I rate average because it was 25 minutes before I was taken back, and a full hour passed before I saw the doctor. And this was just a check up, not an annual exam. My doctor was excellent. Maybe the timing was just off that day, but because all my past experiences have been excellent in every aspect, my expectations are high. I'll still be returning.

$183.00 is to expensive for a five minute eye exam , my wife doctor has the optic max also it cost her $65:00 plus 18:00 for optic max but 183:00 is to high for a five minute exam just feeling like I got robbed!!!!

I had the BEST tech, the BEST eye doctor in Nashville, Helen Boerman and the best eye glass helper Stephanie (yes, she spent 2 hours with me picking out frames and lenses!)!! Truly the staff went over and beyond the call of duty with getting the best advice for vision, glasses for my budget and life!!! Very thankful for the hours spent!!

Well, were to begin ?? Let's see... We waited in the room for the doctor for 25 minutes all well listening to the office gossip. We herd that you are short staffed and the one women was happy one employee was leaving and that your office hired 2 people but they never showed up. I now know how much someone's house is worth and what they are selling the home for. I was in the week before and was given the wrong sample contacts and am now waiting for the right ones to come in. My husband wanted to order a pair of sunglasses but the lady was to write down what he was getting and. Ever did so I could not place the order yesterday. Oh, and I called last Friday to ask about my contacts and never got a call back even into the next business day. The problem is ... You guys are like the Target of eye care. I felt like a herd of cattle !!! To many employees !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everyone was friendly and caring. The experience was fast but thorough! Dr. Kegarise did a great job during my eye exam. I loved how Troy found me the perfect pair of glasses for my face! I would have never found those on my own. Overall I would rate my visit as excellent and I would recommend you to my family and friends.

My prior optometrist would provide a new pair of contacts with my exam (whether RX was changed or not). At this exam, my RX was changed and I took my contacts out and put in the same ones. I also ordered a year of contacts that were to be delivered to my home and I never received. I called and had to go to the clinic to pick them up. Also with my prior optometrist in Tyler, TX, I always received contact solution with every annual visit. The lady at the front desk was a bit frustrated with my refusing the dilation for myself and my boys. I also didn't understand why my major medical insurance is necessary when I have vision; the front desk registration lady could not answer this question. I am a bit disappointed with this visit and expecting the same level of service that I received with my optometrist, Dr. Frazier in Tyler, Texas.

I'd recommend them because of their state of the art testing & equipment and friendliness of the staff. Also the wait is never long. My only negative is how pushy they are to sell their glasses, contacts, etc. - very high pressure sales.

Everyone is friendly and provides excellent service. There is little to no wait time. I love Dr. Jeff! He made sure that I was well taken care of and even talked to me about making an appointment for my new baby - something I hadn't even thought of yet!

I'm actually shocked that I received a survey to fill out since I just spoke with Katie yesterday about my recent experience. I am happy with Dr Crimm, but she is the ONLY good thing about Cool Springs Eyecare. I have progressive lens glasses....the prescription was changed in Dec by Dr Crimm. I was told it was a Dr's change and there was no charge. I have been having trouble with the new lens and have eye pain every afternoon so I came back to have them checked. My first complaint is with the girl ( long dark hair/don't know her name) that was in the exam room with Dr Crimm. I've had her before and she is rude and always acts as though I'm an imposition....NOT the way to treat a patient! Dr Crimm said we probably need to try a bit stronger lens. I went to optical and worked with Stephanie....she was nice but she said that I should have been charged in Dec, and since I wasn't then I would be charged now. WHAT??? Then she said the new lens would be $397 for the same quality I currently have or I can bump down to a lesser quality for $189. I did question that...why should I pay for a remake if they are not right and why would I want a lesser quality lens? She totally changed the subject and started asking me about church....I felt a bit pressured and she said I had to pay then. So I paid, left and felt I had been taken advantage of. I still felt that way Mon so I called to talk to a manager. I spoke with Justin and he was totally ineffective! I told him the story, asked him to hold the order and refund the charge to my card. He did do that, but without an apology or any attempt to keep me as a client. On Tues I spoke with Katie. She was very nice and apologetic. She tried to convince me that the $189 lens is the same quality as the $397 lens. Then why did I pay $397 to begin with? She said to move forward with the $189 lens but mentioned nothing about me being charged. I think she should have addressed how this was going to be handled. Instead I had to ask....she said I would have to pay $189. So CSE didn't take care of anything....My glasses are not right, I have eye pain every day, you are going to charge ME to remake a lens that you/your lab made,AND remake it with a lesser quality lens. This is appalling and unethical to say the least! It is very obvious that CSE has a priority of making money and not trying to please or keep clients. I am very disappointed! I will not be back nor will my daughter. And I will never recommend CSE to anyone.

