This was my first time at this office and I must say, I had an amazing experience. The Doctor is extremely personable and so is the staff. My significant other also attended my visit and he told me he also felt very comfortable and welcomed. I will definitely be making this my primary GYN!!

The Columbus Circle and Madison Avenue locations, office hours, as well as appointment availability are very convenient. Dr. Felix Cohen demonstrates a true passion for providing an individualized world class experience for his patients. Test results are promptly available on an online patient portal, thereby providing further efficiency and convenience for busy New Yorkers. With Dr. Felix Cohen, there is really no reason to skip routine screenings. Wait time is reasonable, considering this is a very popular New York City medical practice.

Dr. Adjoa is my favorite! She makes every experience a pleasure, and even helped me through physical trauma by performing my first ever, comfortable pap smear. I’m very grateful for her kindness, information, and patience. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same in my experience for every member in the Queens office. If you desire a warm, sensible nurse for your first pregnancy checkup, please request one. Otherwise, you may end up with the short, abrupt, and cold attention I did. It’s a personal experience, and a sonogram shouldn’t be performed by a nurse lacking. I can’t remember the nurse’s name, but every other experience in the Queens office has been pleasant.

I like Cohen Medical because they are great with follow-up and with reminders. Their office is clean and staff is pleasant. When I had my surgery, they were terrific at making me feel confident that all would be well. Originally I thought I would have pain and was greatly relieved I felt fine. Dr. Cohen and his staff sent me text and called to make sure all was going well which I appreciated. I also like the emails on GYN issues, helpful tips on feminine care and what procedures they offer, for those patients who may be interested.

I have been receiving treatment for a large fibroid by Dr. Kim. Both pre- and post- surgery experiences with Dr. Kim have been wonderful. I understood my condition well and what surgery + recovery would look like. She has been very responsive to my questions and concerns throughout the whole process. I have been to 2 of Cohen's offices and both were timely and clean.

I’m very pleased with Cohen Medical Practice. I usually see Dr Cohen but due to a change on my schedule I moved to another location and have been seen by the NP Chan. Recently I had an emergency while on vacation and I was able to contact the office and receive a tele health call regarding my issue in a matter of minutes. Had my medication sent to my nearest pharmacy and was able to enjoy the rest of my vacation.

I love Dr. Cohen. He has been through a journey with me. Front desk should have some improvement. I asked about wifi and they said there was none but once I sat down, I saw a little sign for the wifi password. All 6 of them looked at me confidently that there was no wifi.

Dr. Buknor is WONDERFUL! She is kind, thoughtful, and explains everything in a way that is easy to understand. It truly feels like she not only cares about the work but truly cares about the patient's comfort and well-being. I've recommended her to many and I know of someone who is switching insurance just to be able to have her as a doctor. Wonderful experience overall. I go to the Queens location and the wait time is much shorter than other offices I've been to (usually just 10-15 min). It's a smaller office but they have all the equipment necessary for all sorts of processes and procedures. Cannot recommend it enough!

Terrible customer service from receptionists. They were all on their cell phones or having personal conversations while I waited to check in. One actually waived her hand dismissively at me and returned to her cell phone so another could explain to me why they needed my credit card information before I could even give my insurance card. Office was dingy and run-down. Doctor was fine but not worth returning for. Really horrible service otherwise

I came to the Cohen clinic for my annual women's health exam. I'd made an appointment on Zocdoc with a doctor who turned out not to work at the Columbus Avenue clinic, so I was treated by NP Angie Chan instead. I'm so glad this happened because Angie was terrific. She saw me promptly and put me at ease right away. She was warm, thoughtful, and professional throughout the exam. I highly recommend her and plan to keep her as my women's health provider.

It was my first visit and Dr. Bucknor was wonderful. She was compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgemental regarding my situation. She helped me find the proper care I needed and followed up just as she said she would. The staff I encountered at the Madison Avenue location were all very nice, especially the PA and ultrasound technician. I will definitely return to see Dr. Bucknor for future routine care.

