The experience at Cleary Sq Eyecare is very consistently excellent. Staff member Jenn Brito is very friendly and always helpful and is a wizard with the insurance red tape ! I feel that their diagnostics are state of the art and as someone who had a previous serious illness that affected my vision Thats crucial to me and I trust them implicitly. Dr Laura is probably the nicest dr in the city of Boston! She explains everything in layperson’s terms and doesn’t make you feel rushed. I’ve recommended many people to this office over the years because of their level of excellence.

Dr. Amanda Turcotte is amazing. She takes her time and she makes sure you understand everything she is doing during the visit. She also takes the time to explain the diagnosis and aftercare in detail. She gives you one thousand opportunities to ask questions and will answer them all. Great experience with her.

ive been a patient at this optometry service for years. what originally brought me to the place was they carried the insurance coverage that my company offered. but not only was that a convenience, the service professionalism and knowledge the bring forth was and is beyond any other optometry office i have visited in the past. i would and have recommended cleary square eyecare as my primary and only eyecare specialist store. they are the best in my book.

Dr Martin and Dr Turkoff are great. My last appt I saw Dr. Turkoff. She gave me a suggestion on discerning which eye chart was the clearest when they were very close which I know is going to make a big difference in me having a really good pair of new glasses. Jen was vary helpful and took the time to answer my questions about the pricing. And this time I really had a lot. I had sticker shock as the glasses cost me $850 (frame, transitions, progressives, anti/glare, polycarbonate.) The frame is an Ovvo that you can bend in ways normal frames don’t and cost around $400. I would love to give them all my business since I need to buy one more pair and replace the lens in 4 others with the new prescription but have to look around.

I just had my first visit at Cleary Sq. Eyecare and it was fantastic. I've been through several eye doctors around Boston and this was the best experience I've had yet. Dr. Turcotte was so nice and welcoming. She took me through each step of my exam, explaining exactly what she was doing all while constantly checking if I had any questions and making sure I was comfortable. At the end of the exam, she fielded all of my questions completely and patiently so I had confidence in my decisions and never felt like I was being ushered out. The staff here is amazing and they have all of the modern equipment to complete the exam without having to dilate your eyes which makes for a better experience to begin with. I'm glad I found Cleary Sq. Eyecare and I'm looking forward to visiting again soon!

My first experience at Cleary was exceptional. They have an online process for making appointments, even for first time patients. The doctor and staff were very friendly, made sure the environment was safe, and were super informative and open to my questions. I learned a few new things about my eyes, and walked away with a new Contacts and Glasses Rx in about a half hour, along with some sample contacts. I'm not sure what more I could have asked for!

Dr. Martin was very receptive and conscious of patient habits and attitudes and experience around glasses. She knew that the right prescription and recommendations by necessity must consider this. It was a refreshing change from a prior experience at a different practice where I felt a bit shoe horned into a one size fits all recommendation that ultimately led to a counterproductive total lack of adoption by me.

Going to Cleary Square Eyecare for my eye appointment was a real treat. I was greeted at the door with a smile (even though it was towards the end of the workday), and told about the steps that were being taken to keep not just me but the entire staff safe from contracting the COVID-19 virus. I was immediately ushered into a freshly cleaned and sanitized room where I felt very comfortable. My tests were all performed with the highest level of professionalism, and my results were clearly explained to me, as well as the suggested plan of action. I was able to select a beautiful new pair of frames for my eyeglasses with great assistance from the staff and I left from there feeling very content.I am extremely grateful the excellent service that I have been receiving from Cleary Square Eyecare, and I am looking forward to the arrival of my new glasses.

Dr. Martin and Jen are both amazing. They are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and treat you like family. I especially felt safe there during these crazy COVID times. There was only 1 other patient and they were leaving right as my exam was starting, so I was the only one there. Everything was cleaned and sanitized. When trying on glasses they gave me a tray to keep all glasses in and they were clear that anything I touched had to go in that tray so they could ensure it was cleaned after I left.

My eye vist went very well. Turnover time for eye exam and new glasses was great. Dr. Martin takes time to answer questions, is very patient, knowledgeable and kind. Her staff are professional and courteous. It was truly a wondeful experience. I will return.

Cleary Square Eye care is the best!!!!!! Ive been going there for my eyecare for the last 5 years or more. They are always very personable and friendly. I can call in the middle of the year and ask a question to the office manager, Jen, and mention my name, they always remember who I am. They are always very accommodating. The equipment that they have seems to be very high tech, so when I leave there I feel as though my eyes have been thoroughly examined and trust that if there were any issues they would be addressed with no hesitation. Thank you all at Cleary Square Eyecare.

Dr Martin & her team are excellent - they have a good flow and good technology. The whole team has helped me to pick a set of eyeglasses. Street parking was no problem etiher. Highly recommended.

Cleary Square Eyecare personnel are very professional, respectful in terms of explaining all the procedures and not assuming that you understand what they are doing. I would highly recommend them. I never had to wait they were always ready for me and took me as soon as I came in. I am sorry that I don't remember the optometrist's name, but she was very good at explaining what I was looking at, (picture of my eye) and question of whether or not I needed to worry about glaucoma. I was very impressed.

I was looking for a practice closer to my home and saw positive reviews for Cleary Square Eyecare. Dr. Martin and her practice lived up to the reviews. They have state of the art testing equipment and I felt confident in the process and results. If you don't mind traveling to Cleary Square there seems to be plenty of free street parking and the office is street level. I highly recomment Dr. Martin and her practice.

Friendly staff. I took my daughter in for an appointment and we got there an hour early. They were very accommodating, we didn't have to wait to be seen. The optometrist was kind and patient and answered all of my questions.