Excellent doctors,front office and check out staff. Excellent opticians (especially Troy). I noticed a change in technician staff on this visit but they were just fine. Wait times are always reasonable and I always feel that I leave with a fully understood treatment plan.

Called office Sunday morning with what I thought might be an emergency. In less than two minutes , the answering service connected me with Dr. Dow, who agreed to meet me at the office in 45 minutes. Very impressive response.

I've been a patient for 10+ years. This is the first time I have had to wait for 30 min. to be seen. I had 4 encounters with 7 people. TOO MANY PEOPLE. The person checking my prescription ("pick which one is clearer, 1 or 2 - 2 or 3") was in a hurry. She was going so fast that I was not getting enough time to assess the clarity. My prescription changed noticeably based on that. I am not confident that the new prescription is accurate. If this had been my first appointment at this practice I would think twice about coming back. All past visits were far superior to this one. All personnel were extremely friendly, but seemed in a big hurry.

Great interaction for my son with Dr. Jeff! He's very supportive to the parent. I didn't appreciate having him tested without my knowledge which created a large cost on my bill unexpectedly. I had agreed to the Optimap, but would like to be told ahead of time that he is going to be tested for other things and why. I was also charged incorrectly when I checked out and had to spend more time getting it corrected. We were there for over 2 hours, which feels too long with having children there. I expected an hour. Happy with Tony's service as the optician.

Friendly staff, nice office. Before I saw the optician, a nurse was getting basic info from me. When I was asked my blood pressure, I said I couldn't recall. I was asked to make a guess. Thought it was interesting that if this info was needed, why not take it to be accurate.

only thing was i didn't have a prescription in hand and I had to drive back to the office to get my prescription. I realized after leaving If i went to another place to get the glasses, I had nothing to show another optician to have my prescription filled.

Everyone was very nice. My only complaint would be the high price of a routine eye check up. It was $200 versus the most I've ever been charged for the same services, $65 (and that was in New Jersey). Hopefully me insurance will cover the whole amount as they usually do.

The only problem with my visit, is that I was not told how much the new lenses would cost before I got to checkout. Because I am a little strapped for cash at this point in time I will not be able to get my new lenses until my FSA is refilled after the first of the year!

People very friendly, very nice office, medical staff very helpful. Prices were sky high on my lenses. My script ended up being wrong. My lenses were made by 3rd party and are great. A new script by Dr. Dow was written yesterday. I'm stuck in the middle now between CSEC and the Lens make and need some help.

Overall, I would say I a little disappointed based on my experience. The time it took from start to finish, was almost two hours with most of that time spent waiting. I understand that certain points of the day are busier than others, however, when I checked in there was one other patient in the lobby.

I was charged $140 for contact fitting. I think this is ridiculous. I've been a patient for a long time here, nothing about my eyes have changed, including my prescription, and I was dinged $140 for ten minutes of eye inspection, if that. That amounts to $840 per hour! This kills me. I didn't commit to new eyewear because I was angry at the cost of contact fitting. Still am!

45 minute wait after being told the wait would be 10 minutes. Call and give patients option to reschedule after working in a true emergency. Maybe review the list of emergencies use it to train front desk staff to better determine between true emergencies and something that can wait. The doctor was great as was the technician but i wasn't kept apprised of the "worked in" appointments nor of the actual wait time. I've been going to CS Eyecare for years and will continue to do so but please rethink your "work in" process. Thank you.

I love the doctors, the staff, the front desk, the auto confirmation services, etc. I even like that there are great frames offered and my insurance coverage is explained to me. I do NOT enjoy the feeling that I have to ask for the results. If I dont want to buy them in the store, I'm treated with a stiff smile and a condescending patience.

