were fabulous and made us very comfortable. Everyone was so kind and I would recommend this facility to anyone in the Tampa Bay Area.

Five stars for this place. They were able to fit me in same-day for intense tooth pain. Turns out I had a cracked wisdom tooth and they were able to pull it right there. It was done in under two minutes. The dentist responsible for my care was helpful, kind, informative, and had an excellent bedside manner. He’s someone I’d choose as my primary dentist if I had the option. I received instant relief and was out the door with a pulled wisdom tooth and an X-ray for $400.

Hadn't been to the dentist in a while after a very poor experience with another dental clinic and I came in with lots of pain and within hours I was out the door! The service was great and so are the staff. Will be going back to get cosmetic work done!

The actual appointment and service was quite fine - no issues. However, about two weeks ago I called to get an appointment and was placed on a permanent hold. Nobody picked up after being greeted and I guess I was forgotten. About a week later got an email for a follow-up service which I dutifully filled out noting any open preferred appointment time. Nobody called me back or responded for a follow-up. The third time's the charm and got in without a hassle.

Thank you so so much! My tooth shattered on the flight from the UK to Tampa on Thursday 23rd March. The team saw me the next day, at 8am and removed the tooth within an hr and a half of being in the clinic. They looked after me without hesitation and I would recommend them to everyone. I came into the office with extreme pain inhave been dealing with due to this broken tooth that needed to be extracted, turned out it was so bad the tooth next to it was infected and nerve exposed also so I ended up having both teeth pulled. Didn't feel.anything this time around. The doctor was amazing and very understanding. I high recommend and will go.there for any of my future needs.

The issue for my visit was discomfort on my left jaw while chewing. After taking x-rays, Dr. Holmes determined that I had an excessive calcium deposit that was causing the problem. Dr. Holmes was able to quickly correct my problem and I walked away with noticeably less discomfort. Now, after two days, I’m back to normal with no pain while chewing. Thank you Dr. Holmes and your wonderful staff.

While visiting out of state for a Soccer showcase, our daughter had an Orthodontic emergency on a Sunday, requiring a wire to be cut as she was in pain. We were unfamiliar with the Tampa area and located the dental office on Google. The entire staff was incredibly nice, friendly and helpful! We don't know what we would have done if they were not available! Thank you!

I was received very well by the receptionist and she was very helpful. I liked that they reviewed my paper work with me, being that I had made a few mistakes in filling them out. I have a mental disorder that sometimes makes it hard to understand what I read or hear, so that is very appreciated. The Dr. who extracted my tooth made the various injections of Novocain quickly and kept the pain from them very minimal. As she extracted my tooth she was reassuring me that it is normal for the teeth to break as they remove them, which is also very appreciated. She worked quickly and precisely. Everyone at the clinic was very kind and understanding. All in all, it was a good walk in "appointment".

My favorite dentist office in Tampa they so sweet. I got 2 crowns and 3 teeth pulled when I tell you I ain’t even know they did it I have little to no pain at all. I go get my teeth cleaning every 6 months the best place to go!!!!

I needed two root canals on my lower right side so you can imagine the pain I’ve been In I came in to the office everything was fine the place was clean no complaints so far they did a X-ray of my tooth that had pain The conclusion was root Canal I said “I don’t want to do both root canals in the same day” I would prefer to do one today to just Kill the nerve On the tooth that was bothering me I paid 695. Dollars as half payment for the one tooth that’s just to kill the nerve . the amount of pain that I was in was unbearable i literally felt like It was intentional at one point I sucked it up and went though that horrible experience ( one of the worst experiences I’ve had in my life with my teeth ) I got a check up call like two days after I explained I’m still having tremendous amount of pain the lady said she doesn’t know why the nerves is gone I came to the second appointment a week later paid $935 got there a little after 7 am They did a different X-ray After the numbing drilling cleaning the four canals after more pain Which took two hours. There was an issue they said I had a xtra canal that was hidden That they did not see …she explained that’s why I was still in pain( I just want to explain these are professionals that have a degree and know what they are doing why didn’t they see that before ? There is no way after being in my mouth for that long they didn’t see it Even with X-rays ) .. so now it’s 9:34 dr khan kept asking me “if I was tired” I said “yes” she asked “do you want to come back next week to finish” I said. “no I want to just get it over and done with” I was sitting in the chair until 12:34 pm with my mouth open and a clamp on my tooth The worst experience I’ve ever had I will never go back. Her assistant Priscilla Was horrible everytime she did the suction inside my tooth it felt like she was trying to break something the only thing she did nice was clean my face when drool came out i don’t recommend

It really felt like they were just trying to get me out as soon as possible and were very cold to me. One of the nurses looked directly at my new client page where it clearly marked I had allergies and went "so you have no allergies" and she seemed dismissive when I clarified that I did have allergies. The only person who was even remotely kind to me was the receptionist girl who checked me in. The dentist who saw me didn't even introduce herself to me nor did she say what her name was. I genuinely had a horrible experience there and I left feeling shoved out. I was in literal tears from the pain in my mouth and the only thing I got was "okay here's your prescription, have a good one." This was an awful experience.

