The reminders for appointments is very good. The personal service and greetings are warm and professional and beyond. This is a pain free clinic with friendly staff who ALL call you by your name. If going to a dentist can be called a pleasure this is the place. Try them!

We have been seeing Dr. Osborne for over 40 years and after we moved to Moore County we continue to drive to Lumberton for our dental appointments. Dr. Osborne is very thorough in his examinations, has the latest dental knowledge, and his dental equipment is always up-to-date. His support staff is excellent too.

My visit to Dr Osborne was more than I expected. I expected to have pain with my surgical procedure. There was NONE. I expected to have some bleeding, There was very little. The staff was concerned and kind. All staff were Outstanding. I shared with Dr. Osborne during my surgical prep that I had been praying about the procedure. He stated that he had also. What more could your ask for!!

great 'as always.' Walked in and was greeted by Glenda's smile. Check-is always fast. Even as I was at check-in Lannie the hygiene tech came to greet me and provide escort to the procedure room. The cleaning was gentle and performed with friendly professionalism. Rebecca, a new Assistant introduced herself to me before I left the room - has a wonderful smile. Appointments were set up by Lannie before I left the room. Dr. Osborn always does a final check and makes recommendations. I much appreciate his interdictions as I celebrate 70 this month with all my natural teeth. As I was leaving, Kelly and Glenda made sure to give me a warm smile as a send off. What a wonderful experience overall. Recommend these great folks without recommendation!

As a patient of Dr. Osborne for over 18 years I can unequivocally state that every experience with them has been great - yes great! The hygienist leave my mouth feeling as if it has just had a great message. My insurance covers two visits per year and they are soo good that I added two more visits covered by me (that way my teeth are cleaned every three months). Dr. Osborne and wife Glenda are able to make on feel welcome and comfortable. Melissa, Kelly and Julia take time to learn about you health and family; they have always been warm and friendly. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for family dental care. Even my 87 y/o mother-in-law enjoys going to see them. Thanks.

my visits are always great i show up with a problem and i leave with the problem solved before i went to dr osdorne i went to another dentist and he pull all my teeth and fixed me a set of teeth and charged me 5 thousand dollars the teeth where not white and they didnt fit tried to work it out with the dentist ended up having to throw those teeth in the trash couldnt eat with them so one morning about 2 a.m. i saw dr osborne's online ad i was crying over my teeth so i emaiied mrs osborne and ask her did i have to live like this she called me the next day and made me an apointment dr osborne made the most beauitful most whitest set of teeth i needed impants in the bottom teeth and that was the best thing in the world my teeth fit perfect and i got fat because i could eat with my new teeth i love my implants they hold my teeth in just like they are real wanted some implants on top but the other dentist took out to much bone but thats okay because my new teeth fit perfect and i smile real big just to show them off thank you to all the people at dr osbornes office they treat you like family

A no pain office professionally managed, from Glenda's greetings, Christy's conversation, Julia's able assistance and Jelly's care, all are awesome. Dr. Osborne is a high energy provider who appears to take pride in his individual approach to each patient providing his skills in a collaborative, consultive manner. I am originally from Charlotte or Mecklenberg County so I had not established a dentist in the Robeson County area. Naturally, I am insecure of my teeth, and Dr. Osborne assured me that he work with me to get my dental health back on track and that my teeth were not bad at all. Additionally, all of his staff were friendly and welcoming. My next appointment is on the 18th of November, and I look forward to going back.

The surface of the new filling matched my lower teeth that I hadn't thought about the new filling until I received this survey. Plus, the staff treats me with respect and friendliness, as if we're longtime friends.

During my numerous visits at this office I have felt to be more like family instead of a patient. Some tell me how odd it is to enjoy a dental experience but eveyone from the receptionist to the dentist himself makes it a relaxing and enjoyable event! Definitely ranked #1 in my book!