The bifocal in my first pair was not the right strength and the lenses were exchanged quickly and without question. Now I am very satisfied with the new glasses.

We have been going to cool springs eye care for the past 4-5 years and have never had a bad experience. The staff in every position has been more than helpful and always very friendly. I would recommend everyone to come to your practice. Dr Kegreese has wonderful personality and has always been wonderful with my son. Your practice is top notch - best of any dr in any field I have been too

I had a great visit. Just wish I didn't have to return a different day/time for a test. Would rather do it all at one annual visit. 5 of our 6 family members come there from spring hill. It isn't convenient to have to return multiple times for each of us.

The experience was amazing from start to finish. In less than 2 hours, I had a thorough eye exam and was fitted for my glasses. Everyone I met throughout the appointment was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I will (and already have) recommend this practice to anyone who needs great eye care!

We were back for a recheck and there was no immediate info on his condition, so I asked staff what the Dx is and they said rpe hyperplasia, which, when googled, lists a lot of info, some of which is alarming. Dr. Keg didn't explain it to us in detail when it was first found, and the tech offered zero info, saying only that Dr. Keg would get back to us in a week.

Everyone was very friendly, however, we were told that one of our insurances would not cover anything until 2 days after appt. This would have been nice to have known prior, as I submitted all insurance info up front setting up the appt. Once there, there continued to be alot of confusion for both my daughters visits and coverage. We rec'd 3-4 different versions of what would be covered and am still not confident that our bill will be covered. The doctors were both very professional and kind. We did not order glasses, as the frames were all very pricy, even with insurance coverage.

High tech operation!! Was very impressed with the level of technical advancments in the equipment. "Tiffany" was very pleaseant and put me at ease as a new patient. Wish she was staying! Dr. Durham was very skilled and knowledgable (for a youngster!). She found the issue with my eyes right away and developed a prescription to address the problem. Overall, the visit went as well as could be expected in any large and busy practice these days. Have not received the new glasses yet, so that part remains "to be seen". So far, I would recommend to others.

Everyone was very nice to my daughter except for the lady who assisted us after the DR. left. She was seemingly tired and cranky. She was informal and not friendly like the rest of your staff. The assistant before the DR. came is was great, the DR. was nice and then third lady was disappointing. She does not seem to fit with the rest of the team who were great.

First impression: kids screaming and running around your office. I almost left thinking your practice wasn't for me. Technician was very courteous and professional. What I'm displeased with is the unfriendly - borderline rude- front desk personnel. In particular, I just spoke with Stephanie to inquire if my contact lenses have come in. My appt was on July 15th and my lenses are not in yet. Seriously, why does it take two weeks to get lenses? I've called several times to check in the last week because honestly the office seems chaotic and I can't trust that I'll get a call. Stephanie was very short with me on the phone, mostly unhelpful (except to confirm the lenses are not in) and hung up without saying goodbye. I'm very disappointed with your non-technical office staff.

This was my daughter's first time having her eyes examined and it was an amazing experience all the way around! I can't get over how friendly and welcoming the staff is!! Due to HIPPA regulations, I think it important that the front desk person NOT ask you to describe what is going on with your eyes when you have a medical problem. The fact is, I had to do that over the phone when making the appointment and it should not be necessary to go over that again. For my appt. I had spoken to Amy who was to put the appt. in for me, but I guess it had not gotten done, so I understand the confusion, but it still should not be done at the front desk within ear shot of other patients.

My visit was good. I am not sure that I would recommend a friend at this point, only because of the rates. My husband and I were both seen. Once Dr. Durham finished my exam the technician came in and wrote down a rate over and above what my insurance covers for a "contact fitting". She explained it as a "professional fee". I came in with my prescription, my contacts, my glasses and my previous optician sent over my records, so I am not sure that I really had a fitting per say. My prescription did not even change. When I went to check out there was also a fee for not be dilated. So, before ordering contacts and after what my insurance covers, my out of pocket balance was to be $150.00. I have never had an out of pocket expense without make a purchase like that before even when I was fitted for my contacts the first time. The young lady at check out, took of the fee for not being dilated (I don't know the name of machine). We were just caught off guard by the rates.

