The environment in this establishment was nothing short of amazing. The wait time to be seen for my eye exam was low and the staff was more than helpful. It's so so, since they made the process very complicated. Instead of retrieving the prescription from the data base. They required me to go through the whole process again. And they do not have contact lens in stock, so they have to order it. Unlike Costco who has most of the contacts ready to be picked up. I see there is a sign for the contact lens fee, but they never disclose the contact fee even when I asked them in the beginning. I only come back because I had been coming back for years. I will change if I find a better store near my new house.

Highly recommended! Great service and large selection of designer brand name frames and contacts. Long time customer since Dr Cheung opened back in what was mostly dairy farm land now called Eastvale. Nice LARGE new modern office with latest state of the art optical equipment. Dr. Susan Cheung is friendly, very thorough and diligent when making sure my vision needs are met. My eyeglass exam was smooth and thorough. My contact lens exam was just as smooth. She enlightened me on mono vision and bifocal contact lenses (which my previous OD never mentioned). The contact lens I ended up with was perfect for my needs and vision. Her staff is just as thorough and diligent. Nayaeli was our first contact at the office and she was able to bring up my VSP plan and explain what the benefits. I came in recently and she was able to finalize my contact lens prescription and fix one of my broken eyeglasses. Nayaeli is the kind of staff that will make coming there easier and enjoyable.

New office in same Ralphs plaza is so big and beautiful with modern design and large flat screen TVs everywhere for entertainment and educational videos. Friendly staff, clean, and maintains a good selection of frames. It can be a little difficult to get appointments within a 2 week window (that may be due to COVID) but if you have an appoint you’re seen on time... sometimes earlier if you arrive 10-15 minutes ahead of time.

Jack makes choosing glasses so easy! That’s the most difficult part of the entire appt and she is so great. Her customer service skills are excellent!! The Staff is Very professional. Dr. Cheung is not only very patient but thorough. I told my wife that Dr. Cheung was better than the ophthalmologist that I saw a couple of months back. The staff is very friendly, overall a great first experience! My husband has been coming here for years. I have been wearing glasses for 20 years, and I have a high prescription. You need a new office or some organization/remodel there are cases full of glasses, yet you give me 30 frames to choose from. Boxes are stored all over no one can find the right frames. There’s 6 employees only one helps you. It’s dirty. Two crammed chairs in the corner. I’m hoping the last visit will be my last. I won’t even mention the bad attitude of the employees

And then you meet Dr. Cheung and realize the atmosphere is due to her friendly and down to earth personality. This is the second time I’ve been to this optometry in the last 4 years living here and the service is/was great. This time, I wore my glasses to the appointment and came in for new frames but since I am near sighted, I trusted two of their employees to help me what fits my face since I couldn’t see for myself and we had laughs in between. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and it didn’t feel like I was somewhere that’s just used to having patients and has side conversations in front of their customers because they’re used to getting them in and out. I definitely felt welcomed and taken care of.

There was a lady with a blue shirt who gave amazing customer service. She was so professional and sweet. She made sure everything was cleaned before letting me use the equipment. Then the DR was sweet as well. She was patient and was easily able to find what prescription I needed. So much better than the other optometry that I've been going to. I definitely will be back and will be recommending this place to everyone.
