Everyone on the staff is so cordial and knowledgeable, I wouldn’t go anyplace else. If I need more time, the staff takes the necessary time. You are the most important person to them at that time. If it results in the next patient to be seen a little later, we all understand because we will get that same extra attention when we need it.

I had a new prescription for lenses from my eye doctor clinic. I really didn’t want new glasses because I like my frames and they were in good condition. The person that helped me prepare my order for the new lenses answered all my questions regarding the features I wanted the lenses to have. When all was done I was surprised at how expensive it was going to be and how long it was going to take (3 - 4 weeks). I thought the main expense of glasses was in the frames and thought that since I was just getting lenses it would be quite reasonable. I was wrong. Then it was going to take much longer than I expected. Part of that problem was that it was the holiday season and the end of the year. Patience is not my forte. I got word yesterday afternoon (a Friday) that my glasses were finally ready. At first I was upset that I was going to have to make an appointment just to pick them up and would have to wait over the weekend until Monday to do so. I’d been struggling for nearly a month to see and particularly to read. The staff agreed to fit me in Friday afternoon. I have my glasses now and am thrilled. I can see (distance & near), read & write (signs, screens, subtitles books, labels, instructions etc.) with no difficulty.

The staff was welcoming, professional, and really patient with my 6-year-old. She was terrified by the more invasive equipment, however, the staff always seemed patient and creative about how to get the task completed. It didn't take her too long to get comfortable and open to completing her exam. I was scheduled months out but was called when some availability cleared up. I am supper grateful. It's easier to get these appointments for kids out of the way before school starts. It's a 10/10.

The doctors are not excellent. I do not care for the staff that work the sales floor for glasses. They don’t give options and just assume you should buy or purchase 300/600 glasses. Will not buy from them.

The Doctors are nice but I haven’t seen the same doctor since Dr. Enders senior left and the prices have gotten very high. It’s really hard to keep up on your eye health when you don’t have eye insurance and cost over $200 for an eye exam. If I did everything that was recommended it would cost me around $400 out of pocket.

Excellent! Great staff and I'm looking forward to the new building. The only suggestion I would make is to get rid of the scribes. I realize I am always asked if it is ok but being a Minnesotan I just go along with it. I find it creepy. I also understand that it may save the Dr time but you also have to pay someone to be a scribe.

For a number of years my wife and I have done the retina scan with our eye appointment and was given the 25% military discount when we payed for it. This appointment I had on the 25th of April I was told that you don’t offer the discount on the retina scan. I am confused as to when did your policy changed.

I first went to Crystal Vision Clinic two years ago in 2019 after being referred by a work colleague to fulfill my RX for a new pair of glasses. I had such a great experience just in the purchase area that I opted to have my annual eye exams done by the team there as well. I met with Dr. Minnick for the first time on 12/16/21, and she was an all-around ACE! She took great care of me, explained everything so well, was very knowledgeable, and just seems like an incredibly kind human being. And the rest of the staff who worked with me during my appointment from the welcome desk, to the nurse who prepped me, to Tina in billing, Alena, etc. were all tops, too. I can't recommend them highly enough. I'm so happy to have found them!

Taylor at the front desk was super welcoming and ready to check me in for my appointment. I did not wait long to be seen. Doctor M. was very thorough in analyzing my particular ailment and prescribed the perfect treatment I needed. Three days later, here I am back to normal and feeling great! My daughter was not happy to find out she needed glasses, Dr. Bruehl took the time to explain to her, myself and my husband why she needs them and the importance of her wearing them every day. This was my first time visiting Crystal Vision Clinic. I'd received LASIK in 2020 and needed to get an annual exam scheduled somewhere near my new home. They were quick and easy to schedule an appointment and welcoming when I arrived. I didn't have to wait a long time to be taken back for my appointment when I arrived and they were very efficient.

We were at CVC for my husband's eye exam on 5/10/2021. From the second we walked thru the door to the second we left, we were treated with care and dignity by every one of the staff. Our uestions were answered with patience and we were not left waiting for any aspect of his appointment for more than a few minutes. This is definitely a business with a family feeling. I was very nervous about walking through the doors for my exam. Told Lori that I would rather be at the dentist getting a toooth removed. I hate that air puff thing and how close DrE has to get to my eyes I always fail it, blink or shut my eyes. I typically don’t fail outside of the eye Doctor I was tense, but Dr E and the guy who was with him taking his notes were great I would thank them, an I will bring my wife and kids back to doctor E

I have been a long time patient at Crystal Vision. They are always extremely friendly and helpful from the time I make my appointment to the moment I enter the office until the time I leave. Dr. (Chase) Endress is very knowledgeable and thorough throughout his exams. Something he no doubt learned from his terrific father. The only thing I would like to see, is the retinal scans become part of the exam and insurance would pay for them. Obviously not the responsibility of Crystal Vision, but something that should be looked into. Thank you Crystal Vision

One employee was very unpleasant—both to me and to another employee. I was getting ready to cancel my appointment and just leave. Fortunately, this was not the eye doctor. Perhaps as a result, my blood pressure was very high—first time ever for me. Other staff were great, especially person who helped me with buying eyeglasses as well as the eye doctor.