Though the first technician did greet me by name, she did not introduce herself. Since I've not had this happen before at CSEC. I was surprised when she didn't. In fairness, this may have stood out because she has not been my tech before and, considering I'm often there, I remember thinking, "Oh. She must be new!") Also, and this is shared solely in the spirit of providing requested feedback, the technician seemed a bit out of sorts that day. Though polite, she was somewhat aloof and a bit distracted. For example, before she checked eye pressure, I asked if I needed to take out my contact. She said it wasn't necessary. Then, after taking pressure in the eye with the contact, she was visibly concerned at the reading. When I reminded her I was wearing a contact...and added it was a gas perm lens...she said I did need to remove it after all. Again, this is shared in the spirit of providing feedback. The second tech, Stacey, was wonderful...as always!

I had a very good experience during my visit for testing. However, I must relay some hopefully constructive information. In order to better understand, some quick background information is important. 1. My mother fought through 3 different cancers it killed her. 2. My Dad's current wife recently went for a routine eye exam and they found melanoma in one of her eyes. She had a procedure just last week where they put radiation tablets behind her eye for a week to kill the cancer. She had the procedure to remove the tablets just a few days before my eye test date at your facility. As mentioned, I had a good visit on Friday, April 9th and underwent two tests. It was late in the day, so I was told the doctor would call me Monday with the results. While I was working out on Monday, I received a voice mail from your office to call "at your earliest convenience". When I called back, I was told "there is good news and bad news". You can imagine my initial reaction.

I have made many many recommendations for years to use col springs eye! I still will , however, yesterday at the end of my daughters appointment we were escorted to the area to discuss getting glasses . While I see that as a perfect marketing strategy for you all financially I didn't appreciate it and am bothered by it! I. Feel like I should have been asked if I was interested I would have said no! Finances are a big part of our decisions and I never buy glasses there because they are so much more expensive than other places. I felt bad for the lady who escorted us and not happy I was forced into a marketing strategy!! The doctors and staff are top notch , no reason to push the glasses , if people want them they will ask. I know how happy I have been, I'm just saying if it were my first visit I don't know if I would return!

My only issue was my appointment started 40 minutes late. I would have appreciated being notified beforehand because I could have joined a conference call. Instead I was told it would be a few more minutes several times. I understand these things happen but would have appreciated heads up.

You have a very nice operation. I was, however, unsatisfied with the answer of what rushing means to get contacts in. I was just told 12 days to get them in normally, and then after pushing 3 times got an answer of 8 days for a rush. that is an eternity not wearing hard lens contacts. I know they have to make them, but that does not seem like rushing. I'm in a service business and rushing is not 8 days.

I visited for medical appt. I had to pay the full amount before you all submit to insurance. I cannot think of a provider that requires payment in full before submitting to the insurance carrier. I will look for other eye care options.

I had a good experience but I do think that 3 people seeing me was a bit much. The technicians did what I felt was the doctors job and the doctor was only with me maybe 5 minutes. My apt was for 2:45 and the doctor came in at 3:11. I do not quiet understand why the visit is handled that way. Maybe it is the future of eye doctors and I am from the doctor does the exam world. I do like Dr. Dow and everyone was more than kind. I will be back but you asked...

I thought it was very awkward when I was forced to meet with a "fashion eyeglass consultant" after my appointment. The doctor made a face and said that I needed some new "updated" frames, which was fine, but when the consultant gave me options, they were just cheaper versions of the frames I already had. So I didn't really understand what the point was...

The customer service was great. The only issue I have is being charged separately for an eye exam and contact lens fitting. My insurance doesn't even cover the lens fitting. I have worn contacts for eighteen years, and have never experienced separate charges before. Additionally, I don't believe anything different was done from an average eye exam. I don't know if I would return for this reason. It seems like bilking the customers.

My appointment and time with the doctor was efficient and very satisfactory, as always. However, after the doctor walked me to the optical department and told me to take a seat on the bench and "someone will be right with you" to order my new lenses and adjust my current frames, I apparently donned an invisibility cloak. I counted 4 people working in the optical department. Three walk-in customers were taken before me. After 30 minutes, I approached the front desk to inquire why I was waiting so long. The receptionist apologized and I waited another 15 minutes and 2 more customers before my name was called and someone saw me. Prior to that, not once did an employee inquire as to whether I'd been helped or needed anything, although two looked directly at me. My appointment was scheduled for 4:00 and by the time I paid and left the office it was 6:00.

