Dr. Davis is the best! My 20 month old just went in for his second visit. He loves to brush and floss and thinks visiting the dentist is so much fun! I can’t tell you how great it is, as a mom, to see my little one happy and compliant in all aspects of his tooth care. I’d highly recommend Dr. Davis and her staff. The office is clean, the staff are friendly and quick, and they are all so wonderful and engaging with children. They make a trip to the dentist easy and fun!

I had switched my children’s dental offices to capital city because a Carolina pediatric dentist had given my daughter trauma from her visits. I can tell you that when we met Shaqyella the hygienist, my daughter was happy and was I. She was so nice and accommodating. I was able to assist my daughter in relaxing throughout her exam. Then we met Dr. Horwitz and he was just the icing on the cake. So kind, gentle, knowledgeable and understanding of my daughter and the trauma that she had from the previous office. He immediately recommended my daughter undergo sedation for her follow up treatment of which my daughter is super excited about. Monica the receptionist is also amazing, so knowledgeable about the surgery, insurance and helpful in scheduling follow ups with my tight work schedule. I highly recommend this office.

Dr. Horowitz is super kind, gentle and very knowledgeable. Wyshenna, was so kind to my son, very helpful and you could “ see” the smile on her face even though she had her mask on. She helped my son get his prize after his visit. Highly recommend this office

I have been going to this office for my daughters teeth examinations since her birth in 2015. She gets nervous when she sees certain dental tools , but the nurses and doctors make her feel comfortable. Very clean and friendly place.

My children love going to the dentist and I give all the credit to the wonderful staff that works there. The front desk ladies are very pleasant as well as the techs & dentist in the back. They explain everything thoroughly and answer any questions or concerns I may have regarding my children. The wait time hasn't been any longer than 10 mins which is great when I bring my young daughter. Overall, I am very impressed with this dental office.

Dr. Robin and staff are great for families with kids and crunched schedules. Appreciate being able to get an appointment after school and even fixing a minor cavity that was found that same day in order to avoid yet another trip!

It's easy to forget after 6 month. I got a text saying it's time to schedule an appointment and we were in the next week! Great reminder!

We had appointments for all 3 children, ages 7,4, and 1. It was our first visit for this practice and folks, we have a new dental home!! I loved the staff and the care my children received, everything was explained to them in a way they could understand and to me as well. My questions we re answered and my children all left with smiles on their faces. I would recommend this practice to all my family and friends!!!

Great Staff! It is very hard schedule 2 teenage kids with busy schedules for these twice a year appointments. The staff was excellent trying to get an appointment time for my kids. I had to reschedule on more than one occasion and the staff was very accommodating. I also had a financial issue but the front desk and finance person worked it out. I also love how after an appointment you are brought back to talk with the dentist. I will continue to use this office. Thank-you so much for dealing with a busy family and giving great medical care!

We had a 30 minute wait between seeing the hygienist and dentist. And a twenty minute wait in the lobby before that. This was not ideal for a three year old. However, everything else was good. They made my child feel comfortable and the actual dental part of our visit went smoothly.

Dentist here is all about detail. She noticed stress on my daughters teeth and gums. Went further and did an xray to make sure the problem was not too bad. I appreciate her being aware and offering solutions for management to prevent the problem for getting worse.

Dentist is great here. She noticed the need for sealing new molars that had come in and offered to do it the same day rather than making another appointment which I so appreciate time is so valuable. I appreciate the way both my girls teeth are evaluated and watched for future issues.

First off, the bathrooms that you expect your patients to utilize lack a changing table in the men's bathroom. The dental technician that treated my daughter was not very aware of my daughters prior history of anxiety and being afraid of dental procedures. She didn't take any time to explain what she was doing before she did it. Even when Samantha was freaking out, she didn't seem to make any attempt to calm her down. Just proceeded to shove things in her face. Perhaps reviewing a patients treatment history might be a useful thing to do.

My daughter went in for a normal cleaning. During the cleaning, it was determined that she had 1 cavity in the back and the dr. suggested that the other molars be sealed to prevent this from happening again. Of course scheduling to come back to correct the cavities in the life can be a nightmare for any busy family. I was so thankful that that the doctor worked to do it all that day. This saved so much headache for me. The staff is wonderful. They are kind and flexible with working with me to find appointment times for my teenagers. I have been very impressed with this office. Thank-you Capital City Dentistry Team!!

My son had a good experience.he was very anxious before his appointment due to bad previous experience. He felt real good afterward and told me he like his dental appointment . The staff very friendly and professional.the dentist was very nice as well. However I will like the dentist to introduce herself\himself before he or she start so the patient can know.

My husband brought in our daughter for extractions. We were given paper work to extract 4 teeth from an orthodontist. The dentist and attendants were very knowledgeable and suggested removing only 2. My daughter felt very good after the procedure and healed nicely.
