Dr. Voight and his entire staff are very well informed with regard to technology and related advances in ophthalmologic care as well as the latest trends in eyewear. Their level of expertise is evident in their ability to answer questions and share the knowledge attained from continuing education with patients. They are quick to identify an emergent issue and refer the patient to the proper medical professional for immediate and appropriate care. Dr. Voight is extremely thorough and analytical during his eye exams ensuring comprehensive medical care as well as fine tuning refractive exams to provide the best possible prescription for eyewear. Additionally, the selection of contact lenses and eyeglass frames is current and fashionable. The front desk greets patients with a professional and friendly cordiality and the wait time to meet with the doctor or other specialist is minimal. Needless to say, I would recommend one make an appointment to meet with Dr. Voight for eye health care.

Technology was very up to date, which was great and interesting. Dr. was knowledgeable, very kind, and explained everything, but seemed a bit rushed and at times interrupted or spoke over me. Had to go elsewhere with my Rx because there was not, in my opinion, a good selection of frames to choose from.

Dr. Voit explained to me in terms I could understand exactly what progressive glasses do for me. I am nearsighted and take my glasses off to read close. It was the first time I was at the new office. I was extremely happy with the timely manner that I was seen. All of the office staff are very friendly and helpful. It was a pleasure to go there, I received help with both fixing my classes and picking out a new pair as well. Dr. Voight is excellent, he always takes his time with patience. I did not have to wait at all to be brought in for my exam. Everyone there went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The Dr. found cataracts in my eyes and referred me to a specialist, after the operation I will be back for the glasses and can rate the selection then. Very professional in the way they work.

You just make the entire process seamless for us. Once an appointment is booked, the office staff follows up prior to your appointment to advise you if you are not going to be covered by insurance. Upon arrival, the wait time is minimal and the exam is quick, yet throughough.

I had an appointment with Dr. Voight for a vision test and to replace my glasses. He and his staff were great. I'd never been there before, but immediately felt right at home. I barely had any wait time. The test itself was quick and thorough. The entire time I was given detailed explanations of what was being done and why. I even learned a little about the history and advancement of optical medicine. Overall 10/10 experience and would highly recommend.

I had gotten bleach in my eye while at work (I work an hourly job) and I have never had problems with my vision so I never had an eye exam in my life. Not only was the staff super nice and understanding of my situation, but they were able to get me in for the day of! I had a bit of am emergency. I was able to get in right away. His new offices are much nicer. What I really like about him is the face that he is very informed and education in his field. He explains things to you in a clear concise fashion and he knows what he is talking about

Was greeted by Terri, the receptionist, in an extremely friendly manner. She was very helpful with making an appointment for my daughter and helping her with ordering contacts to hold her over until she is able to get to the doctor. Very pleasant, which was a nice feeling, especially being your first time at an office. The tech who did all the pre tests was extremely courteous, informative and friendly. The doctor gave an excellent exam and explained everything.

This practice is wonderful I have been going here for many years. Dr. Voight and Dr. Fuhrman are extremely good at what they do! I would not trust my eye health to anyone else. Dr. Voight answered all my questions and did a very thorough eye exam. Dr. Fuhrman was instrumental in helping me find the right contact lens for my astigmatism. I can now wear them comfortably. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable especially Kim who pretests patient's eyes. She was kind,helpful and a joy!

Dr. Voight you are great. Your girls are very friendly and nice but I do not get calls back from them to follow up on making appointments. When I was there, I tired to make an appointment for contacts. They could not book an appointment because nothing was showing on your system to schedule. She said she would call me. She did not. I called a few days later and asked again, still I was unable to make an appointment as no schedule appeared. I was told I would get a call back. Waiting two weeks. I will call one more time after I return from vacation. If I do not get an appointment, I will be taking my business to another eye doctor. Also my husband never received a call back about exchanging his contacts for a different type. This was months ago so he kept what he ordered to avoid any additional problems. Not good business practices.

It was a challenge to locate your office as there are few numbers on Rt.23. I could not get the info on my gps. I appreciated your receptionists greeting me positively when I arrived late as a result. Your employees performing pre-exam tasks appeared competent, professional and friendly. I throughly enjoyed meeting you and your educational approach to the exam. I appreciate your energy level, focus and willingness to respond to questions. I will be back. FYI - the school you may have referred could have been Johnson and Whales in Plattsburgh. They started out as a business school and picked up culinary arts in the 70s-80s. They have grown to include other aspects of hospitality. SUNY Delhi started with hotel, restaurant, food service mid 50s and have a deep experience in the industry. I was the only academic and had worked in hotels, restaurants, food service institutions during summers.

I was pleasantly surprised by Dr Voight's attentiveness, knowledge and instant rapport. He spent a considerable amount of time with me explaining my tests answering questions and made me feel like I was he only patient in his office!
