Everyone at this facility was kind, very pleasant and professional, from the front desk to the Hygienist, and Dr. Roy Shim. I felt very well cared for and treated with respect. I like them all !

I can’t put into words the appreciation I have for Dr shim and his staff after my first appointment with them. For the first time EVER I had an exam that wasn’t followed up with a dental plan to max out my insurance for the year with work that probably would nt even be necessary like the last 3 dentists have done to me. He demonstrated a true level of Professionalism and kindness and honesty that you just don’t find in most other dentists. Finally found a dentist I will stick with and will recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist. Thank you!!

Always like the process explained as we go, but Dr. Shim did not do that this time. By the time I was going to ask, I had the plastic and all the stuff in my mouth --- too late. It would be nice to explain why I'm so sore after this particular procedure as it doesn't happen very often. Is it from the anesthetic, type of anesthetic used for this procedure different from another tooth procedure or what? I like to know what I'm dealing with and should have mentioned that up front, but forgot. Dr. Shim -- you are the absolute best dentist I have ever worked with, so this is not a criticism, but an observation. I appreciate the incredible care from all of the team. Make it a great day, Sue

I felt like I was being drowned/water boarded the entire time. I have a cut in my gums from where he left the sucky air thing the entire time. I said it was hurting and he seemed visibly annoyed that I expressed my discomfort. I had water coming out of both sides of my mouth with no notice/care and water constantly spraying my ENTIRE face. I have literally NEVER experienced this at a dentists office before. I don't know if it's because I wouldn't change my morning apt with all cancellations they had, requested I change to afternoon and my schedule did not allow. I was not asked if I wanted the $20.00 fluoride prior to receiving it, which felt like money grabbing. You should not assume someone is going to pay for an additional piece and ask if they'd like it included and it'll be an out of pocket cost.

After my first experience with Corner Denistry, I made an appointment for my son. He and I are both in the process of getting new dentures now. The first set of dentures Dr. Shin made for me fit so well I haven't had to use an adhesive.

I saw Dr. Shim for a consultation because my former dentist was recommending costly procedures that I wasn’t sure I needed. I found Dr. Shim to be very ethical and personable, he took the time to explain options clearly. I appreciate his conservative approach and discovered that my tooth problem was easily resolved without extensive work or great expense. I am very happy to have Dr. Shim as my new dentist.

Just got my teeth cleaned today, but Lily was very nice and provided a lot of good information about home care. And when you need it, the dentist is superb and can do just about everything. Once had a root canal and a new crown in the same day.

I have never had a bad experience. I really appreciate all of the staff and their care for me and my children. They’re all incredibly patient, thoughtful and knowledgeable. Dr. Shim is a very intelligent, knowledgeable, professional and has amazing customer service. I trust him and his team to always do the right thing and what’s in my best interest health wise and financially. Thank you for all that you’ve done for me and mine. Everything was organized--everyone was pleasant--they made sure everything was covered by the insurance-- the work that was done was done very well-- My only constructive criticism would be that when some procedures take longer to make sure the patient is Well informed about the last part of the procedure and all that was going on.

Really liked Diana, super nice person and very thorough cleaning of my teeth. Recommended a few things I could do at home that might improve the health of my gums. Highly recommend her and Dr. Shim's practice.

Cornerstone is the best dentist office I have ever been to. I have been there for about two years now and wouldn’t have it any other way! From the receptionist constantly remembering me and making me feel welcome and at home to the hygienist and Dr. Shim always giving great recommendations and tricks while also not being judgmental at all about my need to floss more haha! Needless to say cornerstone is THE BEST!

Excellent dentist- he can do it all too. Crowns, fillings, root canals. I once got a root canal and a new crown on top of the tooth in one, relatively quick appointment. Everyone on the staff is friendly and professional. My last appointment was for a cleaning, and it was very thorough. I would highly recommend Dr. Shim to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Going to the dentist can be an unpleasant experience, but not here. The waiting room was very comfortable and the staff made me feel at home. I had my annual cleaning and check up and the team made it a pleasant experience. I spoke with the dentist about the option of braces, and the team followed up with information via email the same day.