Dr. Khan and Sydney were extremely professional and kind. Dr. Khan has had me as a patient multiple times and is always empathetic and as gentle as possible. My filling this time was on a front tooth, so the aesthetics were important and they made it look great. I was also very appreciative of Sydney's skills, especially with the x-ray as I am pregnant so wanted the least exposure as possible. She was able to get a good picture on the first try. Also, I do not recall the receptionists name but she was very welcoming and efficient. Thank you team and happy holidays!

Very good experience for visiting the dentist. I walked in without an appointment and expect it to be there all day. They were able to fit me in in a timely manner. I am glad I can here.They accommodated me quickly, out of pocket price was reasonable, staff professional, and the dental assistant and dentist were friendly and made me feel comfortable. I don’t know the name of the dental assistant helping me, but she was very nice.Dr Singh made sure I was comfortable and he did a great job extracting my tooth.He was easy to talk to and no one made me feel guilty for my poor dental hygiene leading to a tooth that could not be saved =] If you’re in agonizing pain from a tooth like I was, and over the counter pain medicatios don’t help, and you can’t even talk or do anything due to unbearable pain, go to this dental clinic! Paying out of pocket was worth it to get it done quickly with no fuss.

My only not so happy feedback is that after the novicane wore off I felt pain around the corner of lips/mouth which was red and raw from the tool used to extract the bad tooth (molar) Again glad the tooth is gone... and maybe it was a tough one... but it took 2 + weeks for the roughed up area scab to heal and stop being sore (longer than the extraction site of the tooth... which took less than a week to stop feeling painful) I will return because I trust them and know my mouth (teeth) need their expertise

My son Cracked a tooth right down the middle while at lunch and we couldn't wait till Monday for our regular dentist to be open and give us an appt. It was great to find a dental clinic that was open on a Sunday, no appt needed, we just walked in, told them the problem and the wait was minimal. Luckly the tooth was a baby tooth so it was a quick extraction and problem solved. They even waive the office visit fee when you have the work done that same day, so all around I say this is the place to go for any emergency over the weekend or as your general dentist!

I had a great experience at Dental Walk-In Clinic of Tampa when I fractured a filling and my dentist office was closed. Dr. Tang and Priscilla explained everything to me in detail and talked to me during the procedure so I knew what was going on. I do not like going to the dentist and get anxiety and their kindness and informing me throughout really helped me. Everyone working was very nice as well. Listen I'm going to start by saying, I am an adult who is afraid of the dentist and have been since I was a child. But a bad wisdom tooth and pain so bad lead me to forget my fear & go to the dentist. I was referred to this office, by my original dentist & the staff here was welcoming, but the two that I would love to point out will be Dental assistant Ashley and Dr. Kahn. They treated me wonderful knowing my fear. But Ms. Ashley was due to get off at a certain time, but she stayed until my procedure was over to make sure I was taken care of, and that meant a lot. I really appreciate her for that. So I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. To me 5 stars is not enough, they get a 10 In my book. Thanks ladies/Staff..

Always great service. Quick availability. Same day treatments. And they always take their time to make sure things are done right the first time. I've had fillings and treatments from other dentists where I was left with worse pain than before and theyve had to continue working on the same tooth at another appointment. I've never had that problem with dental walk-in clinic of tampa. They also do what they can to make the treatment plan work in a way you can afford, and are very transparent with pricing.

I am so glad that I was able to get my needs taken care of. Although, I was in pain for 3 hours and had begged for a topical anesthetic to be placed on the tooth while x-rays were completed. I had never had that sort of pain in my 70 years. But, otherwise the tooth was pulled and pain gone.