My only concerns are 1) I wasn't told about the contact lens evaluation fee, and I don't recall being informed of the Optomap fee; however, the amazing service and experience and overall process was a true pleasure 2) I felt like I couldn't pick out my eyeglass frames myself; my optician insisted I stay seated whilst they picked frames for me. Regardless, I'm excited about going back. ** HUGE PLUS ** I had an insurance hiccup at the time of my visit; I won't go into detail, but the staff-person I called literally took care of everything for me. It was AMAZING.

Everything was great EXCEPT our time with the optician to choose frames. She seemed bored and not very "warm". Not bad, but not good either. We both felt that way and commented to each other on the way home. It just left an unpleasant feeling after we left. I also don't feel that it truly costs $250. to make one pair of plastic frames! (Without lenses.) That was the least expensive option. I feel like there are better options elsewhere and I should have explored that. The time with the doctor was excellent! She was very personable. Even though the optician was waiting in the doorway wanting us to hurry up.

Four times we have booked our appontment with Dr. Dow and have been seen by another doctor. Although my wife and I had the exact same examination, they charged her $80 and myself $10. They claimed to perform a contact lens examination and fitting which they had not performed and then attempted to charge us as such. When we asked to speak with a technician they said that they had all gone home and that if we didn't agree to pay the $80 that they wouldn't give us her prescription. This is only the most recent in a long line of visits in which the staff has been unfreindly and underhanded. I have never felt so mistreated and cheated by a facility. Our family works in the medical field with a number of insurance companies and I can honetly say we will NEVER recommend them to anyone. We intend to complain to the insurance companies, to Angie's List and to the BBB.

My technician was great. This was a redo of an earlier test. This technician explained everything to me and pointed out that I could not let my eyes wander away from the yellow dot. She was so good that I would like her to be my technician of choice in the future.

I was nervous going in for my appointment because I was afraid I might need glasses. Dr Dow was so friendly and helpful. My first eye exam was an awesome experience. I had an eye emergency two evenings before Thanksgiving. I called the next day and despite being fully booked and it being a short work day due to the holiday, they made space for me to come in and have my eye examined. While the cause of the issue remained inconclusive, they were unfailingly polite and kind throughout the process. The service here is extraordinary!

Dr. Boerman explained my options since my Rx had changed from my last visit. This was my first pair of glasses! Troy did a fantastic job of recommending glasses frames. He took pictures of the frames we tried so I could show to my husband. The first frames he recommended were the ones my husband chose. When I returned, Troy was busy and another sweet lady jumped in and helped me out so I could continue on with my day. I would highly recommend this team.

Dr. Jeffry Kegarise was great. He is the first Dr. taht I can recall who actullay read my chart BEFORE speaking with me. When I asked for a written description of the visit he asked the assistant to make one and it was provided to me before I left. Dr. Kegarise also gave me some optins for an eye issue I have and that was also appreciated. Also, the woman who helped with my frames and lens purchase was terrific.

Yesterday was my first time visiting Dr. Boerman and Cool Springs Eye Care. First of all, I was highly impressed with the clinic. It was spacious, clean and very well decorated. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appt and the receptionist was very helpful and efficient with the forms I needed to fill out as well as other information I needed to know. I sat down and didn't even have time to finish my paperwork when the 'nurse' came out and called my name. She was also very nice and efficient. After all the eye tests we went into an exam room and she went through my paperwork with me and asked me a few questions about my eyes. Very shortly after she left Dr. Boerman came in and really took the time to talk to me about why I was there. She explained every detail with me and thoroughly reviewed all of my eye tests with me. I really appreciate how thorough and patient she was. I was in and out of there in 1 hour. I will go back over and over. The whole experience was WONDERFUL!!!

I was very pleased with Cool Springs Eye Care. The office is lovely and the staff is courteous and professional. I actually arrived an hour early and was seen within 20 minutes. Dr. Dow was very nice and thorough. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the name of the staff member that helped me choose new frames. She was fantastic! All in all I was very impressed with every aspect of my treatment. Kudos to you guys!! See you next year.

