There's 2 parts to the building, there's an eyeglasses store and then next to that is the eye exam room area, they are connected. They greet you the minute you come in, I even got greeted by the optometrist himself right away. It was quick and effortless going through the process.The optometrist explained everything like he cared and asked questions, didn't fill rushed. It was a nice experience.

Dr. Blase takes his time with my eye examination and never rushes through the appointment. When I leave the office, I know I am have been diagnosised with the correct vision I need to continue with my current glasses or buying a new pair.

Have you ever opened the door and felt you were among friends even though it was your first time there? That's how I felt the first time I went to Crossroads Vision and the way I feel each and every time I go. My children and grandchildren have grown up with Dr. Blase, Jane and Jessie. To tell you just how much we trust them, we come from the Sea World area to Converse to see them. Not long ago I fell and broke my glasses. The first thing Jane said was "Are you OK and don't worry we will get them fixed up." I promise you , you won't find that kind of concern out and about.

I've been going to Dr. Blase for many years and I always get the same great exam every time I go. Dr. Blase never rushes the exam, takes his time, explains everything to me and answers all of my many questions. The staff is great as well, always polite and thorough. Jesse took my mangled glasses (someone ran over them) and made them look new again. That was amazing! I also love the way they efficiently book their patients so you don't walk into an overflowing waiting room. Dr. Blase, I think you're stuck with me!

Arrived early. They squared me away with all the vision tests at which point Dr. Blase was back from lunch and he saw me. He examined my Optimap of my eyeballs and no serious change to them considering my diabetes. Got my new prescription ready for next year. One and Done! :D

This had to be the best vision exam experience I have ever had. Everyone from the front, to Dr. Blase, and all those at the optical next door made me feel at home. It was time for my annual exam and as a diabetic, Dr. Blasé always takes special care in checking my eyes. My eyes have changed slightly since last year but not to the point where I really need a new set of glasses so there was no hard sell to convince me to get new ones. I appreciate that very much. Glasses are expensive, even with insurance and this year finances are tight so it was nice not to feel pressured to get a new set. I have the new prescription should I decide I want them but with such a minor change in my vision, I will probably wait until next year. Thank you for being caring.
