Everyone was very pleasant. Although I don’t like this type of necessary dental work, the assistant and doctor made me as comfortable as possible during the work. I also was called on to check how I was doing the days after the procedure.

The only thing I didn’t like this last time I was in the office was that I was seen by a different dentist. She was really nice but I wasn’t comfortable with her and I prefer Dr Del Rio. So please when scheduling appts make sure to let the patient know they won’t be seeying Dr Del Rio. Other than that the office is Great and the staff OmG the best! Shout out to a new girl ( I think she’s like a dentist assistant) the best! She was so nice and helpful and explained everything she was doing so well.

Del Rio Dental Studio took me in on an emergency appointment on a Friday. They were able to fix my tooth and let me know how to prevent from happening. The whole team is extremely friendly and made the process very pleasant.

Painful and very sloppy, did not pay attention to my concerns of pain. Never had that much pain just cleaning my teeth. I will not be returning to this dental office. They had water from my mouth flowing down my neck and all the way to my back. This was a new Doctor who worked on me. Concerns over the followup visit also to do 3 crowns and then deep cleaning of all my teeth, whats that all about in one appointment?

My whole family has been coming to this office for the last few years. I am confortable with the whole staff. I feel at ease when I am there. I like that the whole family can be seen at the same place which makes it very convenient. I highly recommend this office especially during this pandemic they take the necessary precautions to make me feel safe.

Dr. Del Rio and her staff are a very nice, welcoming and professional team. I liked that they took the time to explain everything they were about to do before working on me. Love that they have up-to-date equipment and that the office is very clean. Dr. Del Rio is very soft spoken with a very calming voice that set the tone for me before my procedure. I was very much at ease. I would definitely recommend this "Dental Dream Team" to anyone!

The assistant showed me a list of the services that needed to be performed, including the costs covered by my insurance and the costs to be paid by customer. I asked her how much I was expecting to pay that day and she said she would let me know. She should have let me know before the work was performed and given me a chance to confirm with my insurance because I should not have paid that much money when it is only January and I have good insurance. The dentist informed me that they would need to redo the crown they installed only 6 months ago. I would not have had them install the new crown if I had know they did not do a good job on the last one.

Dr Del Rio and her staff are amazing. So compassionate and cares for their patients. They go beyond and above making their patients comfortable. Two thumbs up all the way around! The staff is very professional, the office is very clean and inviting and I love that their equipment is the some of the latest models. Dr. Del Rio is very gentle and explains clearly what she sees needs to be done. It was my first visit and it was indeed a very pleasant experience.

The most friendly dentist you'll ever encounter My wife initially found out about Del Rio Dental and she recommended that I visit them. She described that the staff was very accommodating and that they were really friendly. My experience was exactly the same. The service was thorough and quick and the head dentist was able to give me an assessment of what needed to be done with my teeth. I would highly recommend Del Rio Dental Studio.

Don't let the small office fool you!! They provide excellent and friendly service. Dr. Del Rio is really friendly and knowledgeable. She will listen to what your needs are and adjust accordingly. They will work with the patients finances while addressing your urgent dental needs. The staff is also top notch! They are very easy to get along with and will always greet you with a smile. Highly recommended!!

Probably one of the friendliest, if not the friendliest dental studios around the Bay Area. Don't let the small practice fool you, they are really, really good. They also give good options especially if one is on a tight budget. Highly recommended.

Service with a smile (no pun intended!) Gentle, friendly and easy to understand. These are the top words I'd use to describe my last visit (and all my previous ones, too!) You never feel rushed and you get a strong sense of compassion and empathy. Never any judgement. I went in for a cleaning and they were thorough. With the recent pandemic at hand, they took a necessary precautions to ensure the safety of everyone.

Dr. Del Rio and staff did an excellent job while making time to help me with an infected tooth extraction when all other emergency Dental Offices did not return my call, voice mail, and/or text. They explained my options thoroughly which is critical at this time since i do not have Dental Insurance while personal economics have been impacted, like so many others, during these uncertain times. They were able to address my immediate emergency with an affordable procedure.

Was just there to get my teeth cleaned. Your dental hygienist, Victoria, was great. When I explained to her my limitations with my frozen shoulder she was very accommodating and helpful. Victoria is a keeper. In fact I scheduled my next cleaning on the day that she works. Everyone in Dr. Del Rio’s office is great!!

I found Del Rio Dental Studio through 1-800, and I’ve been skeptical because I’ve had poor experiences with money-hungry dentists before. I really like this team. Everyone is nice and friendly from the front desk, insurance people, hygienist and dentist. Dr. Rio does a thorough examination and tells you what needs to be worked on and she takes what you want handled and also targets the most serious part of your mouth that needs to be handled. You don’t get swindled here and they tell you everything you need to know financially and health wise. It’s the first time I’ve had a dentistry team that’s honest and delivers. I’m very pleased with the work they’ve done in one sitting. I had told my previous dentist before what I wanted work on and they’d cover other areas and never got to it. I moved back home and I’m very impressed and happy, sad about the other news but it’s great to have a team that looks out for you. They send multiple reminders and will try to work with your schedule. I received a call when there was an opening for a time slot I wanted. They’re great all around! Thank you so much for your quality work and exceptional customer service.

I am blessed to have Dr. Del Rio as our primary dentist. I have always had anxiety going to the dentist. This was until I started going to Del Rio Dental Studio. The staff and Dr. Del Rio make the visit comfortable and easy. I have been going to Del Rio Dental Studio for over 5 years now and have only had great experiences. I started taking my daughter to Dr. Del Rio when she turned 1 year old. My daughter does great at the dentist and I know it's because Dr. Del Rio and her staff took the time to make her feel comfortable and build a relationship with her. They have helped with her dental care every step of the way, going above and beyond. They even helped make the transition no longer using the pacifier, thanks to the help of Mr. Alligator! My family loves Dr. Del Rio Dental Studio!