Everyone I met was very personable and kind. Tiffany was willing to chat with me and clearly explained any questions I had about the evaluations she was performing, even going more in depth and explaining some eye anatomy as I asked additional questions. I appreciated that she was willing take time with me and not just rush through. Dr. Crim was also very willing to hear out my concerns and questions regarding my contact choice and previous eye care experiences. Again, she took the time to make sure my prescription was as accurate as possible and recommend some products she felt would better meet my needs. I also really appreciated that the check out desk was separate from the reception desk. I felt I could ask insurance and cost questions easily and privately. Overall I had a great first experience.

I have had lackluster eye doctors in the past, and you guys blew me away. From the time I walked in until the time I left I had friendly, personable people helping me and had an amazing experience. Our experience with the woman who was introduced after my son was given his prescription was completely off-putting. Before we had time to adjust to the news that my son needed glasses (he was quite upset), the woman rushed us over and I asked for a moment to call my husband. She immediately started trying frames on my son while I was on the phone and then when I asked for his prescription to take home with me so my husband could help with the process (since I don't wear glasses and he does), her body language tensed up and then she snipped that that was not a good way to go and that there was no way to check if the distance would work. I found her extremely offputting. The Dr. was awesome as were her assistants.

The service and people are wonderful. The only complaint was the eyelash removal was not explained. I didn't even know I had an eyelash curled the wrong direction, but it bothered the doctor so she pulled it out and charged $60. I think it wouldn't have bothered me if she would have told me there was a charge for removing it. I was under the impression she it just bothered her and she wanted to remove it.

The receptionist, first nurse & Doctor were fantastic. Once he left, it went downhill quickly. This may have been the last time we visit at Cool Springs Eyecare based on the lack of communication in correcting our daughter's vision going forward, and the difficulty of getting an appointment to do so. Even though we have been patients there for many years, we are so disappointed in that aspect.

There were small things I notice that were not done that usually are when you see the eye doctor. Glasses I wore in were not cleaned or screws not tightened up and it was obvious the screws needed it bad. I was also told by the Dr. I would be receiving an email about Macular Degeneration. I called and spoke with Justin a few days afterwards and he said he would get it sent out. I still have not received it. I searched my spam and haven't received any emails from cool springs eye care. There was something else the Dr. said he would email me about but I can't remember what it was. But I would really like to get the prevention on Macular Degeneration. Thanks.

From beginning to end, each staff person was very friendly & professional. This was a bit longer of a wait time then we've usually experienced and we were even 10 min early, but the front desk gal was apologetic. It is nice that the waiting area atmosphere is always relaxing, comfortable, and overall pleasant.

I've been with Dr. Kegarise since he started his practice. His expertise and manner are professional and trust him completely concerning my eye health.Concerning your retail marketing which in my opinion is a hard sale. I am not interested in getting a birthday greeting and duplicate notifications. Nor a over friendly "pal" greeting. Are you a business catering to children? The sweet high voice greetings, the Dr Jeff(he should be respected and called by his professional title and last name), Ms. Cannie(which I know is a southern application and fine with out the sing song) and a basic "aren't you a good little girl" attitude when handing in paper work sends a message the patients are juveniles. This includes the Dr. Jeff. Most people going into your clinic are adults or adults with children. Additionally, with the added retail/spa business would it not behoove you to conduct the interaction in a more high end adult customer manner?

The only thing I did not like was he charge for the contact fitting! My script was not changed and the contacts were sitting just fine as proved through the exam! This charge of 70.00 I feel is really outrageous! This was not my first time using contacts and there was really no real evaluation for any changes! I haven't been to an eye doctor for years, but I had an issue and they were able to get me in for a same day appointment and were very accommodating. I called back late in the day because the prescription (eye drops) were ridiculously expensive on my insurance plan ($147 co-pay) and they were kind enough to locate a sample for me when I asked for an alternative medication. I would recommend them to others.

I was shocked when I arrived at the check out counter for them to tell me that I owed $116 with vision insurance. Then I was explained that there was an $80 charge on my bill for contact lenses evaulation which I was not told about during my visit. I made myself crystal clear when I arrived that I wanted to stay on a budget and the lady informed me that besides my $10 copay and the $40 optomap charge that there shouldn't be anything else. They did discount the $80 charge to $40 but it is still unacceptable to me. I should have been explained that.

