Dr. Levi has been amazing. He can adjust my neck unlike any other Chiropractor I’ve seen; and I’ve seen more than a dozen over the last 30 years. He did a great job adjusting an injured shoulder. I’ve had this same shoulder adjusted or manipulated by sports massage specialists and other Chiropractors, but none were as good as Dr. Levi. I live abroad so I’m not able to see Dr. Levi as regularly as I’d like. He’s always available when I come back to town and I’m better off for it.

In a world of rushed chaos and herd mentality, it is always so refreshing to go to Co Health and Wellness. I felt "seen" , heard and safe. Doc. Levi, I just cannot express how much I appreciate him, his humor, care and professionalism. I was very surprise when Doctor Warner took time to actually engage in conversation with me and my grand adults - they are no longer "children" (and he is not a participant in my treatment) he was great. Even Doctor Cox came to greet me (he's the main man for my care". I am very grateful to all of the staff of this medical facility.

I’ve been working with the PT’s for a few months. We’ve made great progress, keeping me away from another joint replacement. Unfortunately I took a face-plant fall on ice and landed squarely on my bad knee. During my next regularly scheduled visit, Dr. Matt spent time with me, isolating the issue and suggesting several exercises. The knee is already significantly improving.

With the cooperation between departments, I was shown the latest knee brace for bone on bone left knee, by my Physical Therapy Team, then the next day I was in, I checked with the System you have in place for Medicare Brace replacement after so many years, and 3 1/2+ since I got my last brace, so I Qualified for a new one, got it, and it really works great. It is so much better for my knee, and is easy to adjust and put on. Many Thanks for the heads up team work between personnel. ☃️⛷️🔥💯🐧🌶️👍👍

Great as Always. Still need the small non noisy vibrating machine like sold on TV for improving foot circulation after getting the rooster cone shots. It really helped in the past with the giant & loud vibrator that was removed - so 10-15 minutes on it after the shots was very helpful, and needs to be brought back with the smaller unit,. Or get a discount on one for home use, through your volume buying power that individuals don't have. And shame on Medicare for making me drive and plan on a second day for my right knee shot, wasting gas and time on a fixed Budget really does Suck! Not blaming your Office, just saying what most Retired Citizens r getting real tired of with these DEMORat changed rules that cost us more every year 🙄 duh, why I'm voting to MAGA, after this current Leach leave D.C. FoRevEr👍

The staff and doctors at Colorado Health Wellness are awesome. During my Sanexas treatment it was suggested that I would benefit me seeing Dr. Levi for a chiropractic evaluation and I am so glad I did, He did a thorough exam and then did an adjustment and I feel like a million! So glad he is going to work with me to get my hips in alignment which will help me get back to a normal life. Love these guys!

I've been treated by at least half a dozen very excellent physical therapists during my 15 years in Colorado Springs, but in my estimation, Dr. Matt Koltun surpasses them all for his ability to analyze my specific issues and to design therapies that address whole-body support for my orthopedic weaknesses. He's definitely my go-to professional for treating my sometimes-complex orthopedic pain. In addition, Dr. Joey and assistant Kaitlyn are also professional, effective and caring. Plus, EVERYONE in the office is delightful; it would be hard to find a more pleasant medical front office!

This is my and wifes, and daughters and granddaughters (post birth alignments) office for applicable health. Having been treated prior ( Dr. John saved me from issues derived from severe high-school football neck injury not addressed for a few decades). Only trust this office with similar associated issues, as the staff is very personable with appreciated listening skills and performance to back it up.