TD;LR: Dentist 5 Star, Staff 2 Star. Glad I was able to get in & the dentist was skilled & compassionate. The most important to me. Of most concern, the dentist asked for an instrument that the staff did not have & didn't seem to know what it was. The dentist said it was ok, but this is troubling. There is a mismatch between your paperwork & what your staff/dentist says. One doc could not have been more clear that I was not to drive home & I had to initial for that. So I contact someone who took an Uber over. I understand that no one but patients is to be in the waiting room. But when my ride arrived he and I were chastised for him coming in. Then then he was told it was ok to come back to the tx area to pick up the keys up from me. Why on earth would you not allow him to sit in an empty waiting room (I was the last patient of the day...ok I get it that is the policy) and then you insist he comes back to the treatment area to get the keys rather than me having staff bring them up front? Made no sense. Then I was told that I could drive home after breathing oxygen for a while. But that is not what I initialed on the form. It is sort of a CYA for your company if I did get in an accident I guess. Also, when staff called the next morning they wanted to see if I had done the saline rinse yet. Well, no I did not because the written instructions I was given said to not rinse for 24 hours so that the clot could form. I was also told to take prescription-strength Motrin, but then the prescription said to alternative between Motrin & Tylenol I can figure this out - not a huge deal. But this is just one more example where your documentation does not match what is said. When I asked for the claim form the staff seemed annoyed and said I did not tell her I had insurance. I said that I did not mention it because I was told when I made the appointment that insurance was not taken and a claim form could be provided. Some of the demo info was incorrect on the claim form.

Great Doc and Staff ! Very Friendly ! As a former provider I'm just not overly confident about their approach toward pain which I am still in. Also dubious additional things on bill which don't exist in any other clinical setting like $45 "Sterilization" fee. My recent appointment was to have a dental implant surgery where the implant ‘screw’ was to be placed. This is a surgical procedure. I can guarantee that Dr Mark Holmes was well prepared and organized to administor this surgery using CAT scans and up to date software which allowed him to accomplish ‘precise’ results. In addition, I had incisions (stitches) which I was expecting some degree of pain. Guess what, I had No Pain. This is a result of how good Dr. Holmes is.

I made it thru the visit w/out an extreme panic attack thanks to the staff. Then the actual pulling of 2 teeth went incredibly well. I was terrified about being awake but Dr. Jones had those teeth out in less than 5 mins even w/ one being bad enough it broke on her.

When they took me back and did x-rays they seemed like everything was fine. But then the assistant came in, NOT the Dr, and told me I had to go see a specialist, they couldn't help me! I went back for a quick check up and my FAVORITE dental tech Melys was NOT there and neither was Dr. Slaybaugh so I saw another Tech and Doctor, I was a bit nervous...But they were both nice and helpful. I'm not a 'dentist' lover but it's a profession that needs to be respected for what it is ... An immediate pain killer! My experience was anxious but overall satisfactory ... I was most grateful for the knowledge shared by the Dental Assistant and the Dentist himself ... They adhered to keeping me in my comfort zone during the procedure and for that, I'm thankful ... No more pain! Now I will return to continue my other procedures through! Thank you all so much!

This was a great place to come for your dental needs. I absolutely loved the staff and the dentist was great and performed thorough examination before giving the recommendations. Pricing was pretty spot on and cheaper than places who even take insurance.

The staff is friendly. The process of making the appointment is very easy. They observe strict protocols for Covid-19 to make you feel safe. The place is modern and have state of the art dental equipment to treat you at very economical costs. Dr. Adiba Khan was the dentist and she was very pleasant and caring. She took her time to explain the treatment plan and Xrays.

They really are a team there. From the dental assistants to the doctors. Everybody works together and I’ve had the pleasure of working with Dr. Adiba Khan who is an EXCELLENT DENTIST and several different assistants like Sam, Nelson, Mehida, Delmys, and MY PERSONAL FAVORITE “MASSIEL”... I went to Dental Walk-in Clinic of Tampa for an extraction. Dr. Jose Horak performed it and did a great job on a cracked, problem tooth. Both he and his assistant were truly professional, competent and caring and obviously knew what they were doing. Two days later and I still haven't had any pain at all. I will return to Dental Walk-in Clinic for all my dental care.

I was glad that they could take me same day. Maybe be more realistic on the wait time. This is the 1st time in 10 years that the needle hurted so much. I think they should numb you more, or leave it longer or if the dental assistant not numb the right place or must be the quality of the numb product. I haven't felt this much pain in while since I was a little girl around 10years old. Overall The dental assistant and the dentist was nice. I'm glad they make people wear a mask and keep their distance during Covid. Which in other Dental office don't require people to wear a mask.

Was not happy you don’t accept dental insurance. It’s a lazy business practice. Staff was courteous, patient and gentle. I was happy that they could take care of my dental need on the fly.

I was very pleased with your service, the wait was longer than expected but I do realize that hardly anything is operating at normal due to the present pandemic. Overall I was satisfied and considering coming back to have a procedure that was recommended to me for repairing a cavity.

