From the front desk (Thank you Lisa) to the actual appointment, everyone is so welcoming and professional. Dr, Desai listens to his patients’ concerns and takes the time to explain everything. The Dental Hygienist, Nancy, is the best there is.

Dr. Nainesh Desai is amazing! He's a patient, caring individual who knows his craft better than any dentist I've ever entrusted my care to. I started going to him at the recommendation of my wife - who had been very complimentary of the quality of the work he does and how at-ease he made her feel. He and his staff are a pleasure to work with and the make the visit to the dentist a warm, enjoyable experience.

Erika is phenomenal. I didn't come with my insurance ready, so she worked hard to find out my policy. I know how busy her type.of work can be, and I appreciate her professionalism. Nancy is a great hygienist, who goes to great lengths to ensure my teeth are in great shape. It is clear she really cares for us patients. 11/10. Dr Yogesh is very friendly and caring. I appreciate his patience and desire to help. This place is awesome, I could honestly write an essay about how going to this place is top notch.

I had a concern with my last visit. The dentist that came in for the review after the dental hygienist was complete (he was very nice) reviewed my x-rays and determined I required two crowns because at least 50% of one tooth had decay. She made this determination based on comparing prior x-rays to the current ones. I realize that is a reliable way to diagnose but she didn't look at the specific tooth. Normally the dentist will exam my teeth, review the x-ray than make a determination.

I had the best experience as a new patient here. From the front desk worker, Lisa to my dental hygienist, Gabriela to Dr. Shah, everyone was so warm and attentive. I am very grateful they squeezed me in sooner than my original appointment due to my tooth chipping. Gabriela was wonderful. She was so informative and very thorough with my cleaning. I had never had my teeth scanned before and it was so cool to see the images. My filling came out beautifully thanks to Dr. Shah and it was not painful like my last experience. I have my smile back again and couldn’t be more happier. I am already looking forward to all my future visits. You will not regret giving them a try if you need a new dentist!!

I've had a lot of bad experiences with dentists over the years. At Central Jersey Dental Arts such incidents have become a thing of the past. My oral health is now quite good, and I no longer dread sitting in that chair. I also like Dr Desai and his staff, great people. If you need dentistry this is the place to be.

I have been coming to this Dental office for over 45 years and that includes when I used to go to Dr. Lorch's house. This is a good practice. Dr. Lorch has retired, but the other dentists are young and top notch. I highly recommend them to everyone. Nancy is the best Hygienist you could ask for. This was my first visit to your office. Everyone at this office is extremly caring, friendly, and helpful. The front desk staff are very attentive and patient with questions. Gabby is the best!!! I never had a better dental hygienist in my life. She is extremely positive and made this a very fun experience. She is super funny. I appreciate her knowledge, as well. I don't ever recall having a dental hygienist as informative, proffesional, and compassionate as Gabby. She is a rockstar, for real. Dr. Desai did an excellent job explaining to me my options regarding my teeh and fillings. I am so blessed to have come here. This visit was extremely fun, educating, and encouraging. I honestly can't wait to come back for my next visit. I may be inclined to eat candy, just to get some cavities, and have a valid excuse for my visits (I am kidding) Thank you to everyone making this happen. You guys promote a great culture for your employees and patients, alike. I feel very safe and at ease here. This is easily my most fondest memory of visiting any medical office.

I’ve been with Dr Desai over a decade. He’s amazing in diagnosis, consultation and treatment. Recently I had a chance to meet Dr Shah. I had the most ever thorough dental exam from him. I’m pleased with this dental practice for their courteous staff, ambience, hygiene and most importantly the best hygienist - Ms Gabby - I’ve had. Keep up the great work. One thing that they could look into is the software system that generates billing statements. They are accurate but hard to interpret until one speaks with the billing specialist.

I hesitated to go in for a check up due to Covid but from the moment I arrived, I felt safe. I really appreciated the dentist and Nancy the hygienist. During the exam they did everything to make me feel comfortable. I trusted the evaluation that was given. The only problem I encountered was with the finances. I felt that there was pressure that made me uncomfortable. I am sure it was not purposeful and maybe it was my perception because the cost was higher than I was hoping for.

I would highly recommend both Dr. Desai and Dr. Shah. I was in so much pain this weekend Dr Desai called me back immediately and although was booked he certainly made time for me. I am a big baby and do not like going to the dentist. Frankie was in for his cleaning and I (his mother) called the desk earlier in the day to make sure that he would receive the gas. I spoke with "Q" who said she would make sure. He did not get the gas until half way through the cleaning. He was upset and being only 15 he didn't ask for himself. He is now refusing to come back and get his cavities taken care of.

I have known Dr. Lorch since I first was a patient as a child which is quite a few years ago. He is still as passionate about his profession as you will find in a rookie but the confidence in experience of having seen it all through his years in practice. He has done excellent work for me and my family through the years. He is the kind of Doctor who will even call you later to see how you are. You don't find that too often today.

I like the glasses to protect my eyes and the lip protection as well. I do not like the tv but I would not mind it if you had no sound but had the closed caption on for those who like tv. I read. I like the softer music in the procedure room.

Doctors, dental hygeniests, office staff and care excellent. Office Billing needs improvement - I worked with two individuals. I was charges twice for the same procedure by mistake that was corrected when I pointed it out. I want make sure my billing is correct at all times and I want to have that level of trust. Dental codes / billing and insurance is complicated, so it is helpful is the office staff is knowledgeably, communicates clearly and provides good customer support. Thank you.

After putting off a dental implant for many years due to the bad experiences of friends and co-workers, I decided to finally get it done. One of the major reasons was the very positive experiences I had with Dr. Desai in the past. It was also a plus that I could have the procedure done in my regular dentist's office by someone I already trusted. Less than 24 hours later, I can say I would HIGHLY recommend Dr. Desai to others. He is highly skilled in his field and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process.

Dr. Desai and his assistants are AWESOME!!! After my visit i felt better about proceeding with my invisalign Tx. Everyone in the office was very helpful and accommodating. Been going here since I was a little kid and I wouldnt want to go anywhere else! Never had a problem and never had to wait more than 10 minutes! The dentist and all his hygienists are very gentle and make you feel as comfortable as possible. I also had 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and several cavities filled and Dr. Lorch made sure I didn't feel a thing and asked several times if I was Okay during each procedure and called me later that night to see how I was doing. Overall this place is amazing from the staff all the way down to the Dentist and hygienists, all very friendly and respectful!
