Took my son in as a walk in and got seen in a good amount of time. The doctor explained in simple terms what is going on with my sons eyes, and the glasses come in between 1 to 2 weeks which is a good timeframe at no cost.

The extraordinary medical care is the main reason for me choosing CHI, with Dr Elizabeth Phillipi as my primary care physician. The Physicians in training like Dr. Lee, listen. I have the means to go anywhere for care. And my choice is to remain with Dr. Elizabeth Phillipi and her group in training.

I would have given a much lower evaluation had the requirement for a lab appointment not been removed. The fact that everyone was being greatly inconvenienced because of the actions of a few and CHI not taking responsibility to address them on an individual basis.