I was in a lot of pain, from my cracked tooth, they were able to get me in the same day I called. I was treated so nicely by the staff and doctor. They took really good care of me. The tooth was extracted the same day. Made sure I was comfortable the whole time during the procedure. Thank you again! Highly recommend this place.

I visited the clinic yesterday and she is on severe pain coz of broken tooth exposing nerve. After finishing the paperwork we waited for around 30 min. The lady in the front said that I’m not allowed to go with her. I BEGGED everyone to let me coz she can not communicate with anyone but they refused. Again I respect the policy but this was the first thing I asked about and you can listen to the call if it was recorded. I’m really upset. Haytham Beshay (patient’s husband)

Always easy to work with, the front desk staff as well as the dentists themselves. I've been here multiple times over a few years and have seen three different dentists here and have always been impressed with their work as well as personable attitudes. They were there to help me through two root canals, I was experiencing a lot of pain and they got me in quickly and got me booked for the procedures asap. I highly recommend this practice! I also love their longer hours, much easier to make and get to appointments because of this!

Great service, Could not reach anyone on my provider list, had been awake with severe pain from 2 abscesses tenth. Your staff got Me in quickly and solve the issue. He had to pull both teeth, he used nitrus and I don’t even remember the shots.

You have to be very patient because the waiting time is long. For emergency is a great option,prices are reasonable I think. Staff is polite. Para las personas que hablan español, tienen asistentes dentales que te pueden ayudar. En esta oficina la espera es larga, pero por ejemplo en mi caso, yo tenìa una emergencia ,mucho dolor en una muela, la cuàl me tuvieron que extraer. Asì que no me importo esperar, aparte tambièn por lo menos te duermen con anesthesia local y tambièn utilizan el laughing gas,para que estes màs relajado. Apesar de la espera pienso que por lo menos ellos hacen el trabajo bièn, quizàs los precios sean un poco altos, pero te ayudan con tu problema dental. Si tuviera otra emergencia, ( espero que no) si volverìa a visitarlos.

your office is full of deceiving practices and should not tell a patient is 85 for a tooth extraction than when the person arrives at your office you say is 300 for tooth extraction l will not recommend no one to your office!!!!!

I had a good experience at this clinic. I came in because my gums were painful due to my wisdom tooth. They took care of the issue quickly, and efficiently all the while reassuring me. In addition, all of the staff was pretty welcoming too!

Was experiencing extreme pain and they were the only team that I could find open. They found the problem and I had to have a root canal. Even though I didn’t get the procedure done there because I wanted to utilize my dental insurance they actually called another office and referred me to someone who was also opened and took my insurance. A great team and 5-stars just for that.

I am grateful that Dental Walk In was open on a Sunday and I had the good fortune to be treated by Dr . Horak. To complicate matters, I was unable to contact my regular dentist due to quarantine issues caused by the Coronavirus. Dr. Horak determined that I had a serious dental problem and my tooth would have to be removed. I am grateful to Dr. Horak and the entire staff at the clinic. I don’t think I could have waited to the next day to have my problem treated. If you have an emergency dental problem, this is the place to go.

Broke a tooth late Friday and of course Dentist not open. Found The Dental Walk-In Clinic who accommodated me right away. Prices were not inflated and the people were very nice. Dentist was superb! This place is open 7 days a week and has extended hours into the evenings. This place understands things happen outside of 9am-5pm. Thanks everyone.

I did a filling on my last teeth a few weeks ago and tould the doctor i use a prothesis and she tould me to take there so she could see it if was to fitting or not. I took it there because it didnt fit was to tight because the filling was to big. She didnt even care or remember what she said it to me. I still have not fix it. That was a really bad exeperience.

Attention was great the team that makes up Dental Walk In make you feel comfortable and taken care of at all times, the Professionalism that make up Dentists and all Staff is Extraordinary. I had the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Slybaugh. It was great. I didn't have any pain during my filling procedure. I also had the experience of receiving the attention of the Oral Hygienist, the dedication and professionalism of performing high quality dental cleaning was great. My experiences with the Dental Walk In Clinic have been extremely positive. This clinic has the very best ‘appt. reminder’ system bar none.The staff is super friendly and approachable. The medical staff simply is the very best in Tampa. They are experts in their field ; they keep patients informed on what’s going on ; they check in with the patient often to see if all is well. Staff was eh. Took forever for a doctor to come see me. You can hear conversation quite clearly they were more concerned what's for lunch than me. Told them I had been in pain over 12 hours they left me in that char in the most uncomfortable position. Wouldn't even give me a doctor's note.
