Friendly staff very helpful. Ms. Salomon Matide was so helpful. I really appreciate her. Only thing I would recommend from my observation as a nurse myself is better communication skills between the staffs. Other than that really nice and respectful.

Since Dr Robin Lopez (she was there for years and new her patients) left, there has been 3 doctors in time of 6-8months, I've had 6 online and in-person appt to get referrals and make sure my meds are in the pharmacy. I have not received referrals after requesting them at every appointment. The last time I went I requested that I have enough refills for important meds (for high blood pressure, pain and reflux) at the pharmacy, and instead I found out they cancelled my blood pressure and reflux meds. My pain meds were reduced with no explanation. Now we have to go again, and wait for almost a month if I want an in-person appointment. I can't wait to find another place.

I will not be returning to this office. My first visit took nearly 4 hours. The staff forgot about me in the check up room. I walked around the entire office. Not a soul in sight. They were all in the break room having a staff meeting. They thought all their patients had gone. Then they scheduled a telehealth appointment for lab work results. The appointment was fine, but with a different doctor from a different facility. She was actually very pleasant and informative. Then two weeks later, I get an alert that I have another appointment - i did not schedule this appointment - at Everglades. I drive over to the office only to be told that this appointment I didnt schedule was a telehealth appointment (not mentioned anywhere in the notification I received). So I drive home. I receive a call from the nurse to check me in, and she says, "the doctor will call you now." I wait over an hour. No call. I step away from my phone for ten minutes. Thats when the doctor calls. No voice message. No call back. And now I get this email asking me to review my visit. A visit that never took place (but was most likely billed for).

I had wait 2 hours just to get my lab work done. They are very slow, the only reason I chose this place was because of Dr. Robin Lopez and now that she is no longer there I’m looking for a new doctor! Dr. Lopez was the only one that would explain what is going on with you in detail so that I could understand. She really cared about her patients, which is more than I can say for they rest of the staff!

My appointment was for 10:45 I didn't get to see the doctor until 1155. Dr Robin Lopez was great. Once the doctor came in things went really fast.

The initial phone call went well. But when the doctor text me the link to connect I never connected with the doctor. Therefore I never spoke with her. I text if she could just call me and not do the audio/visual as I was unable to do it on my phone. I have left several questions unanswered.

I checked in for the telehealth appointment and waited more than hour for the interview but the "doctor" never came on line. What a sham operation! I STILL NEED TO GET TESTED!!!

I like the Everglades office, first and most of all, because of the Doctor on staff . The front desk does a great job, which helps the people alot, it helps alot when there is a good team running the front desk. And ofcourse all the nurses are very professional. And who ever is the one cleaning that facility is doing a very good job, always nice and clean,including the bathrooms. Good staff all around.

If financial information. Proof of address and or any other type of personal information is needed to update your records should be asked for prior to you arriving for your appointment. Don't like showing up to the clinic and ask for this information after the fact. It's not as if one walks around with all this information . Plus you don't have an option to send any of this information to an email address

I absolutely loved CHI. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I felt that they do care for people who are sick and have problems. I was refered by a friend of mine to go there, because my previous doctor, i felt like she did not care, she never gave me pain meds, she never refered me to a specialist. She didnt take time to sit with me and talk, and the pain i was going through was horrible, depressing and made me not want to live. Doctor Robin Lopez is the best doctor i have ever talked to, she took all kinds of test and she talked to me, took her time and dedication and i feel like i am in the right place now. i love CHI!!!

The wait time was ridiculous. My appointment was at 3:30pm, got there 30mins early and got seen at 6:20pm!! And not to mention setting appointment. It takes 2 weeks!

At other locations there is a area off to the side 4 the receptionist to taking your financial information. At this Center there is no such area so you're expected to have a personal conversation on personal financial matters in front of people that you don't know. On top of that I myself do not get a pay stub. I asked if I can email my check stub since it's all electronic doI was told that they do do not have that kind of setup. To make matters worse my classification cosme to pay $56 for a doctor visit which I've never paid that amount. I make $12 an hour on a 40 hour work week. That amount that I paid for my visit seems very extreme. I need somebody from billing to contact me to clarify this situation.

As I walked in was well attended with a positive attitude. The wait was about 8-12 mins. but seeing Doctor Robin Lopez.. she treated me well and took her time to listen and answered my questions. Glad I came in for a doctor visit and found a doctor who cares for her patients.
