Had my annual eye exam and also my 15 year old's first eye exam the other day. I have nothing but positive things to say about Crystal Eyecare. Everyone was so nice and professional. We both felt very welcome when we walked in the door. The entire facility is spic and span. My (very picky) daughter had to get glasses and Dennis was so knowledgeable and helped her pick out the perfect pair! Will definitely go back here and will also refer everyone I know to Crystal Eyecare.

I had to visit Crystal Eye Care and Dr. Nguyen for emergency eye care after having torn pieces off my flexible contacts which lodged in my eye socket and could not be found or removed by my wife. It truly felt like fine needles poking my eyeballs. Dr. Nguyen took me in right away and spent nearly an hour inspecting my eyes until finally finding the little irritating culprits and removed them I felt immediately better. He also prescribed follow on medication eye drops that helped heal and sooth the scratches that had developed on my eyes.

I have gone to Dr Nguyen at Crystal Eyecare for years. I have dry eye issues, bad astigmatism and am very particular with my eyes. They are great. The staff is great. Friendly professional staff. Never keeps me waiting which is a big plus for me! The only thing I would suggest, although not a big deal, is to only send 1 appt confirmation and not 3. That seems a little over doing it in my opinion. Otherwise everyone is great and will continue to be a patient.

Since the moment they welcome you they are very clear with the procedures and guide you nicely through all the checking process. The place is super clean and they are taking very good hygiene practices due Covid. All the assistants are well trained and kind. Dr. Le and Dr. Nguyen make me and my family feel we are in very good hands. They use sophisticated equipment to check your eyes health, and they show and explain clearly all the details on a computer screen. Had been with other Eye Doctors before, and in general, I would say they are above the average to me.

Convenient appointment times! I work and my kids are still in school, so finding a time to go to the eye doctor can be difficult at times, however, we were able to make a 5pm appointment that fit our schedules! I also found some beautiful designer frames that were both affordable and trendy.

The Dr. was amazing and her professionalism was implacable. The only complaint was the customer service by their staff. I made an appointment for one day and when I showed up I was told that I never made the appointment when I received a confirmation call for that appointment the day before. A little bit unorganized in that sense.

Dr. Nguyen is an amazing doctor. He is so kind and spends time with you and always addresses your concerns. I love Dr. Nguyen! I had a flare of allergies and severe dry eye and was having discomfort. Thank you to My for getting me in right away to see him. He took his time to check everything and make sure it was the same issues I had in the past and reassured me that everything was ok. He got me on the right medications and I got some immediate relief. As a person who is generally anxious to see a medical professional of any kind, I was more than grateful for the fast, friendly, and professional care I received from Dr. Nguyen and the rest of the staff at Crystal Eyecare. A complete eye exam, including dilation, took less than an hour plus the time spent in the waiting room. The exam itself was almost free of discomfort, and Dr. Nguyen's proficiency as an optometrist was evident. We were able to determine my new lens prescription in almost no time at all, and the prescription was 100% accurate; a clear improvement over my last exam from another practice. Needless to say, I am extremely excited to pick up my new glasses and start seeing the world "Crystal" clear!

i thought my wife and i had found a good eye doctor we could like and trust. the doctor looked at my eye and told me what was wrong and gave me a prescription (for 150.00) and come to find out he did not no what he was talking about. so i am out 230.00 and he sent me to another doctor. this doctor gave another prescription and my eye is clearing up. you have just lost 2 customers and i would not recommend him to anyone

I had to find a new doctor closer to home. My last eye doctor just wasn't very good & they weren't welcoming. All the girls up front were friendly, the girl helping me to find a pair of glasses was so sweet and patient. The doctor was so nice and helpful. My 4 yr old had a first time ever visit the following week and they treated him SO good and guided him through everything. They had so much patience. I love this place for eye exams.

Dr Nguyen excellent but need a variety of less expensive frames. Other services are pricey also and in the future I don't know if people will be able to afford it. It's quite expensive to purchase new glasses every year.

I am a returning patient who lives in the Cypress, Texas area. I like the ease of making appointments. Dr. Nguyen has an objective, formal manner and inspires confidence in his diagnosis. Both of my 20+something aged daughters go to this office. The 27 yrs. old daughter buys her eyeglasses there.

We started comming here 4 years ago when we lived in cypress , 6 months later we had to move to college station and I still come back to crystal eye care. Everything about the practice is wonderful, but be prepared to pay high out of pocket expense for what your insurance does not cover - on the exam and especially for glasses or contacts. If you like getting your corrective lenses or glasses from your physician's place of business, you may want to choose a different provider if out of pocket cost is a concern for you.

Waited over 45 minutes for follow-up with doctor. The office was overcrowded with customers, and it appeared that appointments had been double-booked. Staff was hesitant to breakdown the cost of glasses and contacts, to include fitting fee for contact lenses, different options for lenses for glasses, etc. Expected glasses in 7-10 days, but current wait has been over 2 weeks and still have not received glasses.

I was charged an extra 100 dollars after I had already paid for my glasses and I was not told about it until I picked up my glasses. I should have been informed before the decision was made because you don't just tack on extra money without the permission of the customer. This put me out of pocket because I was not prepared to pay an extra 100 dollars. I expect a response to this and a credit to my account because this is NOT the correct way to deal with customers. I am disgusted with your service and the lies and back pedaling we heard when we approached My about it. I will NOT tell others to visit you as it feel I was FORCED to pay for a service I did not ask for.

I have tried 4 different optician's in the Cypress area. Crystal Eyecare is by far the best - nice staff, no wait, doctors have worked with me on a difficult prescription, same day appointments, accept insurance, they even handled a warranty repair/return for me. If you're looking for an optician in the Cypress area, I would recommend Crystal Eyecare.

I've been through various eye doctors but Dr. Ngyuen had patience and understanding going while performing the eye exam. Previous eye doctors I felt were impatient when looking at which frame look better, during the eye exam that is. He took his time and because of this I can see clearly and my work production efficiency has improved.