I went to my appointment scheduled for Thursday at 1:45 pm. When I got there, I was a bit earlier, so the lady at the front desk said she could help me out by cutting out 30 minutes, so she changed it to 1:15 pm, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, when I showed up at 1:15pm, the doctor was still tied up with another patient ahead of me, so I was not seen at 1:15pm, as promised. Instead, I had to wait in the Dr. Kallenbach's office from at 1:15pm to 2:00pm. At 2:00pm, after waiting 45 minutes and the doctor never showing up, I decided to leave. On way out, I explained that the doctor never came to her office to see me, so I left. On my way out, the doctor went out to talk to me while I was getting in my car. I told her what had happened, I was left alone for 45 minutes, with no one responding, so if I decided to come back to see the doctor, I will make an appointment for another day. Not happy about wasting my time, but stuff happens

The very best treatment I have every had for physical therapy! The most progress as well. The Senexus sessions we really great. My feet have much more flexibility, less numbness, better balance as a result. My back discomfort has increased significantly and am quite amazed at the knowledge, techniques and attention to my issues by everyone on the staff. Quite remarkable how they provide, it seems, just what what I needed. I am blessed to have found your clinic and most likely would not except for the pandemic. This staff is amazing. The office has the best COVID protocol I have seen in a medical office yet: distancing, cleaning surfaces and chair protectors changed after every patient to mention just a few. The intake physicians spend the time to get the problems pinpointed and possible solutions. I have been coming here for several years both for my husband and myself for knee gel injections. We have always walked out with measurable knee improvement. My go to solution is no longer available so we worked through available replacements and, after doing pros and cons as well as looking st scientific data we selected one. As usual Dr. Cox did his incredible imaging guided work. I am not a big fan of pain and that knee was in bad shape. They use lidocaine in the injection space and, once I got past my ubiquitous "squeaking", there was no pain. 24 hours later and I can actually walk on that knee. Hopefully this solution will last awhile but either way I will be back in 6 months and then again. There is ultimately no hope for this knee except replacement due to excessive accident/ arthritis damage but Health and Wellness has given me at least 3 years without surgery. Thank you! The follow up care and concern is rare. If you need to talk to a doctor, just call. You will get to either talk to them or it's a callback ASAP. Highly unusual these days

I had “total knee replacement” surgery in June of this year. It was no question in my mind where I would go for physical therapy- I made appointments with Matt Koltun. I have been extremely pleased with the therapy that Matt and others in the clinic have provided. Matt is very intelligent about the correct exercises to do for the specific muscles. The staff have been a huge help in the healing process of this surgery. Another factor is their kindness and motivation to keep on keeping on. I had my first physical therapy yesterday with Matt and Katherine. I thought it was a very thorough initial visit seeing as I've got a lot of physical issues since birth (I'm 60)! Both of them figured out my coulds and couldn'ts fairly quickly and want to help me gain some muscle back. I brought home 3 exercises to do until my next visit. I'm thankful they listened, understood and care about my physical well being. I'm hopeful that with the right direction I'll gain/keep the motion and mobility I need to carry on with the rest of my life and be mostly pain free! Thank you Matt & Katherine! My appointment was for injections at 100 I arrived 10 minutes early. I was told at check in that I would a eval. After waiting 15 minutes the doctor came then had to go change gloves because he forgot to, then I was told the team that administers the injections would be right with me, they skipped over me 3 times and blamed it on staff members putting records on top of mine. The whole visit was very unpleasant and not the norm for this clinic

I started seeing Dr Gayle Warner because I was having trouble walking because of plantar fascitis. I was to the point of pricing walkers and thought "I have nothing to lose, let's give this a shot". I did all the stretches she told me to do, saw her in the office 1x/ wk. End result, I do not own a walker and I'm back to weight lifting. I'm even registered to walk in a charity event!

With the COVID-19 in high swing, I was pleased to be asked to wash our hands as soon as we entered the facility. This was followed by having my temperature taken. They also had social distancing measures in place. I was able to complete the initial visit forms at home and email them back prior to my visit, which also reduced the time spent in the office. It was just a few minutes wait to see the consulting doctor. Since they absorbed many of the employees of the Osteo Relief Institute, they already had my records so this also expedited the initial consult. I was able to get my knee injection on this first visit which also delighted me. Thumbs up!

