I needed an emergency visit after seeing the oral surgeon and having two teeth removed. I was given an appointment quickly. It was discovered after my exam that I had an infection. I was given antibiotics and an oral rinse which is helping alleviate the discomfort.

The in house Dentist is very good and through. All Staff from front desk to Dental Hygienists are friendly and efficient. CHI does it’s best to serve the needs of our small diverse community 5 Stars.

I hope I was not charged at all , because the dentist didn’t even look at what I’m trying to complain then just issue a pills ! And the service took so long for me to wait! That’s why it got swollen! The deal is immediate denture which I need very badly because I can’t even eat ! I’ve been waiting for 3 months now ! I NEED HELP TO FINISH THIS AGONY!

The dentist that placed the numbing qtip didn't allow it to set for 10 min and when given the numbing shot It hurt.

This was a good visit. Hygienist was very professional and thorough. However the waiting area could use a more organized approach. Have people check in using a kiosk to determine where people should be going and who is next in line.

The staff were courteous and professional. I called, Christmas Eve, to see if I could be seen for a toothache, I was told to come in and I would be seen as a walk in. I was in and out probably in a little over an hour including new patient check in, exrays, seen by Dr, and pharmacy.

On 11/04 I had a 1st impression. I kept checking bu was told that the impression had not come in. On 12/12 I checked and was told my impression had come. When I saw the dentist she took another 1st impression! I was told that they needed a 2nd "1st" impression.I gather that the original impression had gotten lost. I was never told. If I hadn't stopped by almost 2 months later, I might still be waiting.

For someone like myself to be a Native if Marathon and to come to a building that once (as a child in Marathon to have the pleasure to be seen by Doctor's) use to be my child hood physician office bldg) Dr. Sewell was one of the finest Doctor's marathon use to have. I was astounded when I was seen. I can say I was very impressed with your office. Thanks so much and the Sliding fee scale is also awesome. Thank you all over there at CHI,job very well done. Staff is friendly.

The Staff at CHI Marathon are very friendly and welcoming. They make you comfortable. Jorge was awesome when he was doing my intake information. There were two ladies at the front that were exceptional as well. The dentist and her assistant were also extremely excellent. The overall experience put me at ease with finding a new dentist. The feel of the offices and reception. Area were also very inviting and comfortable

I went for a dental cleaning and inspection and was very satisfied. The dentist got held up in traffic so I had to wait quite a while but having driven from Key West I know that happens.

I am still questioning the extent of my "periodontal cleaning." In my experiences at other dentists, they did both the manual scaling AND the ultrasonic cleaning of all teeth to get at deep pockets.This time ultrasonic tool was used only the lower central area. Plus the cleaning took only about 25 minutes, and my past cleanings have taken 50 minutes plus. I discussed this when there, but am still uncertain I got a thorough cleaning.

The new office is great but staffing is needed. They will only book one appt. at a time which means it could take a year to get your dental work done.

Great dentist good bed side manner planned cost n time saving procedures for me!! I had a bad fall a couple of months bk n was having severe arm pain, she started the cleaning w the probe/pick couldn’t tolerate, tried the water puck cleaner couldn’t tolerate!! We decided to let me go home rest n meds n reschedule cleaning n fillings n a few wks when I’ll be better hopefully or better medicated Et Al!!