I feel like the care and concern from this practice comes from a real place. When I left the exam room to quickly use the bathroom, Dr. Cohen noticed and asked if everything was alright. It felt like a genuine question. Angie Chan (F-NP) is always on top of my history and I feel heard- I really appreciate her care.

I had a great experience with Dr Kim and the whole office/staff. It was nice and clean, I even told my husband how pretty that little corner was when I got home lol. She was kind and patient and didn’t rush me out like another Dr of mine. She explained everything to the point I had no other questions and I didn’t feel like a number, but a human again. My current healthcare facility is a corporation and only cares about numbers so this was a refreshing change. I was so nervous and didn’t know what to expect but I was so delightfully surprised. Thank you for putting care back into healthcare for this patient.

I wasn't very happy with the way my biopsy scheduling was handled, along with waiting for the results and disorganized info that was given afterwards. I was also frustrated to have your office attempt to charge me $150 simply to come in a collect referral paperwork for a 6 month follow up mammogram. Luckily someone caught the mistake, but they then said I had a credit from a previous appointment (which wasn't explained to me at all) and then I was required to fill out my paper work again, even though I had just come to your office 6 months earlier for my annual exam (and had the same insurance). I'd like for someone to follow up and explain if there is any additional credit due to me as I don't plan to come back for my yearly exam this Fall.

I gave this practice a 10 because Dr. Bucknor deserves that. She’s everything that I want in a GYN. She’s my 4th GYN and I finally feel heard, seen and hopeful with her. For her I’ll continue going back to this practice. As for the front staff, all of the girls were cold. They seemed as if they didn’t want to be bothered. The girl who drew my labs was the coldest. She seemed miserable being there. Didn’t even crack a smile, no hello or anything, very dry. She had straight hair, wore it loose and was on the shorter side. Now there was a taller girl who wore her curly hair in a bun, she said was the nicest. Anyways, I’m thrilled to have found this provider and will continue going to this practice as long as she’s there!!

Yes…VERY likely. LUCKILY-for those who are with you. Supporting my rating? Oh, too easy-having number 10 as a “ceiling” rate, otherwise I’d go higher than that. Dr. Felix Cohen is a Character-quietly talented professional who doesn’t verbally advertise his skills, professionalism-his organically heartfelt and it says that all. He makes people to be welcomed back to life. I’m saying for myself-I wasn’t in a good place when he resumed my visit but I was coming back from the clinic a different person. I felt safe and…lucky to have Cohen medical care always there for me. Attitude, determination and compassionate care about each member. The nurse practitioner I saw was amazing. She was very kind and thorough. I would give her 10 stars. The negative is that the ultrasound technician inserted and removed the probe aggressively. She shoved it in and pulled it out without a care of how it feels to the patient. I left feeling upset and angry that my body was handled in such a way.

I had such high hopes for my first appointment with Dr. Kim after reading her bio and reviews and she did NOT disappoint!! She was thorough, clear and really listened. She gave me options and was more interested in ruling out any serious issues than a quick diagnosis. That was important to me. Her team was wonderful as well (especially the sonogram tech). I am making an appointment for my sister this week! It is difficult to find a really good GYN and at a certain age, consistency is very important. I am truly hoping to call Dr. Kim "my doctor" for the long term.

I actually have recommended Dr. Erb to friends who’d love to see her, but I was told she wasn’t accepting new clients. I just love her ease, professionalism, knowledge, and concern for any questions I have. She’s efficient, but I never feel rushed. And the office is always on schedule, so no waiting around for hours as I have done at other doctor offices. Five stars deserved!

Dr. Cohen cared about my concerns, listened to everything I had to say, came up with a plan of action, and concisely explained it to me. Sadly, it’s rare that I feel doctors in NYC care about my concerns when I speak with them - they brush off my concerns pretty consistently. I’m delighted to have found a doctor that makes me feel cared for. The whole staff from the nurses to front desk were friendly and helpful too.