I am very satisfied with my 5 will be 6 at the end of my next visit this coming Thursday. My knee is getting stronger and I should be ready to ski if they open up again. I have been working with Matthew for Physical Therapy for the last two months. I never would have thought stretching would make such a big difference in my life but it has. I had so much pain when I started. I couldn’t standup straight and I was bowl-legged. All that is in the past. Matt has taught me how to stretch to manage my pain. This office and staff is a complete gift to our entire family. We began coming for my son when he was a little boy. Their treatment and suggestions for diet turned his world around. He didn’t need to be put on Rhitalin thankfully. They found he had allergies to red food coloring, sugar and needed adjustments to assist the pancreas in functioning properly. He changed so much his teacher thanked me for putting him on Rhitalin lol but we never did. Over the years they have helped prevent surgeries and unwanted medical treatments. My children are grown now but always request to go and see Dr Gail or Dr John Warner when in town.

The treatment and doctors are fine. The receptionists are friendly. However, if you are one that pays "up front," be aware and closely monitor your insurance statements. I was overcharged and it took several months to get my money. They wouldn't call back, etc. Finally, I had to get my insurance company involved. Even then, I got the "runaround." Eventually, I just threatened to get a lawyer and report them to my insurance's fraud department. I had my check in three days.

It's been really great dealing with you folks there at Colorado wellness especially since my doctor died With Osteo relief and I had to start all over this Christmas well 26 December and like I told you guys I've been running up and down the stairs since and now I'm getting chiropractic work done and I have one more visit next Wednesday and my neck is improved my tiny bit of scoliosis between two and five and my neck & Shoulder R better !!! I keep forgetting to ask to use the vibration table that helps my knees so much / I know it's not part of the routine but it is very valuable in just maintenance to me anyway ! don't like the fact that both knees have to be done on separate days -- waste of time, gas, and miles. Osteo Relief did both knees @ the same time so, I don't see why you can't do the same. Thank heavens that I'm retired -- if I was working I would have to make the time up and my employer would probably fire me for being away from work 2 days a week to receive the injections.

Very glad your knee injections are done under fluoroscopic assistnce, I would not allow my knees to be injected any other way. My only wish is that both knees could be done at one time, I travel from outside of Colorado Spring which doubles my millage.

Dr. Anderson is one of the most talented health care providers I have ever had the privilege of meeting. After 2 years of inactivity due to a back injury, I was overweight and somewhat depressed. Dr. Anderson was able to resolve my lower back pain in several sessions. Since then, I've been able to resume running and weight lifting. Doctors John and Gail Warner remain the best team of chiropractors in the Rocky Mountains. I play tennis 4 times a week, ski over 20 times a winter, have two replaced knees, a herniated disc, and still work every day at the age of 68. I have never felt more pain-free since regular adjustments and weekly care by the indomitable Doctor Warner. He not only is the epitome of professionalism, but also can inspire laughter infused with peace and well being. Thank you to all the team at Colorado Health and Wellness.

Had a great visit yesterday with Dr. John Warner. He understood my problem and fixed it right away. I already felt much better as I was walking out of the office door! Not only because I just found an excellent chiropractor, but because he helped me with a nagging issue that I came in with. Finding out they also would be able to help me with my knees was such a plus!

Dr. Gail is awesome. She has improved my quality of life greatly. As a gymnast and college athlete, I sustained a lot of composite injuries and I just assumed back pain was a normal way of life. As it turns out, it doesn't have to be! Everybody in the office was great about treating me through my pregnancy too. Dr. Gail is a doctor for our whole family, treating my husband and my 3-year old son as well. Please never retire, Dr. Gail!

Hi Gail, You were so kind to see me when I didn't have an appointment until two days later. Saved me an extra trip coming down. You also lowered my payments when Medicare did a number on us Seniors. Now I can continue to come in. Your office staff is also very patient with me for which I am appreciative.
