I’ve been going to Dr Crum for years and he’s always been great. I also like Lisa; she’s so friendly and nice. Unfortunately she was not there in my last visit. One comment; next time before I come for my appointment, let me know about any lawsuits or issues with my insurance so I could have found another eye doctor and not have to worry about running around to go elsewhere for contacts. I understand it’s business but it’s not fair to your patient who takes time out of work to come.

I was extremely disturbed by the lack of professionalism displayed by staff/Marlina S. Prior to my 11yr old being fitted for new prescription glasses, I asked Marlina for a breakdown of the dual eye vision coverage we have to see which one best benefits the best. The glasses my son had on were adult size that looked too large for his face. I questioned Marlina about that and she quickly responded "they looked fine". She then immediately continued to mark the lens and I kept asking my son if they were too big. At this time Dr. Crum was nearby and asked for his input. He immediately responded "definitely not, too big". I said that's what I thought. Another pair was selected and Marlina proceeded to make the calculations and said it was going to be $500 +. I said are you sure? I asked about my wife's coverage and she then gave me an extremely disturbed facial expression with the rolling of her eyes. I asked her if she was upset and why she was displaying such behavior. I told her I was going to inform Dr Crum of what transpired and she quickly responded, "it's not going to do you any good, there's nothing Dr. Crum can do about it, he's corporaten now! At this point, feeling frustrated, I chose to put the glasses on hold after Marlina start lecturing to me as though I was a child. Her presentation seemed all she cared about was making her commission. My son said, "Daddy, why was that lady so mean?" In the 18 years I've been a patient of Dr. Crum I have never left there feeling the humiliation Marlina imposed upon me!

This was my first time ever receiving a full on eye exam. I was welcomed once I stepped on the front door by the receptionist. I had a quick check in and was able to be taken back right away. The nurse that took care of me during my exams was incredibly sweet and friendly and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable. Right after exams I was seen by Dr. Crum and he also was incredibly friendly and made me understand my situation. Overall I am so happy to have chosen this place. Great environment and I highly recommend for any of your optometry needs!

I love my yearly appointment at this office! I have been coming here for many years now and my husband also agrees they are great! I saw other doctors in the past but this time I saw Dr. Crum. He is the nicest most personable guy and he cares! The office took many precautions to be safe during the COVID-19 pandemic that is still happening now. My contacts came the same week I ordered them and I was able to claim my rebate quickly! The front office staff and assistant are wonderful too!

Wow when thinking I was walking into a office I will admit I was a little paranoid. But come to find out it was very clean and only 2 people in at a time rather than the whole lobby if you will. Also what I found nice were the 2 gentlemen outside awaiting were keeping the 6 foot distance, and then some was rather chilling but good to see, people keeping their distance! I was also happy to see Dr. Crum while working with me having a mask on and cleaning equipment being used so diligently. Dr. Crum and his assistant were doing well keeping people calm and the area clean and what seemed worry free. At least this is what I seen while there with the phones ringing off the hook and still answering and maintaining a stress free environment ..WOW very cool!!.. Props to BOTH YOU 2 under all the circumstances! Thank you for all your services' and help during this un heard of time.

While the Doctor and Assistant were wonderful, I observed patients who had come after me go into be seen before me. I had arrived almost 30 minutes before my appointment to complete paperwork. Unfortunately I spent two hours at this location when my procedure was less than 15 minutes for a routine eye exam. After I questioned them for a contact exam I was quoted $89 which is completely over priced. Needless to say there's plenty of options which I will use forthwith. I got my prescription and went to another office which had my Gucci glasses in LaVerne. I had my contact exam and contacts ($59, $23) less than the exam itself from your office.

We have lenses from $99 on up. For those that want higher quality lenses with all the bells and whistles then they would be more expensive. Compare apples to apples. Our $99 lenses match the warehouse.

i would never change my choice for eye care. Crum Optometric Group are so helpful and considerate. My last visit was simple and fast. My eye's are doing well and I did not need a change in prescription. Some Optometric care groups would have found a way find something more to charge me with. Hate to say that but it is true.

Extremely efficient and professional but not stuffy. The most recent time I was there they were very busy as multiple Drs. were there. The staff made sure all tests were done moving seamlessly from one room to another as it opened up. They even took me back at the beginning to view some of the frames and explain my benefits first instead of last when all rooms were full, so I wouldn't be waiting in the waiting room.

I like both the doctors.. (Crum & Yang). However during my previous 2 visits, the eye pressure machine wasn’t working. I think that is the most important machine to evaluate gluacoma as I have cupping. Hope they fix the issue during my next visit.

Dr. Crum and his staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I never feel like they are trying to pressure me into buying something or going along with an expensive fix. They have the patients best interest and strive to provide a through examination. It isn't a problem going to get my eyes checked as it has always been a positive experience.

I was surprised to be seen by a new doctor. I would have appreciated a notification that my appointment was not with Dr. Crum either when I made my appointment or at some point prior to the appointment. An introduction either at the day of the appointment (which may not have been practical) or one via email, a mailer etc. would have answered many questions I still have such as where did he attend school, how long has he been practicing, etc.

Staff are really friendly and professional. Dr. Crum is great and I feel confident in his expertise. He was able to identify my needs for best eye care. He caught my need for a lower power lense in one of my eyes that is nearsighted and farsighted. It has helped my eyes adjust well. I appreciate he made the note in my records for the future.

My appointment was with Dr. Rich Yang, and he was super thorough and provided the best prescription I've ever had - no dizziness with my new contacts, and he gave me several options to try out before we settle on one brand. I felt that he was spending lots of time and not rushing through the appointment. The rest of the staff was super friendly. The office is spacious and clean. You can tell it's a well-organized place. I've had bad vision almost all my life and have been to many offices; I think this one is actually the best!

I have had many eye doctors over the years but Dr. Crum's office is by far the best. Super clean facilities and the staff is GREAT. Everyone is very courteous and knowledgable. Highly recommended!
