Dr. May is very professional and thorough with her eye examinations. She is so nice and listens to the patient’s concerns. We will continue to see her for our yearly exams.

Very clean, organized office and staff. My doctor was very knowledgeable and with great chair side manners! She took her time to explain everything. They also accepted my insurance which is great. Highly recommended!

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE!!! I'm always hesitant to try new places, but I'm so happy I found you guys! All the ladies at Custom Eyes are so sweet, helpful, and answered all my questions without making me feel like I was a bother. Their office is so cute and very clean! They have very reasonable pricing and willing to work with you to help save money on your purchase. I highly recommend them to anyone needing eye care. Thank you Dr. May and Rose for all your help! I will definitely be coming here from now on! :)

I have said it before and it is still true, in my opinion, Dr. Elizabeth May is such a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable doctor. Custom Eyes has the best selection of frames to choose from. I have to say I enjoy coming into the Memorial office of Custom Eyes to get my eyes thoroughly checked by Dr. May and then finding the perfect frames!!

From the moment you walk in, until the moment you leave, you will be completely impressed with the professionalism of every person. They not only know how to treat a client, they do it with the greatest efficiency. You move through your appointment quickly & perfectly! Dr. May is everything all the reviews say....and then some! I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. For the cherry on top, the decor is also just beautiful. And of course ALL COVID protocols are followed perfectly. An overall excellent small business that I proudly support.

Dr. Damani at CustomEyes came to my rescue after my eyelids and cornea were swollen from too much leaf mulching. She diagnosed my condition and prescribed eye medicine that has been great for pain relief and swelling.

The dr was great and they were helpful. It was my first time to try contacts but I was a little annoyed that I was charged a fitting fee of 140.00.. Where I usually go they do not charge to help you with putting contacts in and other places I called said that is included with your exam. Plus looking online I was charge on the high end for fitting .. I went back to discuss because my insurance said if you are charged a fee they pay up to 50.00 with a 25.00 copay so 1 ended up paying 115.00 still crazy when i had help for maybe 20 min putting them in my eye .. I think the girl said there would be a fee from 60-150 something like that so not sure why I was charged at the high end . I came here because they had an opening the day I needed to come in and TSO where I used to go was booked and I was leaving town and wanted contacts.

She was very informative, She made sure I understood everything and I was comfortable with my prescription. I pray she will be at this location full time. I will highly recommend her😊

Really good experience! Had my first eye exam here, wouldn't have gone anywhere else. Very friendly staff, answered all of my questions, no pressure to get glasses and what not, just aimed to help me out. Will definitely return!

I go to both Memorial City and Pearland location and always leave satisfied with my care. My last appointment was at Memorial City. My call to set up my appointment was very quick and attentive. I had little to no wait time, I was acknowledged very quickly. My appointment with the physician was great she explained everything I needed to know in detail.

Switched over to Custom Eyes last year and am very glad I did. I will be a client for life! Their admin team is wonderful; they confirm the day before and are great with scheduling. Our appointments always start on time and the location is very convenient, even if you live inside the loop

We love going here for our annual checkups! Our 3 boys enjoy and look forward to their visit too. Super clean office and all staff is wonderful! Very punctual with their appointments and give you the necessary attention at all times. We have recently moved further away from their office but we like them so much that we’ve made the choice to make the drive to them.
