The Optical Assistant Fadhil was wonderful. He highlighted the benefits I have with my insurance which allowed me to select the product I wanted confidently. he was patient, explained things well and made the experience pleasurable. Typically the glasses selection process is quite pressurized but that was absolutely not the experience I had with Fadhil. He explained all the options and allowed me to determine the best solution for my needs. Five Stars to Fadhil and the Team

Wait time and appointment to be seen took way longer than needed. Had a 9:20a appointment, wasn't seen until after 10a, and didn't finish until 11:30a. Was made to wait numerous times where people that came after me was pushed ahead of me, for example, when getting my frames at the end, two people jumped ahead of me while I was waiting. Not cool at all.

The associate that does the measurements of your pupils was not in when my appointment took place and the office manager miss quoted me the price. Later that day I received a very aggressive phone call telling me that I owed an additional $200 when I had already paid $211. This is so unprofessional and very miss leading. I probably won’t ever visit again! This was a very bad experience!

(Ian’s mom here) Ian was very uncomfortable with the thought of certain eye tests that other practices have done to him. He was worried that this practice would have to do them and didn’t want to go. When he found out that they had ways to do these tests that were much less invasive he was thrilled! He was so happy and made it clear that he only wanted to come here from now on. Absolutely wonderful Eye Doctor's office! The office is opening & airy with many selections of glasses to choose from. The staff are very welcoming, friendly, & helpful. Dr. Grand is fantastic! She not only is very personable, but keeps up-to-date on all the new techniques & technologies. I feel like I'm ahead of most doctors office when I visit her & know I will be well taken care of.

Elvis, the optician, was rude and lazy. He tried to tell me my lenses alone would be over $100. When I questioned him, he told me that included a bunch of coatings I didn't ask for and then said it would still be the same price even without the coatings. I called my insurance myself to confirm my benefits and found my lenses should only be $15. When I confronted him, he rolled his eyes and passed me off to his coworker. On top of it all, the exam took almost 2 hours.

Celebration Eye Care has really taken great care in helping me get my eyes back to health. They found why I’m having double vision and corrected it. I’ve always had dry eyes and learned just to deal with it but with the help of Celebration Eye Care team I now have a regiment to follow that will greatly improve my dry eyes.

Zero stars. This was the worst customer service I ever encountered. Elvis the person that “helped me”couldn’t care less, did not explained anything. while I was at checkout about to pay I asked him “the lenses have transition and blue light right?” He said “Oh I didn’t realized you wanted those”. Well yes sir you didn’t took time with me at all and tried to rush me out of your way. When I went to pick up did not realized right away they were scratched, lenses were loose. Went back the very next morning to return them, today actually, this guy that didn’t even introduced himself, (did not wear a name tag either cause why would he) tried to downplay it : “this little scratch here?” Mind you that was a big scratch and the lenses were loose. I just picked them up a few hours ago. I paid hundreds of dollars for brand new glasses and I deserve to receive brand new glasses. Asked me to take the glasses back and they will reorder the lens. Did not apologize, did not show any empathy. He said this was an “easy fix”. He told me to keep the glasses and he will reorder the lens and call me to have it swapped. I instead wanted him to keep the glasses and fix them and call me when they are ready for pick up. Why should I come back and wait on my time for you to fix them? I already had to take time off work so that I can go and return them. I did not had time for this in the first place. We are talking about brand new glasses, if you would have done your job in the first place you would have returned that lens and fix this issue prior to even calling me that they are ready. After going back and forth with this man, he was very insisting I take them back, I told him why can’t you swap the lens, make sure they aren’t loose and call me when they are done? His answer was “ I gueeees”. Disgusting customer service. I still am without glasses and am waiting to get them fixed. Brand new glasses waiting to have them fixed!Can’t believe this! Poor poor poor!!!

I took my wife Rebecca in because her eyes needed checking and her glasses were broken. I thought ai was going to an eye care dr. I was blindsided by a detour into probiotics GNC junk science. I am the payer for the visit yet no one told me what was going on. Next thing I know the wife is being signed up for a monthly pill subscription service and follow up clinics. I took her in for glasses. If I wanted to take her to a vitimin store we would have gone to GNC. I was completely out of the loop with no explanation. I’ll need glasses soon and I will be going elsewhere.

I used to go to a Lenscrafters in Target for my yearly eye appointment for contacts, and I thought I was satisfied. But after going to Celebration Eye Care, I'll never do that again. Celebration Eye Care is whole other level of care. It's like the difference between a tricycle and a Mercedes Benz. The office is spacious and comfortable. It's in a beautiful part of Celebration, with a lake and lovely trees and restaurants nearby. The staff couldn't be nicer, and explained exactly what they were going to do before doing it. Dr. Grand really listens. I told her I'd like to trade my excellent vision close-up for being able to see better farther away (I'm a birder and want to see the birds in the trees). She listened, and now I'm so happy to be able to see the birds instead of just a blur. I'd recommend Celebration Eye Care to anyone; in fact, I have!

