I'm fairly sure I get asked to do the survey because the staff likes reading the positive reviews, but they do earn it. The comfort and ease around going into the office is atypical of a dental visit. I think people compare painful experiences to being like pulling teeth because the dentist is not a place people love to go, but I find the staff and the doctors fantastic. The office staff is friendly to the point of feeling like actual old friends, the dentists are thorough and welcoming and (importantly) gentle and their assistants engage in dialogue and make you feel like your time there is important to them. Truly an office I am happy to visit and one I've been recommending since I started going.

Best dentist/ orthodontist around. I have been going to this office for years, even through a move, and they really can’t be beat. Everyone is so friendly. There is never a wait time and the office is very clean. My appointments are gentle and the doctors are very patient. They are accommodating with scheduling/ billing. Dr. Desai, Carol, Amy, Tiffany, Heather, Maggie, and crew are all incredible.

The staff is fantastic and wonderfully friendly. Also, hugely important for someone who spends all his days on business meetings, they are text-friendly too! Importantly, Dr. Desai handled an extraction and loads of drilling so gently and with plenty of explanation along the way that a major situation felt like little more than a cleaning. Also, when I was unsure of something a few days later, a quick text is all it took to get clarity and my anxiety (over nothing, it turns out) was handled with immediate care. Also, having just worked with Dr. Shah on a crown buildup, I was so at ease that I was falling asleep in the chair. I think that's significant. Across the board, I am immensely satisfied with my recent change to come to CNJP.

Dr Desai is excellent. I had an implant fail at another dentist in East Brunswick when I went to Dr Desai. I was scared and worried but Dr Desai has a confidence that matches his empathy and excellence. I have a successful implant now thanks to him. I have always struggled tremendously with intense anxiety from simply sitting in a dental chair. I met with Dr. Desai on 12/16/22 needing major dental work including surgery. I first sat down and the anxiety began immediately. Dr.’s assistants were truly wonderful. Still anxiety was ramping up. I was near the point where I felt so very nauseous . Then the dr entered and to my surprise, he was incredibly calming. I felt my anxiety decreasing. Again, for me it was a new experience for me. He spoke with ease, he was full of explanations. At one point I felt my anxiety just vanish. I am hoping that from this point forward, my dental visits will be much more tolerable. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr DeSai and his staff. As soon as I walk in the door I feel like I am visiting old friends and their level of professionalism is outstanding. The warmth and friendliness is something you do not get everywhere. Dr DeSai is the most thorough dental professional I have been to. He explains every detail of the process and asks questions to be sure I understand and am comfortable with my dental treatment. I cannot even say how many times he has gone above and beyond. He and his staff take a personal interest and I never feel that I am just another patient. You will never have to wonder if you made the right decision in choosing this team.

CNJP in East Brunswick is tops on my list for dental care. Dr. Desai is excellent and very knowledgeable in his trade and supported by a highly trained and professional staff. When I needed work done during the Covid 19 outbreak, even though I was a new patient, I was scheduled to be seen the next day. I've been going to CNJP ever since then and have referred family and friends to Dr. Desai's practice.

I broke a crown during the Covid 19 lock down, and was seen by Dr. Dasai the next day. He was the only dentist who was available on an emergency basis. Dr. Desai is so kind and gentle and informative!! He is wonderful and he did a filling for me in 5 minutes with no Novocaine! He also was so gentle and kind and efficient for my mother doing her dentures last year before she passed away. The doctor and his staff seemed very professional. They had the latest equipment. However, I thought the cost for my 1st visit which included an initial exam 4 x-rays and cleaning was very expensive. I'm a senior on a fixed income. Also, he said I had 2 older silver filings need to be removed and replaced with the new white porcelain type. Why remove those when I have to cavities and they are not a problem to date. Plus, the cost to do each tooth was very expensive. Will have to get a second opinion on that before I have that work done.

I Love Dr. Desai and his entire team. Carol, Tiffany and Heather...all are super friendly and polite. They all make it a very warm and welcoming enviroment. They are all outstanding! I am very glad that I met Dr. Desai. Thank You guys!!!

Dr. Desai was wonderful. He was very supportive and explained the procedure thoroughly. Dr. Desai was very accommodating in getting a device made quickly. Tiffany was also wonderful and comforting during a difficult time.

Dr Desai is an excellent dentist. He is understanding and concerned about a dental problem, very caring, and always explains every dental procedure. The staff is very pleasant, friendly, and helpful. The office environment is comfortable, clean and welcoming. Phyllis Ann is the dental hygienist I see 3 times a year who is also very caring, friendly and understanding. Wonderful, friendly, caring office.
