I had broken a main chewing wisdom capped crown. My spouse was already a client of Dr. Yusuda; however, I haven't visited a dentist in 4 years since mine retired. Dr. Yusuda's office front desk personnel was able to arrange an overnight appointment for me. They took full xrays, teeth to gum examines, explained all procedures needed to be done, arranged for a a hygienist to do my 4 years lack of professional cleaning.... and got me out of there w/i 2 hours. Most importantly, arranged my follow-up wisdom tooth repair and replacement procedure to began in 8 days! Professional services, throughout all 4 staff who assisted me. AND... I wasn't even their patient. But, now and forever I am... Jimmy Yee

Five-star service is what you'll receive at Dr. Yasuda's office. The doctor and his staff are very caring, professional and conscientious. Dr. Yasuda fixed the gap in the front of my mouth and I am eternally grateful. I have had the gap for well over 50 years! The staff takes every precaution upon entering the facility. The office environment is clean and neat, and the equipment is state of the art! I feel quite confident that all of my dental needs are met.

I usually don't write reviews but I felt compelled to write this one. Dr. Yasuda and his staff are all very nice people which I've always noticed and appreciate. It did not go un-noticed that when my oldest was loosing our insurance as much preventative treatment was done as possible. When the youngest was away at school and home for days or a week they did their utmost to get him in or deliver a night guard pretty much off hours. They work with my insurance which I appreciate as well. Clean office doesn't cover the attention they give and latest technology in treatment is completed smoothly. My children who are now adults have great teeth thanks to Dr. Yasuda's and well for myself... I appreciate his knowledge and recommendations for an aging smile. Awesome doctor and office overall.

Many precautions for Covid taken. All of staff are friendly and thorough. Dr Yasuda spent time making sure I understood all the teeth and gum issues that need resolving. Another consult with him today for further explanation. I never had a dentist spend as much time with me.

I was impressed with the punctuality & friendliness of the staff. Dr. Yasuda has a caring, gentle people-person personality. I read the NextDoor social media daily and one person asked for a dentist recommendation. I was overwhelmed by the response recommending him specifically. I was impressed with his website and even more impressed after meeting him and his staff. Having his office in our neighborhood is even better. I'm glad I transferred to his office.

The service is always excellent. However, the hygienist was extremely rough with her dental scrapper and I mean rough. So rough that she popped a crown off of an implant. I did not feel that it was appropriate that my insurance and I were charged for this as the crown was on with no issues. It only came off because of the rough activity.

First, I would like to say that we have always had excellent customer service from Debbie and Cynthia! They both do a great job with greeting us when we come in and taking care of all of our billing information and scheduling. The reason for the 3 star review is because of the service I received from Kimi during my teeth cleaning. While Kimi was cleaning the plaque off of my teeth, she did not use the suction tube enough to prevent me from swallowing the plaque. That afternoon following my appointment and the following day, I kept having to cough to clear my throat. I was coughing up phlegm and felt like I could not clear my throat. I emailed Debbie and she was very responsive in addressing the issue. I just hope that Kimi has the proper training so other patients don’t experience the same issue. My family and I have also felt that Kimi has been judgmental at times. We all try to take the best care of our teeth, but we come to the dentist to have our teeth cleaned. If our teeth were perfectly clean from our self care, we wouldn’t need to come in for a teeth cleaning.

When I arrive to my appointment, I always receive a hearty hello. The ladies in the front office have very welcoming smiles. Then when I go in for my teeth wellness check, Kimmie asks about my health, how my teeth are doing, and how we are both doing. It's wonderful conversation. Then she goes to work on my teeth. Then Dr. Yasuda reviews my teeth, and then all is well with the world. YAY!

I was pleased and thankful that I made the decision in looking into other Dental services. Friendly staff and helpful in making you comfortable. I personally like how the staff and Dr Yasuda took the time to explain things and processes in simple terms. At this point and after only one visit, I plan on requesting to become a permanent client, if they'll have me.

I have never liked the dentist with the drill grinding sounds and poking around with that metal pick and more. Dr Yasuda has earned my trust, I judge dentists by how much pain they cause after treatment. During and after treatment there was no pain at all. Thank you Dr Yasuda. 😃

I reflected yesterday with the dental hygienist that I have been a patient of Dr Yasuda’s since beginning. I’m not a perfect patient. The last few years I have had a lot go on with work and family so I’m not always diligent with my flossing and in the last 8 months there were days I brushed only once daily. But I felt really good after my visit yesterday after Kimi re-educated me about brushing/flossing helping me to get back on track. I moved back to Sacramento last year after living 21 years in Vacaville. I feel blessed to be closer to my dentist and his staff. I always feel cared for there and the care is exceptional.

This was my first time to this dental office. But I must say, Dr. Yasuda and his staff (Janet and Kiana, as well as the ladies at the front desk) made me feel like I have been going there for years. I absolutely love Dr. Yasuda and the entire staff. The entire experience has always been great! From the moment I walk in, I am always greeted with a smile. I have always been very anxious when going to the dentist, so much so it was 12 years before I visited Dr. Yasuda . He was referred by a family member with the assurance that he was gentle and would work with a patient to achieve good dental care . I am please to say Dr. Yasuda and his staff are wonderful. They worked with me to come up with a plan to address my dental care and my anxiety. Dr. Yasuda even called me after my first deep cleaning just to check on me. The entire staff is friendly and helpful . I highly recommend Dr. Yasuda and his team .

Dr. Yasuda is professional and efficient. He is a perfectionist of his practice which is very much appreciated. Cynthia and Debbie are always very informative, available, and courtesy. The assistants are always welcoming. I am not a fan of going to the dentist but Dr. Yasuda and his team always make it easy to go.

I always feel very comfortable when I step in to Dr. Yasuda's dental office for my appointment. The ladies greet me with smile at the front desk and ask my medical or physical change to make sure I am living healthier. My dental hygienist encourages if I am doing good job on my teeth. And Dr. Yasuda concerns not only my teeth but my healthy life. I appreciate their team work for me.

I have been coming to this dental office for over 10 years and have always had a good experience with this office. The front office ladies are very friendly and acknowledge you right away. The hygienists are thorough, they are careful and make sure your comfortable (as possible of course) And Dr. Yasuda is very good and what he does, gentle with the novacaine and meticulous with dental work. They are all very professional and courteous here. Most importantly my teeth have been problem free since I started coming here. I would definitely recommend this office. Appointments are scheduled way in advance and they aren't open on Fridays or weekends, but i have never had to wait in the office for long before my appointment.

Excellent service! I really appreciate everyone in the office doing an exceptional job and always being so kind and friendly! I just wish it didn't cost so much .... I'm frustrated with my expensive treated teeth breaking and needing more work! Maybe my recent health issues are a factor. What is your opinion? I'd appreciate your thoughts and suggestions.

Dr. Yasuda’s staff always greets you when you walk in. Everyone is always so nice. The hygienist are very thorough. I never have to wait in the waiting room very long at all.

Many years ago my family and I lived 5 minutes from Dr. Dave's office. I travel 45-60 minutes to go to Dr. Dave's practice now. My children travel from San Francisco to see Dr. Dave. Why? We want to be sure to have the best possible dentist take care of our dental needs. Dr. Dave and his staff are the perfect combination of professionalism, care, concern and skill. With every interaction from appointments to insurance navigation to routine cleanings to the most difficult crown issues my family and I leave feeling confident that we have had the best possible dental experience with a dentist who genuinely cares for his patients.

Dr Yasuda is awesome! He has a big heart and he has always made me feel like I am valued as a patient. He truly wants my teeth and gums to be the best they can be.