I will give five stars to Celebration Eye Care because of one very simple but extremely important factor: results. I've had Dr Grand as my eye doctor since 2009 and my vision is excellent. Dr. Grand takes the time to analyze the health of the eyes and explains very complex medical issues in a way that's easy for anyone to understand. My recent visit made me very happy about the general health of my eyes. Dr. Grand showed me pictures of my eyes and explained the reports in the way I could understand. When I left her office I was feeling great because I know our eyes reveal a lot about our overall health, and my eyes looked very healthy in those images. Furthermore, everyone working at Celebration Eye Care is as focused at our satisfaction as their leader. The first time I came to this establishment I didn't have any issues. This time was different. Not only was my appointment a solid 2 hours, but the guy who did my eye tests was very unprofessional. I don't complain, ever, and I'm very easygoing and I like to joke around (which maybe he sensed), but he used a machine that literally touched my eyeball, so I kept flinching and blinking. I was getting visibly frustrated and he kept saying "oh it's not that bad, you're being a baby." I didn't say anything at the time, but even if it was a joke, it was super unprofessional and I feel like other patients would have immediately said something. Just a thought to treat all patients professionally, even if they seem easygoing.

I wish one of the five workers had said, "We know you're here, doctor is running 30 minutes late." Instead, they said, "Yes, it's common to run this late. It depends on the patient." Also, two customers who entered after me were waited on. Very disappointed.

I was a bit apprehensive making an appointment for an eye exam and new glasses with what appeared to be a "boutique" office. For my past few pairs, I have used Sears, LensCrafters, etc. I was pleasantly surprised. The receptionists were very accommodating, the initial exam with the tech was enjoyable, and the Doctor is very charming. I especially was surprised that all of my wishes for accommodations during the exam were honored. I was also taken aback at the reasonable pricing for the exam, the frames, and the lenses. I will definitely be back!!

Dr. Grand has been my provider well over 10 years. I like that she is conversational and makes an effort to get to know me. She knows things about my work and personal life, and relates it back to my eye health. All of the staff, from reception, to imaging and optics is courteous and professional. This was my first encounter with Sasha and he was amazingly supportive and went above and beyond to take care of me when I had an issue come up. Wait times have had a significant change for the better over the years. If it takes longer, it's because the person before you is being treated with care and you can expect the same in return.

I absolutely love Dr. Grand, she is excellent and thorough. I go here because of her...I will note that I was disappointed by the fact that the receptionists took off their masks, and one was frequently coughing. As an at-risk individual, that made me extremely uncomfortable. They only pull their masks on if someone is DIRECTLY in front of them at the desk, or when opening the door.

Very clean office, the staff were all friendly and very helpful. I had not gone to an eye doctor since I was a child, and the dilation was unexpected and not explained at all, so I was a little surprised to look in the mirror while shopping frames and noticed that my pupils were two different sizes! I also did not receive my prescription in the email like they said I would.

Going to the optometrist is always a pleasant experience. The office is clean and has updated procedures to combat the pandemic. I appreciate the technology and extra measures put in place to diagnose and treat disease early. I have a history of blindness, so caring for my eyes through my lifetime is a priority. I also like that my insurance covers most of my glasses, so I can get lenses and frames and my contacts all in one place.

My oldest got her first eye exam and glasses from them and is still going there now that she is adult. Always are treated well and offered the newest technologies that are available. Being diabetic, i have to make sure i get my eyes checked frequently. The testing was very thorough , and the staff were very knowledgeable/ friendly. Dr. Grand exceeded my expectations. She went far and beyond, to make sure every test needed, based on my condition were performed, and explained everything to me, in an easy to understand way. My appointment was for 2:00. I arrived at 1:45 and was taken about 2:10. The receptionist gave me a form to fill out, asking me to check the proper boxes. The aides did their thing, one not knowing what to do when I told her I had no depth perception. She said that everyone had it. I don't. Was put in a small room, door shut for 50 minutes. Dr. Grand came in and proceeded with her part of the exam. Then she pawned me off to a young man who was supposed to sell me my glasses. When I told him I didn't have time for that now because of another appointment, he left me and said Dr. Grand would be right with me. It took 35 minutes for that to happen. While I waited, the receptionist asked if I wanted to pay my bill. I told her I was on medicare and she said I needed to pay for the special tests that were given, to the tune of just under $100. There was no indication of a charge for these tests and would probably have had them, but the fact that she sprung the cost on me without warning was a little much, especially after all the waiting. It took me 2 hours to have an eye exam. This is unacceptable.

The staff is always friendly and helpful and this time in particular, we were very happy to see that the are taking safety very seriously and put in to place a process to take care of the patients complying with social distancing, sanitizing after each patient and not overbooking appointments so there is not a lot of people in the waiting area.

My exam, as always, was perfectly fine with my provider. The only issues I had weren’t with my actual appointment. I have been going to this provider for 3 years now and each time I have an appointment, I spend most of my time in the waiting room, this time spending exactly 2 hours in the building total, more than half of that in the waiting room. I understand if it had happened once, but it’s every time I go and I just don’t think they should book as many appointments as they do if it causes that much time spent waiting. Additionally, I was bothered by the lack of PPE on the people working. I made the decision to go get an important exam thinking that since I was going to a medical professional, they would take appropriate precautions. Yes, my temperature was taken when I came in and yes, I and other customers were wearing masks, but the woman taking paperwork and payments was not most of the time. Sometimes she just had her mask hanging from one ear. I also watched her and two other employees all speaking to each other without any masks on the entire time as well. I know there’s a lot going on in the world right now and it must suck having to wear a mask all day every day, but almost 100,000 Americans have died in the last 2 months and I expected better coming from a doctors office. That is all, thanks.