Everyone is very friendly, however when I went to make my appointment the woman I was on the phone with informed me that Dr.Erb was no longer with the Patrice. I do know I made my appointment at your Queens location and she might not practice their. Though, I did want to see her again. Other than that, the NP I saw was beyond amazing as-well as the medical asst., that was in the room, was beyond friendly.

I had a terrible experience with another gynecologist and then was diagnosed with a multitude of medical conditions starting with vaginismus. My vagina was red and swollen and it took me a year of medication and physical therapy to be cured. I was eventually cleared for a Pap smear but was so nervous , your office made it not only bearable but a big moment in my life. The Pap smear was pain free everything was explained to me before hand. I felt heard and empowered. Now I won’t hesitate to make gyno appts in the future.

Overall, a positive and affirming experience. Had not been to a OBGYN in some time and was very nervous. I like this place. My Dr is Linda Aranbayeva. She is professional, very attentive and super polite. Also she speaks in Russian. The clinic has clean cabinets, good ultrasound machine and nice atmosphere. I recommend this place.

Office cannot diagnosis a simple UTI for 7-10 business days as they wait for lab results! Yet willing to prescribe prescriptions. The course of tax would be over by time the diagnosis is confirmed!!! Not to mention the 7-10 day wait time for a potential STD diagnosis.

The doctor that took care of me was really nice, there was one nurse that just did not make me feel comfortable, especially when taking my blood. Which also hurt more than usual, which made sene due to the fact a had a nice size bruise where she stuck me. I felt like either she was rushing or something. Overall, I do enjoy coming to that gynecologist because they are caring and it feels like a safe space apart from that that nurse.

Cohen medical practice is the best. There was a small hicup because the nurse who is 21 years old couldnt take out my blood once the needle was in the vein blood was coming out very slowly. Im not good with needles but shes young. So another nurse tried and she is a blessing from God. It was smooth and easy and she made me feel comfortable. I will go back to this place. Also I got my blood results the next day. Very impressive.

I normally have an amazing experiences but this time was not one of them. My intake nurse was curt and short with me during the process. I was also left in the medical room for over 45 minutes. I normally wouldn’t have minded the wait if my med room wasn’t the hub for supplies and had a stream of people in at out. In a time of isolation it made me so nervous. My new nurse practitioner was pleasant but her job was interrupted by people coming into the room while my legs were open. Seemed odd that one would need supplies during my examination. Overall I left a little disheartened. I have only ever had pleasant experiences and I know this was just an off day.

great place, i was running late due to the train and ladies at the office still accommodated me. I knew it would be a long wait time considering I was late, but it was quick and easy! friendly staff and great doctors ! thank you again!

I was very upset during my last visit with Dr. Erb I felt rushed because when I ask questions about my MRI and my options She gave me a sticky to a OB that does not except my insuranceI asked her do she know if they would takes My insurance she said she wouldn’t know about that now I don’t know what to do I guess I am on my own with finding someone that can help me with all the bleeding I am experiencing maybe I should have Just went back to see Dr. Cohen instead he’s very good at explaining things and I never leave his office concerned or confused but my last visit with Dr. Erb left me feeling very discouraged.

Dr. Cohen and his staff were very professional, thorough and kind. The office is very clean and organized, and they made me feel welcomed. I am so glad I chose him to be my GYN. Highly recommend!

The lead provider that saw me was very kind, and performed the exam quickly and efficiently. The first nurse that I saw was rude and curt, the woman I checked out with didn’t even look up at me while checking me out, and the woman I spoke on the phone with prior to my appointment hung up on me and then was rude when I called back and asked a question about birth control. The nurses definitely need to work on their bedside manner. I’m debating not going back.

I am a new patient at this location. They made me feel very comfortable. When communicating my needs and history it felt like a natural conversation. From check in to checkout I was in there for a total of about 35 min. It does not take up your entire day. I highly recommend them.