Your practice is wonderful and I so appreciate Troy's dedication and skill in selecting frames. My only constructive feedback would be that this is my second time scheduling an appointment online that I was called the next day and told the online schedule was incorrect and my appointment would need to be changed. Only a minor frustration for me personally, but perhaps indicating an area needing attention.

I enjoyed all aspects of this visit. The staff was genuinely kind, knowledgeable and helpful. The office was well maintained, neat and clean. My end result with my new prescription was perfect. My only concern was the price of the glass frames in the showroom. If I was updating my glasses this year...I would not be able to afford the frames I saw. I wish you would add a few economical choices for those that can't spend over $200 on frames alone. However, the frames you did have were very nice!

Doctor and staff were all exceptional. Some of the up front terms that I was required to initial (each paragraph) were unclear and ridiculous. Makes me not trust the whole experience. My recommendation is you learn to manage risk. Or you can eliminate it completely by turning off the phones and locking the doors. Your choice but I view the management (nameless and faceless at this point) as being incapable of managing risk without alienating customers. I suspect the vast majority of your patients have a good understanding of their financial obligation. For those who try to cheat you, don't treat them. But don't try to fix the few by insulting the rest of us. Hope my feedback is received in the spirit with which it was intended. Again, the Doctor and staff were exceptional.

As always it was a good experience. I like Dr.Durham as I had seen her before. She,like Dr. Jeff, is always cautious about the MS. Thank you always for the friendly atmosphere. It is a welcomed retreat to come to your office. Diane Hubbs

Dr. Jeff was exceptional and spent a good deal of time to get the prescription exactly right. Troy gave me his business card and worked very hard to help me find just the right frame. Plus, I was greeted before I had even take two steps into the shop. Great staff. Superb service.

#6. I may have only waited 10 minutes are so. #8. I have recommended Cool Springs Eye several times. #9. I honestly can't remember getting a business card. As always, I was welcomed by desk staff in a friendly manner. They make you feel that they are glad to see me. Dr. Jeff and staff is always very courteous, informative and professional but friendly. Brandon at check out is very upbeat and helpful as well. Thank you!

Not sure if I received a business card or not - I may have and just don't remember. I had a great experience and was very impressed with your staff. Everyone was attentive, explained what they were doing, cheerful, and helpful. Good job!

Have always enjoyed my visits to Cool Springs EyeCare, but have a concern about continuing my eye care due to a change in my employers insurance provider. Cool Springs is not a participant of United Healthcare. I will be reviewing my options. Thank you.

I love the people!!! My only concern is my appointment was at 10:15, and I didn't leave until 12:00. Fortunately I didn't have somewhere else to be that afternoon. This concern will certainly NOT keep me from coming back! :)

Cool Springs Eyecare has been my eye services provider for 8 years. I have not had a negative experience. The entire staff is top notch. I feel like I am more than a patient, I feel like part of the "family".

I have 2 vision insurances one with my husband and one with my work. When i checked on line with my insurance you were not in network. When i checked with my husbands insurance Eyemed it said you were in network.I called around 11:30am and gave the front desk all of my insurance ID#'s off of the card and she said they did take this insurnce and scheduled me for a 3pm appt. I arrived for my appt.again the person checking me in took copy of my card and said benefits had been verified. THEN AFTER i see the eye doctor and i am ready to pick out glasses I am then told you do NOT take my insurance and was charged 150.00 for the visit!!! I would have NEVER gone to this facility or even had the exam if i was told correctly about my insurance. I have 2 insurances and i have NEVER had to pay for exam! I really feel i was done wrong by this company and will never refer a friend to this facility. The person checking me out said they never rec'd an authorization.

I had asked for a renewal on my eyedrops, which I did not get...but I also forgot to ask for again when I left (I was too excited about ordering new glasses)......will call and have sent to Walgreens.

The examination appointment was great but getting my glasses took longer than expected. Inquiring if my glasses were in just got me transferred to the "optical" department answering machine and no return call. That was very disappointing and made me feel like "we got your money you don't matter to us any more". Lucky for them that they called the day I had decided I either get the glasses or cancel the order.

