Unscheduled appointment: I didn't have an appointment, but I was worked in to an already tight schedule. You have no idea what that means to someone who has eye problems and needs to see Dr. Warren as soon as possible. I wouldn't go anywhere else to have someone look after my eyes. I'm always treated well at Community Eye Associates!! My waiting room time is acceptable, as is my eye exam time prior to meeting with Dr. Warren. Dr. Warren is an exceptional optometrist, always spending sufficient time with me to answer my questions and not make me feel rushed. Thank You Community Eye Associates.

Always feel welcomed when I go for an appointment. The staff is great, and very knowledgeable when the pre-exam takes place. Dr. Warren is very thorough with her eye exam, and is always prepared to answer any questions you may have for her. They also have a great selection of glasses for you to choose from in their newly decorated office.

Community Eye Associates is the best! I have always felt welcome and been treated with respect and kindness. I trust Dr. Beth Warren with my eyes. She has helped me through diabetes when I thought I was going blind, and through eye infections that she treated. My eyesight is very important to me.

I had not been to Dr. Warren in over a year and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in to find the office had been renovated. I love the new look! My wait was not long, and even some of the technology looked updated. Clinically, I received stellar care from Dr.Warren. Her contact specialist and eyeglass specialist are always so wonderful and knowledgeable about their products.

This is a great place to have your optical needs fulfilled. Dr. Warren is very thorough. She stays on top of your eye care needs. The ladies in the office are so very nice and helpful. The staff is always friendly and do their best to accommodate with appointments. It is nice visiting with the staff because they are familiar not only with myself but my family as well. They are kind to ask about my children. I appreciate each staff member working with me to help get the eyeglasses that best suit me. I also am grateful that they work with me financially too. Dr. Warren is very caring and does her best to make you feel comfortable. She is very professional and makes sure that you understand every part of the eye exam. The office was extremely short staffed during the appointment. My son wanted contacts but there was no one to work with him so we were told to wait. We waited and then we're told it just wasn't going to work that day. I was told I would be called at the latest the next day to schedule a time. I haven't been called yet. I was also informed that I would have to pay beyond the traditional $25 contact lens fitting fee but no one told me how much it was going to be. I feel like I am "up charged" at every opportunity and I am frustrated.

I get nervous when something's wrong with my eyes, but Dr. Warren reassures me with the eye exam. She's never been wrong about my diagnosis. This visit was for my 5yr old. We were new patients and this was only his 2nd eye exam. When Dr. Warren entered the room she did not speak to me or my son. The first thing she did was tell him to look straight ahead and started shining a light in his eye. She did nothing to make him feel comfortable. She said nothing to him to explain what she was doing. All she said was sit still, look forward. Of course he was going to be uncooperative. She told us we would have to go to a pediatric Dr. This was the first sentence she spoke. I believe my 5 yr old would've have been more cooperative if the Dr. Had been more cooperative also, and had he not at least I could've been able to leave a good review. Other than the rudeness of the Dr. The staff is excellent. I do wish when I called they would've advised me that Dr. Warren has no patience with her young patients. I could've saved my child from the negative experience.

The only issue was asking personal questions about surgeries and meds in front of other patients. It was not private and is not good! What part of Health Care Privacy does this violate? I was replying about my hysterectomy and hormones with an older gentleman standing there. I am sure it is nothing new to him and I really was not embarrassed but I think he was!

I GOT A SAMPLE OF SYSTANE DATED 1-14. 2 WEEKS LATER I STOPPED AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER SAMPLE. WOW, THE CURT RESPONSE WAS GIVEN AS o ONLY ONE SAMPLE PER PATIENT. I FELT LIKE A CRIMINAL AS I WAS LEAVING. MAYBE SHE WAS HAVING A BAD DAY OR MAYBE I ACTED LIKE THE WORLD'S BIGGEST FREE-LOADER. WHO KNOWS? MAYBE I SHOULD MOVE ON. I POSSESS LOW SELF-ESTEEM.POOR POOR ME .

The service is always fantastic and the people are wonderful. The only thing I would change is the ability to be able to schedule two contact lens appointments back to back instead of them having to be on different days. It makes it very inconvenient to have them scheduled this way.