I had someone who was training so things moved a bit slowly. Plus, I've had Octomap done at my previous practice in Denver and they only charged $25 extra so $40 seemed very high.

I do not like waiting! My time is valuable too. I like the people in this office and I'll give this office another chance but will not continue to wait for doctor to see me when I have a scheduled appointment. I even arrived 15 minutes early!

after our appointment with the eye doctor was over we waited 45 minutes to see someone to purchase glasses. we sat and watched as 4 people who came in after us were served first. finally some gal named stephanie clomped out. she did not apologize for the wait and made it very clear that we were wasting her time. we purchased glassed because the place is on the insurance list of preferred places but we will NOT BE BACK nor will we recommend you to ANYONE.

When I arrived, I was told my appointment was for the next day, so I left. I got a call a few minutes later saying there was an opening, so I called back. I was on hold for 6.5 minutes. After arriving back at the store, I hung up, and was told in person they could not fit me in. Then someone else said they could, and I was admitted. Pretty frustrating experience.

When I come to your office I feel like I'm going to buy a used car and you are just trying to up-sell anything and everything available. I have a vision plan, but for some reason, it doesn't cover anything in your office. You recommended a change in contacts but I did not really understand what I was getting and left the office with worse vision than when I walked in... doesn't that deserve an explanation? Are you suggesting a change in contacts just to get another "fitting" fee? My family and I will be going somewhere else in the future. On the positive side, everyone at the front desk is very friendly.

Great office to have treatment, not only is the entire staff kind to you they are very kind and professional to each other. The office is always very clean and organized and Dr. Jeff is outstanding taking the time to explain treatment, options and always ask if there are any questions. I never feel rushed or that my time is not as valuable as theirs. Will recommend to anyone that is looking for an outstanding practice for complete eye care.

The receptionist was very friendly, and greeted me with a smile. In fact, I noticed that all the employees were cheerful and very professional! I was very impressed with Dr. Keg's son, he was very friendly and helpful. This office has a bright and comfortable atmosphere!!

I had a wonderful experience with the technician and optometrist. However, I found the optician to be very pushy and unpleasant. She basically selected the frames she liked best for me and told me to choose between two. I didn't want either and eventually left and went to Lenscrafters, which has much bigger selection AND has the glasses ready in an hour, as opposed to the weeklong wait offered by the Cool Springs Eye Care optician.

Great place and great people! Love coming here! Only complaint I have is being charged a contact fitting fee when I've worn contacts for over 12 yrs. I did not feel like my financial opinions were explained propert beforehand. However, still a great place! In particular, The receptionist Jason, is extremely kind and patient. He deserves to be recognized for his excellent work!

Anytime I have scheduled an appointment, it has been with Jeff. We feel very comfortable with Jeff and he is familiar with my history including a surgery he coordinated. When I made my appointment, I did so online via your website and selected Jeff as usual. When I checked in for my appointment, I noted that I was to see Jeff. When I was brought back, I was told that I was going to see Jessica Durham. I had no problem with Dr. Durham whatsoever, but was surprised when I was not scheduled with Jeff as requested.

Everyone was friendly and very helpful. It was good to see Amy at the front desk, had not seen her in years as she was a friend of our sons. The apt was so on time that even though I arrived early I still did not get papers completed before I was called back. The man who helped me pick out my glasses was so helpful and explained your "family" policy. I felt at home after my first visit with Dr. Dow and look forward to a long relationship with your eye care clinic.

Customer service was excellent. I was very impressed by the quality of service. Unfortunately I have also never paid so much for an eye appointment and while reviewing the possibility of a buying glasses I was also surprised about the inflated prices. I found the same frames online for between a third and half the price cheaper. So that being said I will have to determine if the price is worth the excellent service.

2 things: 1.I phoned ahead to have a specific eyeware frame to be in stock. It was not ordered. 2.i had to phone back next day to secure info that was supposed to be provided to me prior to leaving. (recommendation on an over the counter product)

I felt like the optician was not too friendly enough. She was very stiff. If I hadn't asked about my eyes I don't think she would have told me about my situation. But the staff was very friendly overall.
